Really nice people working there and high points for cleanliness. The property itself is starting to show its age a bit. First apartment the AC didn't work. They were super happy to change us to an apartment where it worked well...but the shower dripped. No parking which is a bit of an issue. No restaurant or anything like that but good location and roomy. A lot of traffic noise. Probably wouldn't book it again but good staff and they've optimized the property they have.

Wonderful friendly staff. However our room had a consistent water leak from the very aged air conditioning. Carpet was soaked. Although a perfect location, the accommodation is in need of urgent upgrades including furniture. Stained lounges and unstable dining chairs are clearly showing their age. Usually I would not leave negative feedback for somewhere we choose to stay when in Sydney, however the cost of staying here does not reflect the service provided.

Property is in a great location, close to shops, dining, transport and kids activities. The room could of been cleaner ie carpet and bath towels were not always clean. Dishwasher was in apartment but no washing tablets were provided. The apartment has everything you need and the location makes up for the pitfalls.

Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and kitchen. Housekeeping cleans everyday and change towels daily. Staff are helpful. We feel safe during our 4 night stay, you have to use a room key to open the door of the property as well as the elevator. Overall, we has a pleasant stay.

Great location and very large rooms. However funiture is old and cleaning should be improved. Terrible internet connerction. Not acceptable for a hotel. It was impossible to work and I ended up spending a lot of money in roaming!

Our view of Sydney harbor was spectacular. The location was good, the kitchen sufficiently stocked (even ice trays); washing facilities included….bathroom is upstairs with bedroom,,,,,staff pleasant and helpful. Place is at a very convenient location for Sealife Sydney etc. Room was clean and amenities were good too. However we were on L1 and the noise from the bar across road and traffic was too loud to let us sleep for most part of the night.

Good place to stay in the city close to everything. Short walk to Darling Harbour. Not far to get to SCG. The room was spacious and well equipped . We were able to leave our bags and freshen up before a lunch event. An enjoyable stay.

Great view of Darling Harbour and close to all the restuarants along the waterfront. Pub just across the road if you want a quick drink. Ferry service close by. Can be a bit noisy at night with the traffic and music from the pub. Otherwise great location.

This was an excellent location - a little noisy on weekend nights with highway noise. The rooms were clean and had lots of space. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again

Lovely helpful staff on the front desk. We just had a quick overnight stay but it was what we needed and in a good location.

Excellent location, easy access to shopping, cafes, etc. You are 2 min away from the harbor with all the restaurants, water taxis, Chinese Garden. Also, I travelled with a teenage child so the layout of the apartment was just what I wanted.
