Great sleep good quality mattress

Hot tub was down front door at night didn’t open had to wait for security to open card didn’t work on our room

We were here for a kids tournament and the pool was basically an ice bath. The kids were so cold they couldn’t enjoy it. The hot tub wasn’t functioning so it was a huge bummer after picking a hotel with both amenities. Our room smelled strongly of rubbing alcohol and gave everyone a headache. We will be picking a different hotel the next time we stay in Saskatoon.

Hot tub wasn’t working. Pool wasn’t working properly as it was cold. The room we were in the bathroom exhaust fan wouldn’t dehumidify the room so when you opened door it made the whole room very humid. Ac seemed to add to the humidity of the room. Had to have window open at nights.

Clean was room but not that big. The sheets were nice and soft. Plenty of outlets to plug your phone but the ac/heating unit was noisy. My biggest beef was the bar refrigerator did not work. They couldn't do anything since we were just staying for one night. The front desk even told me that the fridge doesnt really get cold since its only a bar fridge! 😱 It was kind of an inconvenience since I had some stuff I needed to keep cold. All they can say is "sorry"!
