모든 직원들은 항상 미소와 함께 친절합니다. 마사지 패키지를 이용했는데 정말 열심히 마사지를 해줍니다. 호텔내 시설은 비교적 전자식 자동시설이 있어 의외로 편했음. 욕조와 발코니는 옵션 서비스.. 아침 조식에 대한 의견이 분분해서 걱정했는데 채식과 과일을 좋아하는 나로서는 나쁘지 않았던것같은데 육식과 살라미 치즈를 좋아하는 남편의 의견은 좀 다르더라고요. 6박을 했는데 매일 같은 메뉴릏 먹으니 좀 물리기는 했지만 채식과 과일이 신선했었다는것 단기 투숙자에게는 문제가 없겠지만 4일이상 투숙자에 대한 대안이 있다면 그곳에서 맑은 공기와 자연을 느끼면서 장기투숙을 고려 할 수도 있지 읺을까 생각해봄. 그리고 저녁식사로 바베큐뷔페가 있는데 식은 음식에 예민한 사람들을 고려한다면 더더욱 좋을것같다는 의견을 남깁니다. 리셉션. 호텔 입구에서 항상 밝은 미소로 인사. 레스토랑. 스파. 수영장과 피트니스센터. 모두가 다 친절했어요.

A great ocean view from room on 35th floor. Good sized room, sliding walls to add privacy for bathroom if required . The restaurant on 41st floor was the highlight, terrific meals, outstanding view, great service and very reasonable price. Pool on 3rd floor good, water nice and cool

Very beautiful and clean room. Hotel staff are all nice. Easy parking. The hotel is just a block from the beach. The hotel has a restaurant but it's so close to many mom-and-pop restaurants and street vendors if you like to hit the streets. Recommended.

Overall clean property and beautiful beach/city views from our room. We were a family of 5 and booked a 3-bedroom suite, which was convenient. Area was quiet. Only took advantage of the free breakfast once as we had breakfast plans with family most of the time. There were both Vietnamese and Western options however compared to other hotels in Vietnam, we thought that it had limited options. Did not wake up with wet pillows as mentioned by another reviewer in May. However, we did notice that the air conditioning wasn't as strong as it said it was - we turned it to the lowest it could be. This issue was resolved simply by contacting the hotel staff. Be cautious of using the gym - my partner felt as if the air conditioning wasn't turned on - or not strong enough - to complete a workout. Otherwise as previously mentioned, the property was clean, quiet, and met our expectations overall. Also wanted to note that the staff here did not speak as much English as other cities in Vietnam - perhaps because it is a smaller city? We were still able to get by as my parents spoke fluent Vietnamese. Regardless, I would still recommend Grand Hyams Hotel.

Great location, very friendly staffs. They helped me on everything i need during stay. Rooftop restaurant and bar is beautiful. Indoor pool and spa are beautiful also. Need a bit improve for 5star standard but overall you get a great value from what you paid, highly recommend and we will be back.

Great stay at Grand Hyam. Staff were very professional yet friendly and helpful when needed. We booked 2 rooms via Agoda and booked an extra room on the spot via Expedia. We wanted to stay on the same floor and one of the staff went above and beyond to help us do so. It was such a kind gesture! Rooms are spacious and beautiful. A bit of shame we had mold in the bathroom and that the housekeeping was a bit neglected (floor not clean carefully and hand marks could still be seen near tv frame). Gym was small but good enough for a workout. Breakfast is a bit of a miss on our end tho, crowded with group tours from Hanoi who sometimes are a bit uncivilised… other than that, still a great experience.

It's a very nice property. It's the tallest property in the area, and the ocean views are fantastic. The rooms are modern and well-appointed. It's close to the beach and numerous cafes and coffee shops.

A great ocean view from room on 35th floor. Good sized room, sliding walls to add privacy for bathroom if required . The restaurant on 41st floor was the highlight, terrific meals, outstanding view, great service and very reasonable price. Pool on 3rd floor good, water nice and cool

Overall clean property and beautiful beach/city views from our room. We were a family of 5 and booked a 3-bedroom suite, which was convenient. Area was quiet. Only took advantage of the free breakfast once as we had breakfast plans with family most of the time. There were both Vietnamese and Western options however compared to other hotels in Vietnam, we thought that it had limited options. Did not wake up with wet pillows as mentioned by another reviewer in May. However, we did notice that the air conditioning wasn't as strong as it said it was - we turned it to the lowest it could be. This issue was resolved simply by contacting the hotel staff. Be cautious of using the gym - my partner felt as if the air conditioning wasn't turned on - or not strong enough - to complete a workout. Otherwise as previously mentioned, the property was clean, quiet, and met our expectations overall. Also wanted to note that the staff here did not speak as much English as other cities in Vietnam - perhaps because it is a smaller city? We were still able to get by as my parents spoke fluent Vietnamese. Regardless, I would still recommend Grand Hyams Hotel.

All staff were professional and helpful - restaurant breakfast and menu was very good variety and great quality & service - we stayed 3 nights and as family of 3 adults 2 kids - stayed in 3 bedroom executive room with large balcony on 40th floor - the hotel is tallest building in Quy’Nhon so we had amazing views of beach and city views - fortunate to have had great weather during our stay - highly recommend as I feel best central city hotel in city. Relaxed lifestyle in Quy’Nhon and no traffic and noise like Saigon & Hanoi.

Best part of this hotel was Huyen, receptionist. She was attentive and courteous with a welcoming smile. Hotel decor is modern luxury but you can see missed details in craftsmanship. We walked to all the recommended restaurants so far, most within 20 minutes waking distance. In my opinion, this place is the best you can find in Quy Nhon.

Beautiful bathroom. A little odd that you bump into the bathtub first before you can walk into an open space in the bathroom when you slide the door. 1 star off bc the staff insisted to have a copy of my visa (which I didn’t have with me) on top of passport when checking in. Even the airport didn’t ask for that.

Hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Room service meal was delicious and quick. Spa staff were wonderful and the service was very well priced given the quality experience. Breakfast service was high quality with more than enough options.

Once again we had picked the perfect hotel! Everything was beyond our expectations but specially the staff with particular mention of Ms Träm in the buffet section and Ms Huyèn at the front desk. They were simply amazing! Ms Huyèn booked our limousine bus to Danang and made sure we were well taken care of!

Wow the two receptionists Trang and Chung wow wow wow, two angels tha to were sent to earth to make your life a living paradise! Service topp! Beutiful like o my god beutiful!!! Nice and kind, service, knowledgeable and gave me instructions like a baby they know how to take care of you as a customer! I think when they say there is a stong woman behind the very man, we’ll theese two måde this hotel great!!! With a staff like this you don’t never need to worry about your business!! We stayed at the Grand Hyams in Quy Nhon for four nights. There were a couple of technical problems with the suites that we booked on the first day. Reception manager was quick on the matter. She was friendly, service minded, happy with her job and ensures that the guests have a nice and pleasant experience at the hotel. She arranged a great apartment ( three bedrooms, two large bathrooms and living room. I highly recommend this apartment for a family of four ) in the hotel for my family, and followed up with excellent and pleasant attention for all of us. Thank you so much to Miss Ha who made this a great experience for us. Thanks also to the reservation manager who spoke to the kitchen so we could order a late dinner. Thanks to all the hardworking staff at the hotel. Kudos to you all!!! See you again in the near future. 😀😀😀👍👍👍💕💕💕

Very beautiful and clean room. Hotel staff are all nice. Easy parking. The hotel is just a block from the beach. The hotel has a restaurant but it's so close to many mom-and-pop restaurants and street vendors if you like to hit the streets. Recommended.

Great stay at Grand Hyam. Staff were very professional yet friendly and helpful when needed. We booked 2 rooms via Agoda and booked an extra room on the spot via Expedia. We wanted to stay on the same floor and one of the staff went above and beyond to help us do so. It was such a kind gesture! Rooms are spacious and beautiful. A bit of shame we had mold in the bathroom and that the housekeeping was a bit neglected (floor not clean carefully and hand marks could still be seen near tv frame). Gym was small but good enough for a workout. Breakfast is a bit of a miss on our end tho, crowded with group tours from Hanoi who sometimes are a bit uncivilised… other than that, still a great experience.

Great location, very friendly staffs. They helped me on everything i need during stay. Rooftop restaurant and bar is beautiful. Indoor pool and spa are beautiful also. Need a bit improve for 5star standard but overall you get a great value from what you paid, highly recommend and we will be back.

The property is well situated. It’s a brand new building. A great 5 star hotel with very good value for the price! The staff is very friendly and helpful in all ways. I needed help for a pharmacy and they went out of their way to help. I needed help booking a bus for our next location and they took care of everything as well. They are really helpful for guests. The restaurant has delicious dishes and the most spectacular view being on the 41st floor. I strongly recommend this Hotel!!

All staff were professional and helpful - restaurant breakfast and menu was very good variety and great quality & service - we stayed 3 nights and as family of 3 adults 2 kids - stayed in 3 bedroom executive room with large balcony on 40th floor - the hotel is tallest building in Quy’Nhon so we had amazing views of beach and city views - fortunate to have had great weather during our stay - highly recommend as I feel best central city hotel in city. Relaxed lifestyle in Quy’Nhon and no traffic and noise like Saigon & Hanoi.

Our room was amazing. It had a 180-degree view of the ocean and mountains. The room was big for a couple. The package with breakfast and two daily sixty-minute massages was well worth the money. Another must-try is the seafood buffet. The staff was friendly and went out of their way. The location is convenient. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Quy Nhon.

This was our third stay at the hotel, and once again it exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent, situated right by a lively beach and promenade, with numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops within walking distance. The beautiful ocean view from our room made the experience even more memorable. One of the highlights of the hotel is the rooftop terrace, which offers a relaxing atmosphere and a great bar with spectacular views. The breakfast is served on the top floor and is truly exceptional, featuring a wide variety of high-quality options to suit all tastes. The staff are consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. We would especially like to recognize Loc, the porter, who went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage and ensure that our stay was comfortable. His positive attitude, dedication, and willingness to help at any time made a lasting impression on us. The only drawback is that the elevators can become very crowded during peak periods, resulting in long waiting times when the hotel is busy. Overall, this is a hotel that delivers a high-quality experience in a fantastic location. After staying here three times, we can confidently say that we highly recommend it and would gladly return again.

Breakfast is overcrowded. The wait for the elevator takes forever during morning and afternoon hours since they are only 3 elevators for a very large hotel. The pool does not meet a standard for a 5-stars hotel.
