Everything was so good. No wonder we keep coming back to Berta’s.

We had a wonderful weekend, the house is lovely & it was so cosy with the fire burning during the evening. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Plus a lovely gesture of wine & nibbles left by Rosemary was appreciated & enjoyed! The beds are comfy & the home feels welcoming. The gardens are beautiful & there are lots of places to sit & enjoy the sun. Communication with Rosemary was excellent, she was very helpful & answered my emails swiftly. Overall a serene & peaceful stay to relax & recharge. 10/10 …..will be back!! Thank you Rosemary for your hospitality

A beautiful country cottage with all the little extras to make the stay lovely. Very comfy beds, all the modern convenience and a lovely outlook to the farmland next door. Our city dogs have never seen a cow before but loved wandering around the property. The property is fully fenced and great for the pups.

It’s so peaceful and despite the rain we had the best weekend
