If I could give more stars I would. So impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, staff, and LOCATION. The Manly lifesaving club is at your doorstep, the corso a couple blocks away. Pools are beautiful and we were welcomed by the most friendly, helpful reception staff I’ve ever had at a hotel. We can’t wait to go back.

Room was quite comfortable, with balcony. Big bed. The staff were very helpful and particularly as we had left some items behind We were able to grab a parking spot at $40 per day below the hotel, which was handy.

Property was amazing, so was all the staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful location, would definitely come back. The heated pool was freezing, spa was lovely though.

We had a great room, 511. Good pool with sunshine to 6 pm in January. It is an Annexe style hotel to Peppers so at the rear and no views. Excellent location near beach and dining options. I would stay here again, but we did get a special deal cheaper than the normal rate.

I believe the parking is a bit harsh as you pay $40 a night to garage your car but if you go out at night there might not be a park available and you have to park in the street even thou you have been charged $40

The Sebel and Peppers are run by the same company. The Sebel rooms are in a block behind, but not connected to Peppers. The laneway in between is full of bins and junk. Our room had a glimpse of the beach. It was pretty run down. The plug was broken on the bedside light. The bathroom sink was cracked and stained. The bathroom floor was dirty in the corners. Hair in the shower. TV only has basic free to air stations. Great general location with proximity to the beach, but not really up to scratch for the price.

Loved the location next to the Corso. Didnt like the fact that housekeeping forgot to service our room. Also there is no fan/ heater in the bathroom so I assume it is an older building

Location is amazing! Beachfront. We stayed in the South Tower. Room was a bit old but totally ok. Everything you need there. Room Service unfortunately was not good at all. Jung Students/Work and Travellers do the daily cleaning, which consists of just Change of Towels and Toilet Paper. No more cleaning. Somedays we didn‘t even get toilet paper.

Location is amazing! Beachfront. We stayed in the South Tower. Room was a bit old but totally ok. Everything you need there. Room Service unfortunately was not good at all. The staff, location and cleanliness were all excellent. However although the room was soundproofed from street noise there was a mechanical hum in our room for most of the night that was not related to our room. It seemed to be coming from the roof.

Paid $450 a night for room with broken , non functioning air condtioner from when I first arrived. Staff admitted it didn't work but no alternative room offered and no discount for inconvenience. Was advised management would touch base but never happened. Worst experience from a supposed 4 star hotel in 40 years. Avoid at all costs

Wow! Is all I can say… great location right across from the beach, big bedroom, kitchenette, living area and nice bathroom. Beautiful new decor. Super friendly staff! Just a nice espresso machine would’ve been a plus! Had to go down the street early to get a coffee…

The updated rooms at the Sebel are just lovely - very stylish and comfortable! And bring right on the water’s edge the views are spectacular. What was disappointing was the lack of services - no coffee facilities in the room, no drinking water and no room service - for the price of this hotel we found this incredibly frustrating.

I treated myself to a weekend in one of their ocean view rooms, and I’m so glad I did. The hotel is located just outside the Manly shopping district, so it’s on the quiet end of the esplanade but still just a short walk from everything. The room was spacious, extremely clean, and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and very helpful.

Property is in an iconic location opposite Manly beach on the relaticely quiet one way end of South Steyne. The property was very clean and well maintained. While our room was large with a large balcony on level 3 it looked directly into a unit not part of the property. While not a big issue, the restaurant and bar was independently owned which meant charging to room wasnt an option.

Very nice on the surface, however the rates seem to be the same even if you are staying in the South Tower. This tower is older and not renovated very well. property did not include room service or breakfast option. the TV / entertainment was very poor. Furnishings were new and clean, however of poor quality and did not reflect the Sebel brand. I would look for other options to stay when coming again.

Excellent for an overnight. Quite quiet, room was very clean and well maintained but minimalistic - no bar fridge, no breakfast on site, etc. quite expensive. Hope this is not the way that all Sebel/Peppers are going as it will trash their names.

Excellent for an overnight. Quite quiet, room was very clean and well maintained but minimalistic - no bar fridge, no breakfast on site, etc. quite expensive. Hope this is not the way that all Sebel/Peppers are going as it will trash their names.

The bedding was so comfortable and nice extra touches with good tea and coffee selection and Soda water and spring water on tap in the foyer. Staff were amazing and location was the best. The breakfast was delicious as well. Definitely a hidden treasure. We will be back for sure.

The updated rooms at the Sebel are just lovely - very stylish and comfortable! And bring right on the water’s edge the views are spectacular. What was disappointing was the lack of services - no coffee facilities in the room, no drinking water and no room service - for the price of this hotel we found this incredibly frustrating.

Close to the beach at the Surf Club end. A quieter street and a gentle two minute stroll to the 'centre' for eateries. Great room and very comfortable bed. A good value experience.

Reception staff were wonderful, very friendly efficient and helpful. They helped us with our car parking and luggage. And WiFi. Our room was functional but a bit dated. We had upgraded to a room with a view of Manly beach and that was very much worth it. Wifi worked well, towels were available for the beach, restaurants and shopping nearby, Great location! Our second return visit from the USA

The reception staff were excellent and very helpful. A member met us in the underground parking and brought our luggage up and to our room on a trolley. We had stayed at the Sebel many years ago and now it is a part of the peppers . She was from Toronto Canada. Also a receptionist from Colombia came to our room on arrival and helped us with wifi. Apparently, there was a phone issue. Bit it has worked fine. This was a great visit to Manly Beach. Location is excellent and I paid to upgrade to an ocean view which was very much worth it!!
