Solicitei um quarto de luxo com acessibilidade. O quarto era pequeno, o colchão ruim, poucos armários e a janela era virada para um paredão de prédios. Era claustrofóbico. Não vale a pena o preço. Pelo hotéis.com tinha direito a uma bebida que foi entregue após solicitado com um pequeno prato e alguns pedaços de queijo e com um cartão. O que vale a pena do hotel é a piscina aquecida e a sauna no terceiro subsolo e a localização. O café da manhã é bom mas não extraordinário.

Pelo segundo fds consecutivo no Meliá Paulista que considero muito bom, seja pela sua ótima localização, seja pelo seu staff sempre gentil. Manuela e Julia sempre com atendimentos impecáveis ( recepção e Administrativo)! O que destoou dessa vez foi o atendimento do rapaz da recepção da piscina e sauna que, lamentavelmente não nos atendeu no pedido de ligar a sauna (01/07/23 às 19:30 h) só o fazendo 45 minutos depois quando nos dirigimos até a mesma e, para nossa perplexidade, constatamos que NÃO TINHA SIDO LIGADA! Solicitamos a ligação da sauna ao chegarmos no espaço ao verificarmos que a mesma não estava ligada. Ficamos na piscina tão somente para aguardar o aquecimento da sauna! Foi decepcionante e ficamos muito desapontadas pois minha filha Julia ia fazer Prova para o Concurso no dia seguinte e gostaríamos imensamente de usufruir de uma gostosa sauninha relaxante que não foi possível nesse dia! Infelizmente!

Quarto excelente, todo renovado. A área de lazer com piscina aquecida, sauna, academia é muito agradável e espaçosa. Fica no 3o subsolo e por isso é independente do clima.

Hotel bem localizado na Avenida Paulista, estacionamento pago a parte por 45,00 a diária! Funcionários solícitos. Nosso quarto era bem espaçoso, estava bem limpo, tinha máquina de café nespresso! Tinha armário para roupas, tábua e ferro de passar, a cama grande e confortável, roupas de cama de boa qualidade, o banheiro achei pequeno e a ducha com pouca pressão de água, tinha amenidades da natura . Café da manha bom, paguei a parte por pessoa 77,00 reais. Piscina aquecida, sauna seca e úmida. Voltaria a me hospedar no Meliã Paulista.

O quarto na área reformada é excelente. O que não tem reforma, não recomendo. A roupa de cama, toalhas e todos os serviços da suite reformada são de excelente qualidade. O café da manhã está excelente e percebi que melhorou bastante desde a minha última hospedagem. O hotel tb conta com uma piscina aquecida de ótima qualidade e serviços de spa. Mas pra mim o mais importante é a localização na Avenida Paulista. Recomendo e me hospedarei novamente.

É a segunda vez que me hospedo no Melia Paulista em 2 meses. Em quartos diferentes de categorias diferentes. Minha maior ressalva é a limpeza. A limpeza nos quartos é a típica superficial de aparência. Não uma limpeza de verdade. Você vê as cortinas pretas e sujas de poluição e sujeira. Pó sobre móveis e objetos. Carpetes encardidos. O que causa uma sensação desagradável de um quarto descuidado.

The room is the most important part for the guests but I think the room was the worst, dirty & very old carpet, furniture that you can find better furniture than that in any garbage container! The room & the bathroom is from early 70th and not changed, not renovated! No coffee machine, not such a service I had in other Melia or other 5 stars hotels! Opposite of the Room the reception & lobby is shining like a diamond!! Unfortunately I stay & sleep in my room not in reception!! The only thing forced me to stay was the friendly staff ! For my experience with 5 stars hotels or Melia … the room is 2-3 stars category not 5! I am sorry but it’s the truth!

I spent two nights and overall wasn’t a good experience. I had to work remotely- internet didn’t work. I paid 30BRL (fee to get a high speed internet) and it simply didn’t work. It affected my work performance. Housekeeping didn’t replace towels even though I left it on the floor. Robe offered smelled bad. Called receptionist and request water - it took them 2 hours to deliver it - I called multiple times inquiring about it. They said that because I had “do not disturb on they would not knock on the door”. Why wait 2 hours and multiple requests to say that? Not to mention that the day before during my work meeting someone knocked on the door (with the do not disturb sign on) to deliver a food that I DIDN’T EVEN REQUESTED! Charge high rates and poor customer service.

The staff is extremely courteous and frequently goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Will definitely return to this hotel. Facilities were clean and well kept. Breakfast was very good.

TERRIBLE! I booked a room with a view. At check in, the male said the view we wanted wasn’t available but the room we would get would have a nice view. Well that was NOT the case. We faced a white ugly building! But the view is not the worst part. The shower floods with every bath as the water doesn’t flow fast enough! The A/C is very loud. The breakfast has a hefty price but the choices were limited — breads, fruit, and cake with no icing. At check out, they charged us for drinking water. They explained we were supposed to have a jar of complimentary water in our room (we didn’t). They never, at any point, tried to correct their mistakes. For a comparable experience, take your money to a Super 8 or a Days Inn. Needless to say we will never be back and will take our money to a Hilton next time.

Quarto antigo, pequeno e o armário com cheiro de mofo. A Limpeza boa. O banheiro pequeno é antigo, o chuveiro não tinha força a água, o secador muito fraco, mal consegui secar minha franja. Achei que pelo valor, seria uma qualidade melhor.

I do not think it was worth the price. I had trouble with hot water (lack of hot water in shower) in my first day, then they changed my room and it was ok. Room needs a renovation. No heating in the A/C system. São Paulo may be a cold place sometimes

There are only 2 redeeming factors for this hotel, the staff and the location - both fantastic. Lets start by saying this is not, and should not be advertised as a 5 star hotel. The room, while quite large, was deteriorating and unclean. Your feet gathered dirt as you walk through the room. The bathroom was oddly small given the room was so large. The shower was good but overall the bathroom needs a renovation. The bed was not very comfortable and the air conditioning was dirty and moist and massively impacted my sinuses. As a result of both issues, I struggled to sleep. The staff were fantastic and all spoke perfect English. Overall, if you want a secure hotel right on Paulista then this is fine. But if you want comfort then you’ll be disappointed. I’ve stayed in Melia hotels before and they have quite a good name and this hotel did not meet the usual Melia standards.

O quarto na área reformada é excelente. O que não tem reforma, não recomendo. A roupa de cama, toalhas e todos os serviços da suite reformada são de excelente qualidade. O café da manhã está excelente e percebi que melhorou bastante desde a minha última hospedagem. O hotel tb conta com uma piscina aquecida de ótima qualidade e serviços de spa. Mas pra mim o mais importante é a localização na Avenida Paulista. Recomendo e me hospedarei novamente.

Teníamos una habitación para 3, pero habían dejado la cama extra para la 3era persona, sin hacer completamente, sin poner sabana, sin sobrecama, ni toallas para 3. It was great having the heated indoor pool, so I could swim every day regardless of the weather. The staff was excellent, friendly, quick to provide service and helpful. I recommend having them arrange for your taxi to and from the airport as it was only $36 US to go from GRU airport to hotel. Another driver charged me $160 to go the same distance. The breakfast was excellent with lots of fruits, cakes, pastries, and savory items. One complaint, their key cards are horrible. I had to get them replaced about 7 or 8 times in only one week, but they always replaced them for me quickly. Also, do not pull your iPhone out for pictures on the street, as I know a couple people who had theirs stolen, one right in front of the hotel. But the walk down Paulista ave is great with lots of live music, great food, and art museums.

Tive uma péssima experiência com esse hotel , pra começar o ar condicionado não funciona direito e a internet do meu quarto não funcionava e o pior de tudo foi a saída , precisei ir para o aeroporto às 4 da manhã e solicitei ao funcionário da recepção um táxi , ele me disse que no ponto de táxi do hotel não tinha nenhum táxi , pedi pra ele chamar em outro ponto , e ele sim me disse que não podia chamar em outro ponto e que não podia fazer nada , tive que sair andando sozinha pela Av Paulista as 4 da manhã correndo risco de vida e de ser assaltada, tive vontade de chorar e nunca mais volto naquele hotel , a horrível experiência vai ser inesquecível

O check in não foi o ideal, liguei várias vezes para confirmar se estaria tudo certo, já que era um dia inteiro a mais para permanecer apenas algumas horas. Liguei 3 vezes e nas duas primeiras o atendente não atendeu adequadamente e ainda me transferiu para um ramal que não completava a ligação (ramal errado). Por fim, informei a recepcionista sobre toda a situação, a mesma disse estar ciente e quando houve o check in de fato não encontrava a reserva. Acredito que melhorar o atendimento e a experiência do cliente seria primordial.

I spent two nights and overall wasn’t a good experience. I had to work remotely- internet didn’t work. I paid 30BRL (fee to get a high speed internet) and it simply didn’t work. It affected my work performance. Housekeeping didn’t replace towels even though I left it on the floor. Robe offered smelled bad. Called receptionist and request water - it took them 2 hours to deliver it - I called multiple times inquiring about it. They said that because I had “do not disturb on they would not knock on the door”. Why wait 2 hours and multiple requests to say that? Not to mention that the day before during my work meeting someone knocked on the door (with the do not disturb sign on) to deliver a food that I DIDN’T EVEN REQUESTED! Charge high rates and poor customer service.

I enjoyed my stay at Melia Paulista! And would maybe stay again. Location is excellent, at the heart of Avenida Paulista, close to many shops, restaurants, and galleries. I valued this a lot. The room was a good size, and bathroom decent size too. It had everything I needed, and I was impressed that breakfast was included as well. Service was always friendly, though early check-in required an additional charge. For many flights arriving in the morning, this adds cost. A major downside for me was that the in-room fridge is on some kind of wooden stand that sticks out, and I hit my foot on it, causing a lot of blood. The stand isn’t really necessary and now I have had to wrap up the injury for a week. So it’s a good hotel, just be careful!

Lobby area smells great. Location couldn't be better. We had a welcome cake as it was a special occasion and it was delicious. TV was giant! Room was spacious, with lots of wardrobes. Check-in took a while even though it wasn't busy at all. View from our room wasn't great as there was a building blocking almost all of it. Room needed a microwave oven. Bed was a little too firm.

Sempre me hospedo nesse hotel e acho ótimo , porém dessa última vez foi uma decepção em relação a logística do café da manhã . Apesar de ser um café muito bem servido , o hotel não teve estrutura pra atender todos os hóspedes . Falta a mesa , xícara pra café , prato pra servir , onde ficávamos mais de 10min pra conseguir esses utensílios . Uma pena , pois foi vergonhoso. No mais , foi tudo mto bom.

Good stay no real complaints. Hotel is a bit dated and I didn’t feel like it was really a 5-star hotel, but there are different levels to 5-star hotels and for the price it was fine. Gym is lacking for sure. Indoor pool and sauna was decent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Luckily I speak Spanish and can survive with my basic Portuguese as well because most of the staff does not speak English which again for a 5-stat hotel I thought was a bit unusual, but that is how Brazil mostly is and nothing against the staff they were all very nice. The location is nice. I was there for Christmas Eve and they had a nice buffet with all you can eat and drink included plus live music. The food options were plentiful and good quality. The breakfast buffet was ok. The food menu for lunch was just ok. The rooms were decent, clean and nice big bed. For the price I paid I would stay again. It was significantly less money than many of the other 5-star hotels in Sao Paulo.
