Reception staff were not especially friendly except for the morning person. There is no elevator. The bed was not comfortable which was a first for me as I have always found hotel beds to be comfortable. On the positive side the air conditioning worked well and breakfast was very good

I’m not sure how to rate this. i didnt mind my stay, but first off, the hotel smelled so bad in the hallways, like someone smoked when it says “100% no smoking” and second there was someone’s random underwear underneath the bed, an empty bottle of crush and dust bunnies behind the beside table. let me remind you, this was $480 for 2 nights and $250 deposit fee, because i had no credit card

The gentleman at the front desk is friendly, but the lady at the front desk is awful. The room is not clean, the microwave is dirty, and chair is pretty ugly. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator and you have to use stairs. Not friendly to seniors and the lady at the front desk didn’t allow you to change the floor. When you book the hotel, you only can select room types, not the floor. The hotel details don’t provide the floor information. Will never book this hotel again!
