the room was large & welcoming, the bed was comfy. We also loved the pool, Ultimate relaxing for a us as a couples weekend away. As the kids were being minded. Perfect location too 10/10

The property is generally and overall in good condition. However the air conditioning outlet and in intake are very dusty. Some doors are quite worn at the foot area wich need repair. There is not enough parking for hotel guest. the secured car park is share between at least 2 hotels and private owners. Parking sport for Sebel is scattered all around with smallish signs.

Beautiful, elegant apartment. Incredibly spacious and well laid out. Well equipped with full laundry, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower and spa bath. Enormous rooms and balcony. Chic furnishings. Hotel grounds are incredibly stylish with fountains, pools and spas. Staff and service helpful and professional.

Great central location. Nice two bed apartment but a bit tired. We stayed in 433 and the glass toilet door clanked loudly so we avoided using itLovely gardens and pool area. Pool is hard to step into from one end there's a tiled underwater platform which you have to step off to enter water. Very awkward for anyone over 40 or with any mobility issues.

Great location, rooms a bit out dated but well equiped. Pool is quite small and didn’t use much as we went when it was a busy period. Overall, great place to stay and walking distance to everything on Hastings Street!!

Great location, good service and facilities. EXCEPT for in room media. A niceTV but with NO internet connected downloaded options such as catch up iview, sbs etc, let alone netflix etc. Only TV direct and very basic foxtel. Needed for those rainy days. This was not spelt out in the booking details. Why not? This is taken for granted these days, especially in places like Sebel. Otherwise very good.

Booking made 2 months in advance. Hotel then sent a text message to say no pool use during period of stay along with maintenance works being done on buildings. Workers commenced at 6:30am so no rest time which was the entire reason to get away and still charged premium price. Very disappointed by both your website and hotel

Whilst it was great getting early check in we were totally shocked to find the pool was closed for the first day of our stay and that 5his was neither communicated prior to arrival or on arrival. You really need to do better!

Would have been nice if it was presented clean there was food left in freezer and dishwasher was dirt and hair in the bathroom it was mopped but not vacuumed sun standard compared to all my other Noosa experiences

Hotel needs maintenance, a good clean and update. Location was good. 1 bedroom suit needed a good clean, update and maintenance. Couches and dining chairs visibly dirty, need a steam clean. Bathroom tiles stained with grime, kitchenette has no exhaust fan so room fills with smoke. Extra safety lock on door didn’t work

The Good: Hotel is in an incredibly convenient location; spacious room; ample toiletries. The Bad: Parking is a joke! There are only an handful of Sebel parking spots so parking is free IF you can find a spot. Doesn’t help that Sebel employees use half the allocated spots; Our room had a very awful smell (ammonia and mould) and front desk was unable to find a solution; We asked for a fan (which was provided) and the maintenance person gave us a bottle of air freshener; Our in-room washing machine was broken and wasn’t looked at by management; We didn’t have a room refresh during our 5 night stay.

The room was great inside. Spacious and clean. The spa bath looked inviting but no soap was provided. All soaps, shampoo etc are in large containers attached to the walls next to the hand basin and in the shower, and in the bath you have access to neither of these. So if you want to use the bath take your own soap! The outside balcony area faced a building and was over the edge of the carpark. It was completely boarded to the ceiling with timber slats so there was little view out (or in). Completely unwelcoming and I’m not sure why you’d go out there.

The Sebel is in a great location right in the middle of Hastings Street. The girl who served us at reception was a bit unfriendly and rushed. It’s annoying having to go through all the pool gates to get to your room.

Unfortunately I got stuck in their lift for over an hour. It was stifling hot in there. I was disappointed as there was no follow up to see how I was as I was quite distressed.

Room was lovely and comfortable. Staff were professional. But unfortunately, Wotif failed to mentioned that the property was under some major renovations during the booking process. So this meant that all the facilities were out of action during our stay. Very disappointing

We loved everything about the Sebel. The apartment was spacious with a comfortable bed and pillows. Large bathroom with a spa. The complex had lovely garden and pool walkways and the pool was a good temperature. Right next to restaurants and shops and across the road from the beach. The national park with its many walking options was only a few minutes away. Noosa is a beautiful place.

The national park with its many walking options was only a few minutes away. Noosa is a beautiful place.

It is not cheap for Sunshine Coast but if you want to be in Noosa heads it's a prime location right on Hastings. Nice big rooms. Wish that they had more view but right in the heart of all the restaurants

Bad weather meant our outdoor activities were more restricted than expected. And yet the plethora of dining options within walking distance meant we still left the car sitting in the secure underground carpark for most of our stay and simply walked everywhere. Highly recommended and we hope to be back again in 6 months time for our next mid week getaway.

A very comfortable stay. Not noisy. Room made up every day. Always chairs by pool free. Right in the middle of several dining options. 2 min walk to beach. Spacious apartment.

Everything so close and handy. A walk to the beach. You are actually in the centre of everything Noosa.

The Sebel was undergoing renovations during our stay. Complimentary secure parking made coming and going easy. The staff were unfailingly professional and personable. The room had a kitchen and laundry. We had river views over the river from our balcony. With the front exiting on to Hastings Street , we were within an easy walk of the cafes and restaurants and the beach itself.

The only negative was a very dusty air conditioning vent that caused bouts of sneezing. Other than the state of the vent the apartment was fine.

Lovely apartment however very noisy due to construction of apartment building directly accross the road. Building crane and jack hammers going most of the day which we were not aware of before booking. The evenings were noisy until 10.30 due to the restaurants below however that was only to be expected and did not bother us.
