Intercity Interative São Paulo Jardins

This is certainly and I mean certainly is NOT a four star hotel. I would not give them even 3 stars. Room was clean but very dated, restroom was full of problems, sink drain was very very slow to drain, hooks were all loose so your cloth would not stay on them, there are no shampoo, bodywash, conditioner. One one bottle loosly attached to the wall and very hard to pump as the bracket connecting holding to the wall choking the pump so you had pump five or six times to have half punp worth of detergent. No tissue box, no complementary anthing ie bottle of water, When we arrived, the bell boy conveniently disappeared in fornt of us so we had to get in ourselves, front desk staff was not aboe speak a word of english, attended people who were behind us at the same time that he was holding our passports for checking in … i would not go back

The check in went well and they were very friendly. We were in late but still managed to get room service and the self service beverage area in the lobby was a welcome addition. Very basic room and bed was not the most comfortable but it was a good place to stay for the night. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and there was a good selection. One issue was street noise as the windows did not block much of that. Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend it

Stayed for 4 nights on a solo trip. A very comfortable room and helpful staff, would recommend!
