A great ocean view from room on 35th floor. Good sized room, sliding walls to add privacy for bathroom if required . The restaurant on 41st floor was the highlight, terrific meals, outstanding view, great service and very reasonable price. Pool on 3rd floor good, water nice and cool

Very beautiful and clean room. Hotel staff are all nice. Easy parking. The hotel is just a block from the beach. The hotel has a restaurant but it's so close to many mom-and-pop restaurants and street vendors if you like to hit the streets. Recommended.

Overall clean property and beautiful beach/city views from our room. We were a family of 5 and booked a 3-bedroom suite, which was convenient. Area was quiet. Only took advantage of the free breakfast once as we had breakfast plans with family most of the time. There were both Vietnamese and Western options however compared to other hotels in Vietnam, we thought that it had limited options. Did not wake up with wet pillows as mentioned by another reviewer in May. However, we did notice that the air conditioning wasn't as strong as it said it was - we turned it to the lowest it could be. This issue was resolved simply by contacting the hotel staff. Be cautious of using the gym - my partner felt as if the air conditioning wasn't turned on - or not strong enough - to complete a workout. Otherwise as previously mentioned, the property was clean, quiet, and met our expectations overall. Also wanted to note that the staff here did not speak as much English as other cities in Vietnam - perhaps because it is a smaller city? We were still able to get by as my parents spoke fluent Vietnamese. Regardless, I would still recommend Grand Hyams Hotel.

Great location, very friendly staffs. They helped me on everything i need during stay. Rooftop restaurant and bar is beautiful. Indoor pool and spa are beautiful also. Need a bit improve for 5star standard but overall you get a great value from what you paid, highly recommend and we will be back.

Great stay at Grand Hyam. Staff were very professional yet friendly and helpful when needed. We booked 2 rooms via Agoda and booked an extra room on the spot via Expedia. We wanted to stay on the same floor and one of the staff went above and beyond to help us do so. It was such a kind gesture! Rooms are spacious and beautiful. A bit of shame we had mold in the bathroom and that the housekeeping was a bit neglected (floor not clean carefully and hand marks could still be seen near tv frame). Gym was small but good enough for a workout. Breakfast is a bit of a miss on our end tho, crowded with group tours from Hanoi who sometimes are a bit uncivilised… other than that, still a great experience.

5 star Gorgeous ocean view hotel, great friendly and helpful staff of Quynhonians people, very large room with balcony and with first class furnitures, clean beddings, full bath room with separated tub shower and the boy, fully sprinkled building with complete fire safety smoke fire alarm system. All these for a the price of 5 BigMacs of McDonald.

Breakfast is a bit of a miss on our end tho, crowded with group tours from Hanoi who sometimes are a bit uncivilised… other than that, still a great experience.

Overall clean property and beautiful beach/city views from our room. We were a family of 5 and booked a 3-bedroom suite, which was convenient. Area was quiet. Only took advantage of the free breakfast once as we had breakfast plans with family most of the time. There were both Vietnamese and Western options however compared to other hotels in Vietnam, we thought that it had limited options. Did not wake up with wet pillows as mentioned by another reviewer in May. However, we did notice that the air conditioning wasn't as strong as it said it was - we turned it to the lowest it could be. This issue was resolved simply by contacting the hotel staff. Be cautious of using the gym - my partner felt as if the air conditioning wasn't turned on - or not strong enough - to complete a workout. Otherwise as previously mentioned, the property was clean, quiet, and met our expectations overall. Also wanted to note that the staff here did not speak as much English as other cities in Vietnam - perhaps because it is a smaller city? A little odd that you bump into the bathtub first before you can walk into an open space in the bathroom when you slide the door. 1 star off bc the staff insisted to have a copy of my visa (which I didn’t have with me) on top of passport when checking in. Once again we had picked the perfect hotel! Everything was beyond our expectations but specially the staff with particular mention of Ms Träm in the buffet section and Ms Huyèn at the front desk. We stayed at the Grand Hyams in Quy Nhon for four nights. There were a couple of technical problems with the suites that we booked on the first day. Reception manager was quick on the matter. She was friendly, service minded, happy with her job and ensures that the guests have a nice and pleasant experience at the hotel. She arranged a great apartment ( three bedrooms, two large bathrooms and living room. I highly recommend this apartment for a family of four ) in the hotel for my family, and followed up with excellent and pleasant attention for all of us. Thank you so much to Miss Ha who made this a great experience for us. Thanks also to the reservation manager who spoke to the kitchen so we could order a late dinner. Thanks to all the hardworking staff at the hotel. Kudos to you all!!! See you again in the near future. 😀😀😀👍👍👍💕💕💕

I needed help for a pharmacy and they went out of their way to help. I needed help booking a bus for our next location and they took care of everything as well. They are really helpful for guests. The restaurant has delicious dishes and the most spectacular view being on the 41st floor. I strongly recommend this Hotel!!

All staff were professional and helpful - restaurant breakfast and menu was very good variety and great quality & service - we stayed 3 nights and as family of 3 adults 2 kids - stayed in 3 bedroom executive room with large balcony on 40th floor - the hotel is tallest building in Quy’Nhon so we had amazing views of beach and city views - fortunate to have had great weather during our stay - highly recommend as I feel best central city hotel in city. Relaxed lifestyle in Quy’Nhon and no traffic and noise like Saigon & Hanoi.

Our room was amazing. It had a 180-degree view of the ocean and mountains. The room was big for a couple. The package with breakfast and two daily sixty-minute massages was well worth the money. Another must-try is the seafood buffet. The staff was friendly and went out of their way. The location is convenient. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Quy Nhon.

The location is excellent, situated right by a lively beach and promenade, with numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops within walking distance. The beautiful ocean view from our room made the experience even more memorable. One of the highlights of the hotel is the rooftop terrace, which offers a relaxing atmosphere and a great bar with spectacular views. The breakfast is served on the top floor and is truly exceptional, featuring a wide variety of high-quality options to suit all tastes. The staff are consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. We would especially like to recognize Loc, the porter, who went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage and ensure that our stay was comfortable. His positive attitude, dedication, and willingness to help at any time made a lasting impression on us. The only drawback is that the elevators can become very crowded during peak periods, resulting in long waiting times when the hotel is busy. Overall, this is a hotel that delivers a high-quality experience in a fantastic location. After staying here three times, we can confidently say that we highly recommend it and would gladly return again.
