Outstanding service - came off an overnight flight and my room was available early. Also cheerfully assisted with late checkout and baggage storage. Simple, clean, quiet in a great location. Highly recommend!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed, was clean and tidy and centrally located. Coles is a very short walk away as well as takeaway places. If you have luggage, prams or require wheelchair access, I would suggest being dropped off at the rear of the hotel on Premier Lane as they have ramp access. Otherwise. William St access is only via stairs.

Stayed there for 4 nights with no particular complaints. Room size is ok and everything seems normal to a budget hotel. But the bathroom design is a little bit inconvenient for the guest. With no shower room door so inside the toilet most of the things will get wet after you had your shower. They have paid parking service for around 30 to 35 AUD, so I skipped it and park the small road behind the hotel every night.

For a start , didn't think I'd have to and extra $30 to park on the premises, I paid for the breakfast for 2 of us. when booked then to find out when arrived only served for 2 hours. 7 till 9. on a sunday ...extra fees again..water pressure on the showers you nearly had to suck water out to get any water out and stand and wait for the hot water at least 2 minutes, go to toilet, no toilet brushes..car park entrance was a bit of joke not recommended if you drive bit larger car ...2star rating for this is being generous.....

Taxi dropped me off in main street then had to walk up two lots of stairs to get to front entrance to find out there is a lane that can get you to front entrance. Staff on check in very good and helpful, said they can book taxi in morning for me. Room comfortable as was bed. Aircon noisy and shower causes water to go all through that area as no screen, making you have to get wet feet each time you use toilet or basin. Shower gel just did 2 showers. Staff should check each time they clean room. Taxi booked in morning as they said and arrived in 5 minutes. The rooms in this motel are just like a large box like set up and nothing fancy, far from it but all I need. I only say that incase others expect more. Overall I was happy with stay.

Use Premier Lane entrance otherwise the William street entrance will make climb a long staircase. Good location Close to Coles in Kings Cross Easy to walk downtown. Good price for the area. Bed was comfortable. Main letdown was no hot water for both days which I’ve never had before at any accomodation. Let reception know both days but nothing happened and didn’t seem to care. My room was very dirty, every wall had marks and food stains and felt you needed to wear thongs in the shower. Really just needed a thorough clean not just the toilet and make the bed. If those couple of things were rectified it would have been great

The walls in my room were dirty. It looked like someone had shaken a can of soft drink and sprayed it on the wall and ceiling. The filters on the air conditioning unit were thick with grime and the mugs and spoons were dirty. Every time I left my room I had to get my key card reactivated at the front desk, luckily I was with another guest upon returning to the hotel as my card did not work.

Staff was accommodating and professional but rooms are quite filthy — housekeeping did as good a job as they could with the rooms in a state of serious decline— one was obliterated by black mold and unsafe for anyone to stay in. They need to have the property professionally assessed for mold toxicity and the ventilation system professionally cleaned as the ac was blowing musty smelling air and dust all over

The rooms need a proper clean. The sheets were clean but the floor, walls and bathroom were a bit grubby. Reception staff were nice. The breakfast was very basic, definitely not worth paying extra for. We managed to get free overnight street parking both nights we stayed. The room had locked windows so there was no ventilation and the room was quite stuffy. The shower makes the whole bathroom wet.

Even earplugs didn’t let me get any sleep due to the incredibly noisy road out the front. Cars roaring past all night. The place felt like it was made out of cardboard given the noise levels. Will not be staying here again. Don’t do it to yourself!

Requested 3 clean coffee mugs from staff so we could eat our oatmeal before we left for the airport. Housekeeping couldn’t provide them, the kitchen couldn’t provide them and lastly the front desk said they would yet we never received them. It was only 3 coffee mugs… We ended up spending $30 outside the hotel for breakfast instead of eating in our room. The walls in the rooms are paper thin. You can hear everything in the hallways, the rooms next to you, above you and below you. It is bad. If you want a good night sleep and decent hospitality, do not stay here. To be honest, this was so bad, I wouldn’t expect a response or refund, I expect this type of stay is very common.

Good location except for being positioned on a steep hill. There was no curtain or blind on the window. The window didn’t seal so noise from the busy road out front was excessive. The bathroom hand sink leaked onto the floor.

I was on the top floor facing William Street and was.pleasantly surprised to have a view of the harbour, harbour bridge and part of the opera house. The downside of the view was noisy William Street. The rooms opposite faced a lane with a 10km speed limit so presumably very quiet. I preferred tge view to asking to switch rooms.

This hotel is in a convenient location but its on desperate need of renovations. Rings have almost no nose insulation and you can hear people sneezing next door and pretty much anything and everything that happens in the hallways. Good luck getting a decent night's sleep! The beds are comfortable though.

One of the worst hotels we have stayed at. Ended up with a bad back due to poor quality of the mattress which needs replacing. Wet room too compact as you can see the bottom of the door is rotting as the water goes everywhere.

Stayed here a few times, and each time the staff have been friendly and accommodating. Can be a little expensive during peak times but it is a convenient location with clean air conditioned rooms. Will be back to stay again in 2 weeks for my birthday weekend

I checked in around 9pm on a Sunday,the Reception staff member was exceptional with his efficient and friendly service,the room was immaculate and quiet as well. Close to transport, dining,shopping and entertainment options,this is my new destination for Sydney stays.

Booked the King plus single room with harbour view and was initially given a keycard for room 101, which was completely the wrong room yet still charged for the room I had booked. After going back to reception and inquiring about this he apologised and was given a new card for room 510. Much better however the room still did not look as shown in photos and to top it off, the window looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months so couldn't exactly enjoy the view, and bathroom amenities consisted of exactly one bottle of all-in-one soap. I understand this is a budget hotel however for an extra $20-$30 you could get much more for your money elsewhere.

Location was good as it was about a 4 minute walk from the station. However, they made the beds every day, but never changed the pillowcases. They would provide new towels, but often the old ones were not collected. They didn't have conditioner in stock, and the room had two shampoos and body soap. Most importantly, they refused to accept my luggage when I checked out on 12/10, even though I had confirmed in advance via message that luggage storage was available! I wish they had told me in advance if there were any restrictions on me to keep them, etc. Staff was very nice and friendly except when checking out.

They would provide new towels, but often the old ones were not collected. They didn't have conditioner in stock, and the room had two shampoos and body soap. Most importantly, they refused to accept my luggage when I checked out on 12/10, even though I had confirmed in advance via message that luggage storage was available! I wish they had told me in advance if there were any restrictions on me to keep them, etc. Staff was very nice and friendly except when checking out.

Goede prijs kwaliteit. Bed prima, kamer klein voor 2 als je er wat meer tijd besteed. Douche wat middel warm water, maar had ook geen behoefte aan een hete douche in het voorjaar. Schone handdoek met regelmaat. Vriendelijke balie medewerkers. Locatie aan te raden, loopafstand van vele interessante plekken en ronddwalen in de wijken.

I spent 3 weeks in Sydney in different hotels. This one was the cheapest but also one of the most pleasant. Staff was helpful. Lots of good restaurants in Darlinghurst. About 20 minute walk to Hyde Park. Another 15 to the opera house. Look, its budget but I think they make up for it.

The breakfast was awesome, the room was set up well. Not overly big however the showers did soak the whole bathroom and the sand was not cleaned up from our room daily with the housekeeping.

The National park was not close by. It's on a main Sydney inner city road! Breakfast is only $15 so don't add to your accommodation for $34 (which was what i was offered!!!) - bit of a con. Old and definitely not worth what i paid even in Sydney.

The taxi driver had difficulty in finding the hotel, the location differed from the vehicle GPS. I walked back and eventuality found it via the main entrance The staff member was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean for my liking, however some might say the walls could do with a wash down in parts. The bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The $12.00 breakfast was value for money. It was far better than many other budget type accommodation.

The rooms need a proper clean. The sheets were clean but the floor, walls and bathroom were a bit grubby. Reception staff were nice. The breakfast was very basic, definitely not worth paying extra for. We managed to get free overnight street parking both nights we stayed. The room had locked windows so there was no ventilation and the room was quite stuffy. The shower makes the whole bathroom wet.

All the staff were really helpful and welcoming. Rooms were a little dated and our window was unable to fully close so heard lots of traffic noise throughout the night. The room was fairly clean and a good size, the bed was also very comfortable! The location was great and being able to see the harbour bridge and Sydney opera house was amazing! We arrived early morning after an overnight bus and were lucky our room was ready which was a great welcome as we were both so tired. Would stay again!

The room was clean enough, as was the whole facility. They really are no amenities, so that’s not relevant. The price was right and the location wasn’t bad, but the room couldn’t be smaller. The sink was in the shower, the shower was so small that if you didn’t make a towel barrier water flowed into the room. There was no way to leave even a single suitcase open and still walk from one side of the room to the other. I’m fairly confident this is an old hostel that has been converted to a hotel. The bed was hard and the pillows flat, but the linens were clean. If you’re okay being on top of each other the price is right.

Otroligt prisvärt ställe att vara på! Frukosten va riktigt bra för att vara gratis och stället var rent och fräscht. Duschen va det största problemet med att det bara fanns en glasvägg och vattnet flög överallt, ett draperi hade hjälpt till. Lite vattenskada på badrumsdörren och korten till rummet avmagnetiserades när det var nära mobilen. Utöver det va det förvånansvärt bra!
