The hotel's location is convenient for dining, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. However, there is no parking available, and the staff were unhelpful when I needed to make phone calls. Additionally, there is no dedicated loading zone, and the surrounding area feels a bit rundown with slightly noisy streets.

Great stay pre-cruise. Excellent property, beautifully appointed. Was just a short walk to our cruise port and to the Harpa concert hall. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of dining and drinking options within a short walk and an excellent restaurant in-house

Parking was not included and instructions given for the nearest over-night parking options was not clear. Comforter had (someone else's) makeup on it; had to ask twice for it to be changed. Housekeeping woke us up (dnd sign wasn't on the door handle, but we also hadn't checked out yet). Elevator had a funky odor. Best part about this hotel is the location! Close to dining, shopping, tourist sites, etc.

Nice place, clean and comfortable. Centrally located downtown. No parking on site, although we found a paid parking garage nearby. One thing I loved about our weeklong stay in Iceland was the inclusive breakfasts everywhere we stayed. Great location - walkable to everything. Large rooms and great shower. Parking is a challenge only due to one way streets. Hotel only provides drip coffee with full paid breakfast, but coffee shop attached to lobby is good (small portions & pricey). Would stay again - good value for price.

The hotel room was very clean, spacious and the bed very comfortable. Staff was welcoming and courteous. We are active seniors in our late 70s-80 and thought the bath was dangerous. The side of the tub is very high, the bottom very slippery and the shower sprays enough to make the floor wet. There is one safety handle near the faucet but none to aid you as you enter or exit the tub. Other than the safety of the bath we were pleased with everything else.

My mirrors wee dirty, my sheets were soiled; and, when asking to replace them to allow for a hygienic sleep, I was met with inappropriate and unprofessional behavior. I had a VIP booking but didn’t receive the upgrade to my knowledge, and I was unrested before flying. It made for an experience that will make me very unlikely to return to this hotel for anything other than Brut. Will be speak with management at a later time, but I must catch my flight.

Nous avons choisi la chaîne radisson blu car nous avons déjà séjourné dans leur hôtel et n’avions jamais été déçu. Nous séjournons dans la chambre 320 qui est très bien (équipements etc…) mais a un gros problème de remontée d’odeur via la canalisation. Nous avons informé la réception qui nous informe ne rien pourvoir faire… (changer de chambre aurait été un début mais soit…) Nous sommes très déçus car cela cache notre séjour.

The room was clean however the bathroom really smelt badly of “drain”. The bed was comfortable and the area was generally quiet. The breakfast was very crowded with little room to manoeuvre. The hot food was lukewarm at best with the bacon being totally undercooked on the first morning and overcooked on the second morning. The bread I felt like eating on the second morning of my stay was still frozen on the inside, so I gave that a miss.

Lovely hotel but in the city with noise on the street until 3:30am on a Friday night but maybe due to a festival weekend that has complicated our stay with parking required outside of downtown. We will need to walk a distance to the car with our bags. Room is tight with layout snd beautiful high tub is dangerous for our age. Will need to ask for handicapped room in future😊

There are many options in Reykjavik and this is a definite pass. It is noisiest hotel I have stayed in. When I mentioned something to the desk, their response was. “It is in the city.” I have stayed hotels in NYC, London, Paris, etc that were in the middle of the city and they were quiet compared to this place. Never again!!

I was first given a room with a slanted roof - so that I could not stand up straight in half of the room - with two big skylights - one over the bed. I requested and was given a room change. Also - I was not notified when I made the reservation that all dining facilities were closed for renovation. The breakfast room was freezing cold the first as the heat had not been turned on. Staff were very courteous, but I was not impressed with the organization. I would not recommend the hotel based on my experience.

The hotel is at best a 3 star. Rooms were not cleaned. Room was an attic. Location was great. Bed was ok, just couldn't stand up when getting out of one side because it was an attic with slanted ceiling. Staff was both good and bad. Three of the receptionists encountered were helpful and courteous, a fourth was not helpful at all. Would not stay here again.

We stayed at this property for 6 nights. It is conveniently located for anyone visiting Reykjavik. The property was very inconsistent with its lobby coffee service. It was not always available when its coffee shop was closed so if you had early morning activities you were sometimes out of luck. The rooms had no facial tissues or washcloths and the toilet paper was cheap. Some days the front desk help was downright rude and not helpful while other days they were great.

We had the Superior room which was very nice. Great location near everything downtown. Staff was incredible and very helpful. One lady even made an Americano at 3 am while we were waiting for an early shuttle. I would definitely stay there again

The bed was comfortable. It was difficult getting bags up the few steps to the elevator and the door was very heavy to hold open ourselves.Staff did not offer assistance. We got a room with a tub that was too.high to step in. ourselvescwith luggage.

Great stay pre-cruise. Excellent property, beautifully appointed. Was just a short walk to our cruise port and to the Harpa concert hall. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of dining and drinking options within a short walk and an excellent restaurant in-house

Room was conveniently equipped with an electrical tea kettle and small refrigerator. Hotel was clean and check-in staff very friendly. The hotel is in a great location - within walking distance from the harbor, restaurants, stores, and Bus Stop #3 and touristy sites.

We had only a 1 day stay as we were getting on a cruise ship. This hotel was very close to the cruise port and the staff their directed us to a walkable distance to a free shuttle bus to the cruise port, We explored the area , which was downtown, on foot and enjoyed it very much..

This is a nice hotel in a quiet location. The closest bus stop (which tours and airport shuttles use for pick up and drop off) is about 4 blocks away. It seems to be used for a lot of tour groups who ascend on the breakfast buffet like a bunch of vultures. If you are unfortunate enough to arrive after them, there is little left for you.

The breakfast is worth mentioning first. It's a full spread, I'm never going to forget that breakfast. Room was lovely. Really great soaking tub. There is an extra button that can take the water temp over 40 degrees Celsius...which is awesome for refreshers...but be careful it comes out scalding hot. The button makes it safe but still good to know. The location is primo. So many food and bar options. This is the area where the people are.

Hotel was good and in good location. No change of towels and bed every day. Breakfast could be better, no very fresh at the end of service, no eggs to choose just one and over cooked.

This hotel is located in a very vibrant area. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops close by. The hotel itself is modern and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has a great variety of foods, hot and cold drinks. The only downside is the television service... channels cut in and out constantly and some channels are not available from day to day.

I was first given a room with a slanted roof - so that I could not stand up straight in half of the room - with two big skylights - one over the bed. I requested and was given a room change. Also - I was not notified when I made the reservation that all dining facilities were closed for renovation. The breakfast room was freezing cold the first as the heat had not been turned on. Staff were very courteous, but I was not impressed with the organization. I would not recommend the hotel based on my experience.

The room was clean however the bathroom really smelt badly of “drain”. The bed was comfortable and the area was generally quiet. The breakfast was very crowded with little room to manoeuvre. The hot food was lukewarm at best with the bacon being totally undercooked on the first morning and overcooked on the second morning. The bread I felt like eating on the second morning of my stay was still frozen on the inside, so I gave that a miss.

Very good location, walking distance to all atractions and restaurants. Amazing breakfast and comfortable rooms :) The only disappointment is that there is no free parking as advertised, but we found a solution in a cheap parking nearby

Front desk staff was really nice and helpful. Room was perfect for a 2-night hotel stay and very conveniently located! Just be careful if you have a rental car because one of the car garages they recommend do not allow you to leave for the airport prior to 7am and so we had to pay $225 for a cab to the airport and then pay more fees from our rental car company. The front desk staff should have told us. It was listed on the parking guidance sheet at the front, but we would of never thought about this and felt as if the front staff should have warned us. Outside of this, they were very friendly, helpful and very nice!!

Fantastic in town location. Very easy walk to the main street in town. Surrounded by a lot of great places to eat. The favorite hotdog stand that you don’t wanna miss is right across the street. It was easy to walk to see the cathedral Easy to go to the Ferris wheel. If I went back, I would definitely stay in this hotel again. Associate that helped us at the counter for check-in and check out very nice and extremely helpful.
