New owners are still working out the kinks. Rooms were nor serviced. The restaurant was not yet ready to provide a breakfast, but there are plenty of eating places nearby. The room's heating didn't work, so the first night was quit cold, but a floor heater was provided.

Really great location, walkable to bars/restaurants/beach etc. No parking so this can be difficult to find for overnight. Rooms were huge, clean, basic. Great view if front facing. Downside for the location was the noise. The bars were noisy until 3am, so wouldnt recommend for a quiet get away. However this didnt bother us too much.

Lovely view over the harbour. Room was clean but lacked storage space. There wasn't a hairdryer. Very convenient for town centre. Breakfast wasn't included but there were a few places in the town for breakfast. Parking was quite expensive but it is possible to park at Asda for around £6 day.

Paid for a superior room got a room with no dressing table, Sofa had stains on it (From god knows what) Bed ok. No dining facilities, No bar, 3rd Floor no lift, One key card and needs to be used inside hotel corridors, Front desk not manned, No room makeover or replenishment, dry towels, tea coffee etc unless asked for - again nobody on front desk and the view from a superior room is brickwork and seagull dung. Def will not use again and many better options about. Just don't bother unless you want to rent a room for an hour - maybe that explains the stains on the sofa

Nice people and good hotel with fantastic location. No one was at the front desk when I tried to check in though and my foreign phone was not working correctly so I could not call the number posted to call if no one was there to let you in. That is more on me for not being tech-savvy, but it was a fine place overall

Expensive for room only , Hotel has NO option for meals , have to go next door for breakfast but wasn't open both mornings ! When we arrived young man on reception was very nonchalant, just gave us key and told us about door lock after certain time , room was very dusty , dirty toilet , tea in cups , kettle dirty , previous persons shower toiletries in shower , on way out told young man at desk he said ok will get it done , still not done when we came back in evening, spoke to hotel owner on desk and he checked an app apparently and said room had missed being cleaned !!!! , I did wonder if bed had been changed at all too 😬, yuk !! Room would be lovely if up to spec and cleaned , beautiful views , but sadly hotel doors away from pub/club which played booming music till 4am ! , So if you like a restful sleep not hotel for you ,!! Tried to add pics but option not working !

A Very clean hotel with very friendly staff. Having a room at the top was a bit precarious with very steep stairs. Luckily only needed to ascend them once a day. perfect place for a short stay.

Check-in was easy, they even let us check-in early at no extra cost. Room was cozy and clean. I would stay again. Although the hotel doesn't have any parking there's plenty of car parks around.

Great welcome, staff very helpful, room ready early. Room 101 nice view across the harbour very spacious. Bathroom dated but clean and shower was excellent. No mirror near plug socket to dry your hair, however we were loaned a free standing one from reception. Only thing that let this room down was the bed it was uncomfortable and very creaky however the pillows were comfortable and the bed linen spotlessly clean.

Good price for location. Had everything needed for a one night stay. Very clean. A little shabby in places, (older / dated decor), but honestly, ticked the boxes for what was needed for a one night stop over.

The room was basic, a little dated and musty, and consisted of a decent bed, a bedside table and a narrow corridor at the foot of the bed with a small to the small but adequate toilet/shower, there was a small windows at the end of this corridor making the room very dark and pokey If you are out on the seafront, particularly if you are out lat epartying on the seafronts, with many bars and clubs the convenience is amazing, and this is likely their target market. But you wouldn't want to spend time in the room outside of sleeping and showering.

Stayed here for four nights. Room was comfortable, a little warm, but we had a fan. Bathroom was a bit dated but facilities were fine. Reception staff were lovely - really friendly, fun and helpful. Made us feel welcome. When we were missing milk/tea/loo roll from our room, tbey resolved it immediately. The housekeeping was a little erratic, hence the missing items. Shaver socket didn't work properly when I tried to charge my toothbrush. Having said that, it was good value for money. We were happy enough there and the location could not be bettered - right on the Harbour and very near the beach. Shame there is no breakfast but plenty of cafes nearby. The car park opposite was horribly expensive but we found a multistorey nearby at less than half that price.

Super friendly staff. First night lovely room. Second night a dark dungeon. Excellent location on harbour and 5 mins from beach. Lots of nice cafes and bars very close.Very noisy at night until 3.30am. Banging music, especially heard in second room, coming from cocktail bar next door so couldn't sleep.

this hotel is ideally placed for the nightlife you require in Ramsgate. The rooms at the front of the hotel might suffer with the noise from the local bars late at night. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Outstanding service by the employees all requests made were received dealt with genuine customer service very comfortable atmosphere to be in. Excellent value for money with lovely big rooms!

Hotel was ok but was not told when we checked in about the noise from neighbouring business dont bother staying there if you want to sleep awake until 4.30.dont mean a little noise i mean sonload and thumbs..horrendous! Looked around for staff no one there last night or this morning number on expedia directed back to website!

HAD AN ISSUE AFTER CHECKING IN, THE STAFF WERE GREAT A D QUICK IN SORTING THIS. VERY FRIENDLY AND APPROACHABLE AT ALL TIMES

Stayed here Saturday 23rd March 2024! Greeted by the wonderful Matthew of reception! He was kind, helpful and attentive! Room was immaculately clean and well kept! Will definitely stay here again!

Nice location as right next to the harbour, but I hadn't realised it was next to a noisy bar. This meant we had very loud music and noise disturbance until gone 4am. This, together with a VERY rowdy and noisy guest outside our room after 4am made for a sleepless and thoroughly unenjoyable stay unfortunately.

Brilliant location and we chose a harbour view, keeping our curtains open to make the most of the view. Very comfortable room and friendly staff. We already knew about the possibility of noise as it mentions it on their website. Reception also mentioned it when we booked in.

The staff are amazing. If it’s a busy weekend in Ramsgate request a room in the back of the hotel and you won’t even know it’s loud outside.

Really great location, walkable to bars/restaurants/beach etc. No parking so this can be difficult to find for overnight. Rooms were huge, clean, basic. Great view if front facing. Downside for the location was the noise. The bars were noisy until 3am, so wouldnt recommend for a quiet get away. However this didnt bother us too much.

The hotel is right on the harbour and we had a sea view looking out on all the boats and yatchs lite up at night. The lovely sandy beach is just a short stroll beyond the harbour which also houses the pavilion for food and drinks from breakfast right up to supper with fairy lights on the balcony.you can actually walk all the way around the harbour in full circle.the buses at the harbour run every 8 mins clockwise and anticlockwise serving Ramsgate, Margate and Broadstairs so you can catch them all in one trip. Didn't opt for the breakfast so I can't comment on that but the staff we meet were really friendly and helpful.

The hotel was ok per se, but the reason I have given it an overall rating of “Terrible” is because I got virtually no sleep as the hotel is surrounded by bars and clubs with very late licenses. I booked an Economy Double Room for one night’s stay when we came to the area for a family event. I went to bed just before midnight, but, even though our room was on the third floor, the volume of the thumping drum & bass music coming from the bars kept me awake until it eventually stopped at about 4 a.m. I was then kept awake until about 5 a.m. by the noise of the remaining customers who were continuing to enjoy their evening out. I think it is unfair for the hotel to offer accommodation to people in the knowledge that they are going to be badly affected by the noise from its licensed neighbours. I would strongly advise anyone intending to book accommodation at this hotel with the expectation of a quiet stay to think twice.

Stayed here for four nights. Room was comfortable, a little warm, but we had a fan. Bathroom was a bit dated but facilities were fine. Reception staff were lovely - really friendly, fun and helpful. Made us feel welcome. When we were missing milk/tea/loo roll from our room, tbey resolved it immediately. The housekeeping was a little erratic, hence the missing items. Shaver socket didn't work properly when I tried to charge my toothbrush. Having said that, it was good value for money. We were happy enough there and the location could not be bettered - right on the Harbour and very near the beach. Shame there is no breakfast but plenty of cafes nearby. The car park opposite was horribly expensive but we found a multistorey nearby at less than half that price.

New owners are still working out the kinks. Rooms were nor serviced. The restaurant was not yet ready to provide a breakfast, but there are plenty of eating places nearby. The room's heating didn't work, so the first night was quit cold, but a floor heater was provided.

Lovely view over the harbour. Room was clean but lacked storage space. There wasn't a hairdryer. Very convenient for town centre. Breakfast wasn't included but there were a few places in the town for breakfast. Parking was quite expensive but it is possible to park at Asda for around £6 day.

Paid for a superior room got a room with no dressing table, Sofa had stains on it (From god knows what) Bed ok. No dining facilities, No bar, 3rd Floor no lift, One key card and needs to be used inside hotel corridors, Front desk not manned, No room makeover or replenishment, dry towels, tea coffee etc unless asked for - again nobody on front desk and the view from a superior room is brickwork and seagull dung. Def will not use again and many better options about. Just don't bother unless you want to rent a room for an hour - maybe that explains the stains on the sofa

Nice people and good hotel with fantastic location. No one was at the front desk when I tried to check in though and my foreign phone was not working correctly so I could not call the number posted to call if no one was there to let you in. That is more on me for not being tech-savvy, but it was a fine place overall

Very friendly and welcoming, lovely location, right on the seafront. Nice room, just a bit noisy from the pubs/clubs on the same road. Breakfast was really nice, very good value

Expensive for room only , Hotel has NO option for meals , have to go next door for breakfast but wasn't open both mornings ! When we arrived young man on reception was very nonchalant, just gave us key and told us about door lock after certain time , room was very dusty , dirty toilet , tea in cups , kettle dirty , previous persons shower toiletries in shower , on way out told young man at desk he said ok will get it done , still not done when we came back in evening, spoke to hotel owner on desk and he checked an app apparently and said room had missed being cleaned !!!! , I did wonder if bed had been changed at all too 😬, yuk !! Room would be lovely if up to spec and cleaned , beautiful views , but sadly hotel doors away from pub/club which played booming music till 4am ! , So if you like a restful sleep not hotel for you ,!! Tried to add pics but option not working !

Hotel undergoing some building work!was opening bar/dining area down below!which looks gd!room could do with dust remove d from top of wardrobe!Great shower!there again nothing in soap dispenser!just needed a little more attention to detail!overall I would stay again!though windows in my room i didn't like? Claustrophobic!location excellent!Great walking also

The staff were really helpful friendly not disability friendly. Also looks like they're in the middle of refurbishment, parking in the area ,in car parks If you have a disabled you only get 3 hours parking Then, you have to pay so if you got a disability park on the roads, streets, unlimited parking no payment required with a blue bage, keep out of the car parks if staying overnight. I think the hotel in its updating states I will return to this hotel, fall english is good.But I went for the full mediterranean, excellent 😀 👍

I had a great experience staying for a night in this hotel. I booked a twin room but I asked in email for lower floor for my elderly mum. The owner/ manager gave me a high better quality room with a sea view only because it was on a lower floor, more convenient for my mum. He arranged as well additional bed apart from double comfy bed. Everyone was so nice and helpful and it was very good experience for us.

Check in was good. Room very small, dust everywhere, on top of the cupboard and the ceiling light cover was full of dust. TV not working, air conditioning not working. Ceiling light in bathroom not working. I reported all these and nothing was done except a clean to one of the two table fans. I asked for upgrade I was told they’re fully booked. Very poor room. I would not recommend to anyone.
