Tophotel in bester Lage. Bei den über 42 Grad war der Pool am Dach ein tolles Asset! Die Zimmer sind groß und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sehr bequem und wir hatten Zimmer zum Innenhof die Sehr ruhig waren. Das Frühstück haben wir ausgelassen weil es kein großes Buffett war. Eier komnte man bestellen aber wir haben dann doch eine der Konditoreien um die Ecke bevorzugt.

Wonderful hotel in beautiful Sevilla! Walking distance to everything you want to see. Tastefully decorated, very friendly staff and fun rooftop bar and swimming pool. Highly recommend this hotel.

Déçue par la piscine où on arrive et les chaises longues sont payantes on se retrouve en plein soleil sur des chaises en toile- la suite sans fenêtre sauf 2 petits fenestrons !! Je suis déçue!!!

Pros: The property is in a great location, walkable to most locations you’d want to visit in Seville and lots of places to eat and drink. The rooftop/pool area also has a lovely view of the cathedral and the pool is a lot larger than many of the pools in Spanish inner city hotels. Jorge at reception was also amazing, helpful, friendly and provided lots of suggestions on what to do and see in Seville. Cons: the property is a little outdated and the bathroom is sub-par with mould and grime in the bathroom. The safe in the room also didn’t work and one day we returned to our room and notice some money was missing from our bag left in the unlocked safe (€40 so not a lot but it’s just the principal). The rooftop is also rather dated and there are no pool towels until the staff start at midday… strange. Lastly, housekeeping was a little useless, I returned to my room after noticing our “please clean” sign was removed, when I entered the room it had been half cleaned with pillows on the ground, bed half made, rubbish/coffee machine in the process of being cleaned (assume she had taken a break midway through) so I left and returned after 40min to find them still cleaning the room. They also didn’t replenish our coffee, water, body wash or lotion, we had to request via reception.

We stayed at Los Seises Seville as a family group of 6 in September 2025. The hotel was perfect for us - great location, professional and friendly staff, excellent accommodation and a rooftop pool with a great view!

Super zentral gelegenes wunderschönes Hotel und super Service. Badezimmer und Poolbereich könnten ein makeover vertragen, sodass es zum restlichen Stil des Hotels passt, aber das ist „meckern“ auf hohem Niveau, da es trotzdem wunderschön ist und wir uns auch am Pool sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Großes Plus sind auch die großen Zimmer, was heute eine Seltenheit ist. Gerne wieder!

Great stay in the hearth of old town in Sevilla. Very close to main attractions, many dining options. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff is very helpful. Rooftop view rocks!

Beautiful rooms and courtyard, all well maintained and clean. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Loved our dinner in the hotel restaurant, featuring traditional Spanish dishes with a twist. Standout moment was the rooftop bar with live flamenco guitar performance at sunset, with a breathtaking view of the cathedral. Would absolutely return to enjoy this beautiful property again!

Whilst this hotel had beautiful communal areas, our room, whilst nice and large had a problem with an extremely smelly shower drain, housekeeping were aware of it but didn’t do anything until we mentioned it to front desk, (3 days into our 5 day stay) we had a large terrace, but wifi did not work on terrace or on rooftop pool area. In our room we had to listen to very loud music from rooftop bar until 1 AM every morning, we did complain but were just told sorry it finishes at one! However on checkout we did not have to pay the 10 euros bar tab as compensation. Rooftop pool/bar area is very very nice

This hotels location was great however the room was dirty, smelled of urine when we walked in. I’m 1000% sure the floors have never been sweated or mopped. We had to clean our feet every time we walked bare foot, and had to clean our luggage’s. Bathroom is small and I’m 5,1 130lbs. I think we over paid for this hotel and wish we would’ve stayed somewhere else for the value. We tried the terrace bar and waited an hour for s Brice ordered and never received our drinks waited another hour and they looked at me like he’s never seen me so we left. No space in the room, it’s very small we could barely open our luggage’s so we had to stack them on top of each other when looking for items. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Great stay from start to finish. Abda in reception was very friendly and helpful. Quick check in. The room was clean and spacious. Good choice at breakfast. Reception staff very helpful throughout stay. Will Definetely use again

The hotel seemed to be charming and well maintained on the website but the reality is different. It seems that it has been abandoned: you can notice everywhere that the paintings or details are not being refreshed. There was a bad smell (coming from the shower drain apparently) when we entered the room, which stayed the whole time. The shower was leaking. The mattress was not good. Room pretty small. Reakfast is good. They don’t have enough staff. It is impossible to talk to reception when you have a problem. 1 person has to do everything! Location is good and staff in nice, but there is a feeling of disappointment during the stay as you don’t get what you expect at all levels.

El hotel está muy bien, sus instalaciones son muy buenas y su ubicación excelente. Nuestra habitación estaba en el 2o piso y el bar está ubicado justo arriba de nuestra habitación, el viernes no pude dormir por el exceso de ruido y movimiento de muebles justo arriba nuestro.

In our room we had to listen to very loud music from rooftop bar until 1 AM every morning, we did complain but were just told sorry it finishes at one! This hotels location was great however the room was dirty, smelled of urine when we walked in. I’m 1000% sure the floors have never been sweated or mopped. We had to clean our feet every time we walked bare foot, and had to clean our luggage’s. Bathroom is small and I’m 5,1 130lbs. I think we over paid for this hotel and wish we would’ve stayed somewhere else for the value. We tried the terrace bar and waited an hour for s Brice ordered and never received our drinks waited another hour and they looked at me like he’s never seen me so we left. No space in the room, it’s very small we could barely open our luggage’s so we had to stack them on top of each other when looking for items. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Extremely noisy during the weekend. most rooms are facing a courtyard which resonates the music from the rooftop bar opened until 1am on the weekend. Not great when you are travelling with a 8 month old baby and have requested a "quiet" room. So make sure to ask for rooms away from the courtyard.

Amazing hotel. Fantastic staff, unbelievable location and hotel room was superb. Added small toches like having a candled birthday cake treat come to the room and made everything incredibly special and memorable. Thanks to all the lovely staff at Los Seises!

The hotel seemed to be charming and well maintained on the website but the reality is different. It seems that it has been abandoned: you can notice everywhere that the paintings or details are not being refreshed. There was a bad smell (coming from the shower drain apparently) when we entered the room, which stayed the whole time. The shower was leaking. The mattress was not good. Room pretty small. Reakfast is good. They don’t have enough staff. It is impossible to talk to reception when you have a problem. 1 person has to do everything! Location is good and staff in nice, but there is a feeling of disappointment during the stay as you don’t get what you expect at all levels.

LOVED the hotel - great location, awesome rooms, staff etc - HOWEVER the hotel should notify the incoming guests BEFORE ARRIVING that the place is impossible to get to with google maps, etc. Apple Maps and Google Maps simply do not work in this section of town due to the pedestrian only streets. The alley streets are so narrow that if you find yourself at a dead end, it is trecherous having to back-out. We ended up hiring a local taxi to lead us to the hotel as the local drivers are the only ones who know how to drive there

This is a beautiful hotel that is centrally located, close to all the wonderful sites in Seville. The only issue is that some bells ring at 7 am on certain days so sleeping in may be an issue. Otherwise the rooms and spacious with cathedral ceilings and big bathrooms. I loved it.

Très bon accueil Chambre spacieuse Il manquait peignoirs et chaussons mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé Le seul bémol était le petit déjeuner qui était très bon mais il y avait un manque de personnel Le serveur faisait ce qu’il pouvait. Nous reviendrons car il était très bien placé et les prestations étaient très bonnes.

El personal del hotel muy muy agradable pero la habitación no me ha gustado mucho, tenia mobiliario bastante viejo , minibar no tenia muchas opciones y el cuarto de baño deplorable. No me han ofrecido ninguna botella de vino por tener VIP ACCES y el desayuno tampoco era muy diversificado. La entrada y la recepción muy buenas .

Very Disappointing for a Marriott Tribute Portfolio Hotel The location near the cathedral, restaurants, and main attractions is excellent, but that was the only real positive about our stay. We waited at the front desk for five minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. It then took another 25 minutes for staff to locate our reservation, despite my showing them our itinerary repeatedly. There was no real apology or sense of urgency, even though we had timed tickets for a tour and lost the opportunity to eat beforehand because of the delay. Our bathroom smelled strongly of mould. The rooftop pool was not clean, there were no towels available, and there was no drinking water despite temperatures reaching 105°F. We were told pool towels were in our wardrobe, but there was only one. Staff promised to bring more to the pool, and it took an hour. There was also no one working at the rooftop bar to serve guests. Guests should also know that taxis and cars cannot reach the hotel entrance because of the narrow streets. You will need to wheel or carry your luggage for approximately five minutes, which is not clearly communicated beforehand. For a hotel associated with Marriott, the poor service, lack of cleanliness, and overall indifference from staff were unacceptable. Aside from the central location, the entire experience was lacklustre and not worth the price.
