Everything was great at the hotel. The hotel is very nice, we were upgraded to a suite, and the suite was really very spacious and comfortable with all necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet was well diversified and very good. (we did not dine at the hotel so can't comment on that). The hotel has also a very large pool and massage on site. Transportation is easy to go to Angkor (we had a car for the day with driver) or to go to Siem Reap downtown ($3 tuk-tuk ride and 5 minutes ride). We really appreciated the staff and would like to thanks them. They were really helpful to help organize trips, or make recommendation for restaurant or activities. Overall we had a great time and we certainly recommend the hotel.

My 2nd stay in Lotus Blanc in 3 months and equally memorable. Outstanding, attentive and courteous service from all staff. Managers Chiva and Adam were very helpful with check-in and tours. Beautiful property, lush, quiet and very well maintained. Breakfast was definitely what you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. Pool bar was great to unwind in the evenings, great bartender. Resort is a short ride away from city center, with a couple of great restaurants, including Butterfly Pea, within walking distance.

Beautiful property with very lovely accommodations. I enjoyed the pool especially as well as breakfast and lunch. The spa treatments...wowww, quite a few options to enjoy. The front desk team, managers and housekeeping were all very helpful and attentive. Luxury at its best. Highly recommended.

The hotel is good, but it used to be much better some years back. I like the swimming pool and the green area outside. Breakfast was decent. The staff very kind and helpful. The gym is very old and need an update.

スタッフはいつもニコニコ話しかけてくれます。レストランでの朝食付きだったため、毎朝利用し、フォーやお粥やフルーツなどとても美味しかったです。プールも広くて毎朝お掃除していたので気持ちよく使えました。部屋のバルコニーのドアの鍵が老朽化かなかなかうまく閉まらず、強く締めたらネジが外れて、直してもらいました。それが不便な点でしたが、直してもらいなんとか快適に過ごせました。プールバーの新設工事中で、その音が少しうるさかったです。予約した際は知りませんでしたが、スパで1時間のマッサージが無料と言われ、滞在半ばに利用にしましたが、もみ返しもなく、とても上手でした。シャワーのお湯もスムーズに出て、水量も十分でした。オールドマーケットなどの中心地からは少し遠いので、トゥクトゥクなどでの移動が必要です。

Das Personal war zuvorkommend und hat sich stets Mühe gegeben. Wenn etwas kritisiert wurde, hat man sich entschuldigt und den Misstand gleich behoben. Die Poolanlage ist gross und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Internetleitung war leider äusserst langsam. Anscheinend soll das künftig anders sein. Etwas überrascht waren wir vom Umstand, dass die Zimmer meist erst gegen 16 Uhr gereinigt wurden.

9/10. See below for my one complaint. Phenomenal service. Staff was extremely helpful arranging rides/tours, dinner reservations, etc. and were friendly to a tee. Food and drinks were on point. Room was lovely, spacious, and clean. While the hotel made it very easy to book tours through them, you did pay a bit of a premium compared to booking on your own through Viator etc. One of the guides we booked through the hotel did drag us into a random high end sculpture store to and get sold stuff without asking us, which was I hate. If I'm paying top dollar for a tour, don't look for a tout on top of it.

The hotel is beautiful and the pool is very well maintained. Breakfast was full and satisfying, with plenty of options. My only complaint is the number of mosquitoes—and flyes- maybe it’s just something common in the country, I’m not sure. But aside from that, everything else was excellent, and the staff was truly wonderful.

Evertything was perfectly clean, and the room was fabulous. They even surprised us with a room upgrade! The breakfast had a lot of options, both local and western. There different restaurants/bars to order from with a lot of good options. The pool area was very good and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if I come back!

The resort is further out from the downtown core however it’s nice away from the busy streets. The resort had really friendly staff but they seem too busy. They missed to prepare breakfast one morning although it was included in our stay and compensated that with a basket of unpeeled unripe fruits... The shower had luke warm water and no hot water. The wifi was horrible in the room as well. We were expected better for a ‘luxury’ resort.

This is hard to write because the hotel is very nice…check-in slow. The they tell us pool closed for private function. That is ok. But when we got to our room 3rd floor above pool (no view hidden by trees) there was a letter that informed us the band at the private event might be loud and play until 11pm. When you rent a hotel room I think you expect pease and quiet. They should have canceled our reservation long before our arrival. They did agree to move us but it took about an 1.5 hours of our time from arrival to settling. A little out of town but price is good and GRAB has you in town in 10 minutes.

A beautiful place to stay, very clean and modern amenities. We had a gorgeous suite with shiny hardwood floors and two balconies overlooking the garden/pool area. We only had one night to stay, but I could have stayed here forever! The ambiance is wonderful and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Kanika from frontdesk checked us in,offered help with everything,knew our name,always a comfortable atmosphere. Also in the dining room.We love the rooms in the Landmark Wing and the pool and garden.We stayed the second time there and hope to come back

My stay at the Lotus Blanc was fantastic. Staff were attentive, very friendly and very accommodating. Rooms were clean, well appointed and well kept. The pool area is delightful, very clean and a great spot to relax. The Tuktuk drivers were always available to provide a ride to anywhere we wanted to go, and come back to pick us up. Highly recommend booking your stay here! All the way from Canada, Arkun Lotus Blanc! <3

Lotus Blanc Resort is a lovely oasis, a short tuktuk ride from the market and pub street. Fifteen minutes drive to Ankhor Wat, the Resort pool is a great place to relax after a day touring Ankhor. During a four day stay, service is what really set this hotel apart. We’re especially grateful to Kamika for her help in organizing tours. As well as to chef Seng Phally and his team for an excellent cooking class.

My 2nd stay in Lotus Blanc in 3 months and equally memorable. Outstanding, attentive and courteous service from all staff. Managers Chiva and Adam were very helpful with check-in and tours. Beautiful property, lush, quiet and very well maintained. Breakfast was definitely what you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. Pool bar was great to unwind in the evenings, great bartender. Resort is a short ride away from city center, with a couple of great restaurants, including Butterfly Pea, within walking distance.

Staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable of things around the area. They had suggestions of things to do and offered to help book them. They even helped me when I unexpectedly needed a little extra time in my room before checking out. Wonderful experience!

Excellent staff and facilities. Visal greeted me upon arrival and helped me with something every day. Excellent young man. The rest of the staff I encountered were equally friendly and helpful. This is a lovely hotel. Away from the busy activity of downtown yet only a short tuk tuk ride into town. But this was part of it charm. The pool in particular was fab. Staff were all friendly and obviously well trained. Highly recommend.

Nydelig opphold hos Lotus Blanc. Et erværdig hotell med fantastisk service. Her hjalp de oss med alle turene våre til bl.a. Angkor Wat, floating village etc. Kan anbefale på det varmeste. Noe dyrt å bestille mat og drikke ved bassenget, i forhold til andre steder. Men et flott sted med gode fasiliteter. Vi var her en uke.

This is a lovely hotel with beautiful outdoor pool and seating areas and friendly, helpful staff. There is a generous self-service breakfast buffet plus restaurant and room service options for other meals. Vegetarian options are very limited in the restaurant menu and the hotel should increase its range. My room had a large balcony overlooking the garden area which was nice. The bed was very comfortable and they gave me extra tea and milk to satisfy my love of a brew! The hotel would suit you if you want a quiet location as it's about 10 minutes drive from town. You have to factor in transport for every trip into the city centre rather than just being able to take a stroll. There are plenty of tuk-tuks available via the hotel (more expensive) or these can be flagged down outside (cheaper). As a lone black female traveller I felt mostly welcomed there. My only complaint was when checking out I arrived at the reception desk to settle my bill and was asked to sit down and wait for it to be organised, only for the desk clerk to then start busily serving someone else, a middle aged white man. I watched and waited for several minutes, wondering why my bill had been put aside for another guest. Finally I walked over to the clerk and said I'd return later. If anyone from Lotus Blanc reads this, please ensure that you don't let small issues like this overshadow an otherwise very good hotel experience. Please ensure all customers feel equally valued at all tines. Thank you.

Excellent services, great Asian and Continental food in all meals. Price for 4 course meal with lamb chops and filet mignon including a bottle of wine was $74 for 2 people. Another night was a feast, served poolside, with Choice of lobster, steak and four others cooked to perfection on the grill. Absolutely no complaints. Picked location not in heart of Siem Reap to have a quiet place to rest after temple tours. Tropical garden and location set back from main road eliminating all traffic noise. Would stay there again.

Evertything was perfectly clean, and the room was fabulous. They even surprised us with a room upgrade! The breakfast had a lot of options, both local and western. There different restaurants/bars to order from with a lot of good options. The pool area was very good and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if I come back!

Quite good hotel, staff is amazing. Room and pool excellent. Not close the center but for my purposes was better. Breakfast is the same everyday… good, but always the same. Music in the restaurant during breakfast is awful. Point of deception: restaurant menu and food. Had lunch once. Not good and expensive. Ate many Burguers there for this reason (excellent Burguers btw)

My partner and I had an absolutely amazing stay at Lotus Blanc Resort. We spent our first anniversary here and the staff went above and beyond to help my partner plan the perfect day for us. All staff were always courteous, helpful and friendly. They have genuine smiles and really took their jobs seriously. You can also tell they have been very well trained in western hotel standards. Furthermore, the food in the restaurant was outstanding, morning, noon and night. Every single thing was delicious and cooked to perfection. It just blew us away. The hotel graciously upgraded our room the day we arrived which made our stay 10 times better. Thank you so much! We highly recommend dining at the Ox club, which is at their sister hotel location nearby. 5 star service and 5 star food. Seriously, go! The room was very spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable and the water flows hot and fast. The grounds are stunning. It truly was such a pleasure staying here. Lastly, I would like to thank Kanika for going above and beyond to organize our special day, ordering flowers and helping with bookings. She even arranged a packed breakfast for us when she learned our flight was at 8am. She is a star! Thank you for the amazing stay. We will be back!

The hotel itself is beautiful it has nice grounds with fountains, ponds and of course a large swimming pool. The staff were very kind and helpful allowing us to store baggage before we went to the airport. It also has great food offerings ranging from lighter bites at the pool to more hefty meals in the bar and restaurant. I would definitely recommend having one of their Singapore slings! And catching the labyrinth show which is close by to the hotel!

It was lovely . The staff were attentive from day 1 and always smiling . The pool is nice and the pool bar nice and well stocked . Near the centre with a £2tuk tuk including a good tip . Breakfast was great . Massive choice of cooked and continental and Asian . Crepes and eggs cooked fresh as you want .
