Vi hade en trevlig vistelse på detta charmiga hotel, som ligger centralt i gamla stan, med bara några minuters gångavstånd till de flesta sevärdheter. Bra frukost. Ingen hiss, men det kan man ju knappast räkna med i hus som detta, med flera hundra år på nacken.

Underbart personligt litet hotell med charmiga rum, utmärkt läge och mycket bra restaurang. Ingen hiss i den gamla medeltidsbyggnaden men den alltid hjälpsamma personalen bär din väska till rummet. God frukost och bra service.

What an amazing hotel. This place was stunning. Be aware however that there is no elevator. The lovely manager however did help with carrying out very heavy suitcases.

Exactly as promised. Fantastic location and everything you need. Shower was great especially given the age of building. Winding corridors and steps as others mention but I agree that adds to charm. All my interactions with staff were great but you don’t really interact with anyone much beyond check in - it is only small so is set up to be efficient (no 24hr reception, breakfast is a buffet for all guests). It was warm when I was there so they added a fan to my room, but if AC important you might want to consider that.

Room was small but tidy. Not sure why it needed a wine fridge though. I unplugged that because it was noisy, the music from the restaurant below can be a bit much but they shut it off at a reasonable time. The location is good. The main downside was the lack of elevator and some very steep steps. Try to pack light if you’re going to stay here

Cru hotel is a wonderful boutique hotel right in the heart Old Town. It has amazing breakfast, it’s super quiet, it’s so unique and quirky. I loved staying there. Also, the staff was extremely helpful with any questions I had, and with recommendations. Just be aware that there are lots of stairs with no elevator so having heavy luggage or difficulty walking up stairs, this hotel would not be recommended.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Zu Fuß sind die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet mit allem, was nötig ist. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war der Lärm von aussen. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, deshalb mussten wir mit offen Fenster schlafen. Das war manchmal etwas anstrengend. Aber ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück ist übrigens mehr als ausreichend und sehr lecker.

Unfortunately, there was no elevator. I had a knee operation and could not walk through the whole building to my room no.8. There was an outside staircase but I had to always ask staff to open door from inside.

Great hotel in a great location right in the centre of the old town. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean tidy and the rooms of a good size. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Et kjempekoselig hotell med sjel og vennlig personale som bidro til at turen til Tallinn ble ekstra flott! Supert renhold, behagelig seng, og hyggelige rom. Kunne ikke merke noe til støy fra naborommene eller gangen. Veldig sentral beliggenhet. Anbefales!

A definite DON’T recommend. There was no soap in the shower dispenser or at sink. Zero soap. Old towels and only 2 towels in room. No hand towel etc. cheap management. There was one outlet for charging an electronic FAR from bed! There was NO information sheet next to phone so how do you reach reception to ask for soap. All numbers and buttons I chose didn’t work. Some staff are friendly but the female was judgmental and off putting. The hotel needs outlets in room and cleaning is lacking. Soap! Come on. The rooms are outdated.

Fantastic location, two minutes from the main square. Lovely clean rooms and maid service every day. Friendly staff apart from the woman at breakfast, couldn’t even crack a smile. Limited choice at breakfast, I’m not a fussy person but struggled each morning to enjoy it. We ate out the last morning. Other than that I would highly recommend Cru Hotel

CRU was the perfect location for Old Town. Our room was spacious and we loved sitting in our big windows overlooking the street and watching the tourists walk by. The staff was so lovely and the artichokes in the CRU restaurant were to die for.

We had a lovely large room with sitting area which was very comfortable. We could sleep with open windows with very little street noise despite being located right in the old town. Easy access to all of the sights and experiences. Breakfast was fresh and constantly replenished, perfect start to the day.

Perfect location, easy to get to key areas in the city. Room was great, though if you are facing the street, I would recommend bringing ear plugs as it can get very noisy on the weekend and impossible to sleep. Breakfast was standard. Overall I would stay here again.

The CRU hotel is truly unique. With no elevator and plenty of stairs, I wouldn’t recommend it for those seeking a fully accessible hotel or those who travel with heavy/large luggage. The multi-hallway journey to our room was really interesting and created a fairy tale feeling 😀. Being an older hotel the walls are quite thin. The location in Old Town is great for exploring the area within walking distance.

The CRU hotel is truly unique. With no elevator and plenty of stairs, I wouldn’t recommend it for those seeking a fully accessible hotel or those who travel with heavy/large luggage. The multi-hallway journey to our room was really interesting and created a fairy tale feeling 😀. Being an older hotel the walls are quite thin. The location in Old Town is great for exploring the area within walking distance.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel – everything about it exceeded my expectations. The location is ideal, right on the edge of the Old Town, making it super easy to explore the charming cobblestone streets, historic architecture, and cozy cafes of Tallinn. The service was exceptional from start to finish – warm, professional, and always happy to help. I stayed in a suite room, which was spacious, beautifully appointed, and very comfortable. While there was a bit of street noise at times (as someone very sensitive to noise, I always notice these things), it was never disruptive or bothersome – just the gentle hum of a lively city, and certainly nothing that would detract from the experience. One of the real highlights was the breakfast – absolutely fantastic! A wide selection of fresh, high-quality options, with something for everyone. Whether you're into healthy starts or hearty plates, you'll be more than satisfied. All in all, a truly memorable stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Tallinn!

Cru hotel is a wonderful boutique hotel right in the heart Old Town. It has amazing breakfast, it’s super quiet, it’s so unique and quirky. I loved staying there. Also, the staff was extremely helpful with any questions I had, and with recommendations. Just be aware that there are lots of stairs with no elevator so having heavy luggage or difficulty walking up stairs, this hotel would not be recommended.

Fantastic location, two minutes from the main square. Lovely clean rooms and maid service every day. Friendly staff apart from the woman at breakfast, couldn’t even crack a smile. Limited choice at breakfast, I’m not a fussy person but struggled each morning to enjoy it. We ate out the last morning. Other than that I would highly recommend Cru Hotel

Super location, just off the main square and rooms and shared spaces are very attractive. Our host was really friendly and welcoming. Lovely breakfasts and we were lent an umbrella for a day when a shower visited Tallin. All 5 stars :)

Perfect location, easy to get to key areas in the city. Room was great, though if you are facing the street, I would recommend bringing ear plugs as it can get very noisy on the weekend and impossible to sleep. Breakfast was standard. Overall I would stay here again.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel – everything about it exceeded my expectations. The location is ideal, right on the edge of the Old Town, making it super easy to explore the charming cobblestone streets, historic architecture, and cozy cafes of Tallinn. The service was exceptional from start to finish – warm, professional, and always happy to help. I stayed in a suite room, which was spacious, beautifully appointed, and very comfortable. While there was a bit of street noise at times (as someone very sensitive to noise, I always notice these things), it was never disruptive or bothersome – just the gentle hum of a lively city, and certainly nothing that would detract from the experience. One of the real highlights was the breakfast – absolutely fantastic! A wide selection of fresh, high-quality options, with something for everyone. Whether you're into healthy starts or hearty plates, you'll be more than satisfied. All in all, a truly memorable stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Tallinn!

CRU was the perfect location for Old Town. Our room was spacious and we loved sitting in our big windows overlooking the street and watching the tourists walk by. The staff was so lovely and the artichokes in the CRU restaurant were to die for.

Loved this beautiful old building. Partner found the room a bit hot but I was fine once I discovered the secondary glazing panels opened and the temperature dropped a bit. Place seemed safe and secure with the code for access and reception staff were helpful with the requests we made. Wholeheartedly recommend the Osteria Il Cru on the ground floor too.

Lage ist top, nachts manchmal laut von den vorbeilaufenden Passanten. Beim Frühstück wäre es schön, wenn das Personal englisch versteht und nicht nur russisch. Eine größere Kaffeemaschine wäre hilfreich, man hat bis zu 10 min angestanden.

Situated in the very center of Old Town, the location couldn’t be better for a tourist. The small hotel was charming with the different rooms. We had dinner att the hotel restaurant twice and it was delicious. We can recommend this Italien restaurant. It’s not a good place for disabled people, no lift and a challenge with the stairs.

This was such a cute hotel! It was right in Old Town but easy to get to places where a taxi or Bolt could pick us up, so it was so convenient. It was definitely older, but it was well maintained and updated so it was still very comfortable, and the room was spacious. We couldn't figure out the air conditioning very easily, but that was our only complaint. The staff was also so sweet and helped us with laundry and carrying our bags. And the view from our room was so cute. It just really gave the vibe of Old Town Tallinn. Highly recommend staying here.
