We had a delightful 4 night stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Coogee. We had a partial view over the ocean and we saw the moon rise and several cruise ships sailing the horizon. The hotel was central to the beach, pubs, shops, restaurants, buses and walking tracks. Staying without a car is easy with everything at your fingertips. It can get a little noisy with functions happening at the hotel downstairs and the pub just down the road, but it didn't bother us and you can't hear noises when your balcony door is shut. The beaches are beautiful with sparkling clean water and gorgeous sand, however, the waves are big with a strong undertow. Overall, we had the best time with our 14 year old daughter. We will be back for sure.
