Fabulous location, easy access and plenty of keys made available to our group, excellent communication with host. Beds were pretty comfortable, bathrooms were large and updated. Living area could use larger, more comfortable furniture for hanging out. A nice stay visiting nearby family for Thanksgiving.

Perfect location on Monument Ave, near to restaurants and the museum district. Kitchen was very well equipped. Parking was easy to find on the street in from of the house.

Our stay in Richmond was wonderful! This 2nd story rental is wonderful! We each had a bedroom with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were updated, and the towels great quality! The kitchen was very well equipped and so easy to cook in! The flat was beautifully decorated! On top of all this, the location is great!! We went to 3, within walking distance, restaurants which was so nice to be able to walk in a historical neighborhood. We were able to park our car in front of the rental. We used Uber several times and that was very convenient.

Halfway between NY and Fort Lauderdale, Richmond was well located in general and this appt was just right for us. Comfortable, spacious and clean, with many points of interest nearby and easy parking, four adults and a toddler had a fine weekend here.

Laura Lee’ place was great, everything you would want in a VRBO. Comfy beds, nice towels and bed linens. Great water pressure in the showers, water gets nice and hot! Fully stocked kitchen and above all else, CLEAN!! Place was spotless and well care for, will be back!

I booked this flat for several out-of-state colleagues and it was perfect. The location was excellent and the flat itself was great! Clean, well decorated and tons of space. Owner couldn't have been nicer or more helpful too. Look forward to renting again!

Our stay in Richmond was wonderful! This 2nd story rental is wonderful! We each had a bedroom with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were updated, and the towels great quality! The kitchen was very well equipped and so easy to cook in! The flat was beautifully decorated! On top of all this, the location is great!! We went to 3, within walking distance, restaurants which was so nice to be able to walk in a historical neighborhood. We were able to park our car in front of the rental. Wow. Just wow. My family was so impressed with this beautiful flat. So much room to relax. Clean and comfortable. I've stayed in places in the past where the pictures "cleverly" make the space look better than it it. It was the opposite here! The rooms were absolutely stunning- somehow better than the pictures showed. Thank you Laura!

Our family stayed at this property the week of our son’s wedding in Richmond. It was everything we could have wanted! The location was perfect and we were able to walk to several restaurants in the area. The floor plan work well for all of us and allowed space to entertain small groups of visitors. The kitchen was well stocked, I would definitely recommend.

Turned out perfect size ( 2 couples & a single adult) for lounging—terrific communal space! Also great location—people watching on Monument St. & walkable to lots of restaurants/stores. Very nicely appointed—we did not really cook much ( just breakfast really) but did not want for anything. Would definitely stay there again if going to Richmond.

Out of town came to visit and this vrbo could not have been more perfect. The apartment was decorated beautifully and there was lots of room for us to visit and chat in the same room. It was within walking distance of the St. Benedict Oktoberfest and we were able to walk to City Diner for breakfast. Laura Lee was quick to respond to any questions and was very accommodating. I highly recommend.

We had a great stay in Richmond. I had a work event at the Museum of History and Culture and brought my kids and parents. They enjoyed the science museum and children’s museum. All close walking distance (fine arts, too, but we didn’t make it on this trip). The apartment is beautiful, historic, and well-appointed. Laura was friendly and communicative. We hope to come back!

Frequent visitor to Richmond and have stayed in many home rentals. This one was sublime from top to bottom. The home is beautiful and very well appointed. Great access to Richmond sites by foot, bike or car.Will definitely return.

Halfway between NY and Fort Lauderdale, Richmond was well located in general and this appt was just right for us. Comfortable, spacious and clean, with many points of interest nearby and easy parking, four adults and a toddler had a fine weekend here.

What an incredible home on Monument Avenue! It was the perfect setting for our wedding weekend, comfortably accommodating three couples with plenty of space and charm. The house was beautifully maintained, elegant, and made our special celebration even more memorable. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and stunning place to stay in Richmond!

This property was perfect for our family of 5. Everyone had a bed and a space of their own. We enjoyed breakfast each morning in the dining room. Absolutely loved my morning walks in the neighborhood. Most things we wanted to see and places we wanted to eat at were withing 10 minutes of the house. Laura was friendly and helpful with recommendations. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Richmond. The Krackau Family

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Very well maintained with lots of historical charm. Beds were very comfortable. Truly felt like being at home….only better. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Richmond.

Our ladies’ trip was wonderful. The place was perfectly located in a lovely neighborhood near a great bakery and super restaurants. The accommodations were comfortable, charming and outfitted with anything you might need during your stay.
