El hotel es excelente y la atención es genial. No obstante, mi experiencia con el spa no fue positiva. Los masajes son caros, me hice un drenaje linfático / relajante no fue para nada bueno. Comente mi experiencia con el hotel y solo justificaron a la masajista y me ofrecieron 30 minutos adicionales en una siguiente sesión (que debía volver a pagar). Por lo demás, la comida es riquísima, la atención es rápida y son todos súper amables. Incluso fueron a la farmacia a comprar remedios para que no tuviéramos que ir nosotros.

O hotel é muito bom mas algumas coisas foram abaixo do esperado para o seu padrão. O café da manhã é completo mas a reposição dos itens é demorada. Em alguns dias deixei de comer itens que queria por demorarem mais de 20 min para serem repostos. No último dia da viagem (feriado de 21/04) foi indicada uma obra dentro do hotel (com alto barulho de batidas) às 08:10 da manhã. Faltou planejamento já que era um feriado.

Decent hotel. The exterior of the hotel was absolutely stunning. The restaurant was mediocre at best- that charges a mandatory tip despite having subpar service. The rooms are spacious, however, very rundown and needs maintenance and a retouch of paint and fresh carpets. The service was very good. The spa is not worth it- it’s an overpriced luxury experience of someone touching you with no skill.

Nice hotel. Staff was great. Originally had a room next to the elevators and street. Was too loud for us but they kindly switched us to a different room away from the street and elevators. Nice neighborhood. Yummy breakfast and good views from top of the hotel. Would recommend.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, fácil de chegar e sair, não é uma região muito congestionada, ao menos nesta época. Impressiona pela quantidade de verde, fica de frente a uma praça que mais parece um bosque e a uma quadra de um parque. o Check-in/out é eficiente e rápido, todos os funcionários que encontrei foram muito solícitos e simpáticos. Possui uma academia boa com alguns dos principais equipamentos da Technogym com destaque para o LegPress, dumbbells até 30kg. O café da manhã é um capítulo à parte, bastante variedade, quantidade e qualidade, tudo com o plus da vista espetacular da cidade que um . O quarto é bastante espaçoso e chama muita atenção pelo silêncio. O banheiro é também espaçoso com um box bem grande e uma ducha excelente em volume. O único senão foram os elevadores, lentos.

The hotel was everything! It’s a beautiful hotel in every way. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was warm and welcoming and very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. Everything was wonderful and we will definitely be back soon.

É um hotel muito bom! Deixa a desejar na falta de reforma dos apartamentos que já estão envelhecidos. A decepção é banheiro que, definitivamente, é incompatível com o valor da diária. O banheiro é absolutamente simples e decepcionante, além de velho. E os amenities também são ruins e incompatível com o valor pago.
É um hotel muito bom! Deixa a desejar na falta de reforma dos apartamentos que já estão envelhecidos. A decepção é banheiro que, definitivamente, é incompatível com o valor da diária. Hotel bom! Nao vale o valor da diaria! Ficamos no 6 andar e todos os dias de hospedagem teve evento com musica alta ate mais tarde! O volume era alto entrando em nosso quarto! Um ponto bastante negativo é que o nosso quarto tinha uma porta que dava para outro quarto, dando para ouvir tudo o que a outras pessoas falavam tirando a nossa privacidade!

Instalações bem velhas, para um hotel 5 estrelas o atendimento e condições deixam a desejar. Existem muitas opções com melhor relação custo benefício em SP. Nosso quarto era um Deluxe city view, cheirava esgoto no banheiro. O chuveiro com pouquíssima água. O café da manhã não condiz com a classificação de 5 estrelas e hotel de luxo. Pães duros e secos, patisserie simples. A apresentação da comida no restaurante Seen não tem absolutamente nada a ver com as fotos.

Quarto bonito, de tamanho muito bom mas precisando de manutenção. Fiquei dois dias e no dia de vir embora a água do chuveiro e da pia estavam tão quentes que foi impossível usar. Porta toalha caindo, fios de luz caindo. PRECISA DE MANUTENÇÃO URGENTE.

TiVoli Mofarrej offers superb customer service all around, and overall is a great experience. I would recommend this hotel with two caveats: (1) for a luxury hotel, I found the rooms to be a bit outdated; (2) the beds are VERY firm, and I did not find them to be comfortable.

Hotel está ultrapassado. Apesar do quarto ser espaçoso, mobiliário antigo, banheiro antigo, totalmente ultrapassado. Pelo preço, deveria ser muito melhor. Está abaixo dos hotéis 5 estrelas de São Paulo. Fiquei nele há quase 10 anos, não mudou nada! Já achava meio antigo na época, agora então, nem se fala.

Great experience from start to finish. The room with the city view had the best view of Sao Paulo, I was absolutely stunned. The lobby is beautiful and luxurious, the front staff very welcoming, accommodating and nice. Great breakfast at the rooftop restaurant with stunning views. Location is fantastic, 2 min walking to Ave Paulista, ubers always available closeby. Overall 5 stars, absolutely worth it. Would chose to stay here on my next trip again. Oh and the room, the room was spacious, beautiful, comfortable big bed and an armchair. Room service did an excellent service. Thank you Tivoli.

If you arrive at the airport and get to this hotel early, prepare to pay for an upgrade to a bigger room to get in early. They said my room would not be ready until check in after a 13 hour flight even though someone else later told me that my room was perfectly ready. I paid the $200 a night extra charge For a better room I would also highly recommend you. Tell them to remove everything in the minibar before you enter even though my wife and I went across the street to buy drinks and snacks and we didn’t touch the minibar. We got multiple charges after we left the hotel on our credit card. Make sure that when you check out you check out in person and you go over the bill in detail and if they won’t remove the minibar, make sure that you get a manager at your room at checkout to put in writing that nothing from the minibar has been taken.

Minha segunda vez no hotel, o padrão de conforto e qualidade continua o mesmo porém tive uma experiência desagradável com a hostess Érica do restaurante localizado no último andar. Absolutamente mal educada ao “mandar” (isso mesmo, não pediu, nem perguntou) que nós trocássemos de mesa. Ríspida e continuamente deselegante após eu questionar a abordagem. Tinha acabado de ficar noiva, não condiz com o tratamento que se espera dos funcionários de local nenhum, muito menos de um hotel 5 estrelas. Registro o atendimento excelente da garçonete Gabriele, que trouxe leveza a situação e foi extremamente solicita e profissional. Os recepcionistas também são excelentes, única ressalva é a síndrome do pequeno poder que parece acometer as hostess do Seen.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel staff was amazing—attentive, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Razoável. Foram cinco diárias. Café da manhã muito fraco, produtos de de baixa qualidade, pães velhos e sem sabor, nem o pão francês era do dia. O iogurte repetia do dia para o outro, três tipos de bolo iguais todos os dias, também sem sabor e muito seco. O serviço do café da manhã também deixou a deseja, quantidade de funcionários até razoável, mas todos dispersos, não observavam a mesa pequena cheia de pratos usados, não se ofereciam para servir o café e precisava está sinalizando algumas vezes para ser observado e atendido. O apto 1602 onde ficamos hospedados tinha um barulho forte da coluna d’Água. Reclamamos, mas sequer tivemos retorno. Em resumo. Decepção!

O hotel é muito bem localizado, fácil de chegar e sair, não é uma região muito congestionada, ao menos nesta época. Impressiona pela quantidade de verde, fica de frente a uma praça que mais parece um bosque e a uma quadra de um parque. o Check-in/out é eficiente e rápido, todos os funcionários que encontrei foram muito solícitos e simpáticos. Possui uma academia boa com alguns dos principais equipamentos da Technogym com destaque para o LegPress, dumbbells até 30kg. O café da manhã é um capítulo à parte, bastante variedade, quantidade e qualidade, tudo com o plus da vista espetacular da cidade que um . O quarto é bastante espaçoso e chama muita atenção pelo silêncio. O banheiro é também espaçoso com um box bem grande e uma ducha excelente em volume. O único senão foram os elevadores, lentos.

A estadia, em geral, muito satisfatória, com muito bom atendimento e instalação. Entretanto, fomos pessimamente atendidos e com situação constrangedora com a reserva de mesa no hotel seen. Funcionários despreparados e arrogantes que fizeram do que era para ser uma boa experiencia (haja vista o local e comida serem surpreendentes), uma decepção.

Nice hotel. Staff was great. Originally had a room next to the elevators and street. Was too loud for us but they kindly switched us to a different room away from the street and elevators. Nice neighborhood. Yummy breakfast and good views from top of the hotel. Would recommend.
