Goed ontbijt, nette, schone kamer. Het personeel was vriendelijk. Ook goed service punt dat je er fietsen kan huren, gratis via een app. Jammer dat er betaald parkeren was, terwijl het hotel aan de buitenkant van Tilburg ligt Restaurant ietwat gedateerd met vrij luide muziek.

Badkamer had body/hair flacons Eten was uitstekend Enige minpuntje was dat de keuken of het personeel niet klaar was om 18.00 terwijl we gereserveerd hadden. we moesten er zelf achteraan anders hadden we veel te laat bij de Efteling geweest. Ik vind het altijd vriendelijker wanneer de parkeerkaart inclusief is. Vind het persoonlijk altijd een extra verdienmodel. Je bent van de auto afhankelijk om daar te komen in de meeste gevallen. Verreken dat in de kamerprijs. Ontbijt was uitstekend. Lekker verse jus. Genoeg keuze.

Fijn dat het stil was in de nacht. De kamer was ook schoon echter 1 vd dekbedden was gescheurd en de afstandsbediening vd tv deed het niet. En wat de badkamer betreft, die was niet schoon en de scheiding tussen douche/wastafel vloer is niet goed aangelegd waardoor de vloer vóór de douchecel kletsnat werd.

Pas om 20.00 uur 's avonds plek voor diner; ondanks beloftes vooraf toch geen glutenvrije opties, waardoor ik om 21.00 uur thuisbezorgd-troep kon eten. The staff is what made it for me! All amazing! The breakfast was fantastic too! The Rooms clean and perfect for your stay. It would be nice to have more than just one towel each. The restaurant area could be a little better kept and cleaned. The food could be more varied. The times of service could be extended too! I have found strange that no alternative to milk was available. Overall it was terrific. The staff are unique .

The hotel is a 10 minute bus ride out of town in a quiet area. Room was a standard size with a comfortable bed. Only downside was the check in. Got peppered with emails urging me to check in online and then be able to collect my key from a terminal in the lobby and avoid a queue at the desk. I did all that only on arrival the said terminal was out of key cards so I ended up having to queue for it anyway. If you’re going to urge people to use self service check ins at least make sure they’re working as they should and possibly have more than one terminal? Apart from that a good stay in a good hotel.

The hotel is a little way outside the town centre , so best to take a bus or taxi. Taxis are quite expensive. 20 Euros for a 3km ride. The only real problem i had was when i got nack to the hotel about 12.30am and my card wouldn't work. The recrptionist took 20 minutes to get me anothet one as he couldn't log on!

Had a great stay here! Close to the center of Tilburg. Clean rooms, the bathroom is a bit small but overall we had a good night here! I love the fact that check out is quite late compairing to other hotels!

Had a great stay here! Close to the center of Tilburg. Clean rooms, the bathroom is a bit small but overall we had a good night here! I love the fact that check out is quite late compairing to other hotels!

Ik sliep op kamer 101 en er werd om 22.00 uur met heel veel kabaal glas in de container gegooid en schrokken ik en mijn kleinzoon wakker. Ik keek uit op een zeer rommelige omgeving met veel oude troep. Het hotel is super netjes maar er om heen verdiend niet de schoonheidsprijs prijs

The hotel is a little way outside the town centre , so best to take a bus or taxi. Taxis are quite expensive. 20 Euros for a 3km ride. The only real problem i had was when i got nack to the hotel about 12.30am and my card wouldn't work. The recrptionist took 20 minutes to get me anothet one as he couldn't log on!

Het was een goed hotel. Wel ver van centrum, geen openbaar vervoer mogelijkheid. Ontbijt was goed, wel jammer als je om 09:30 uur geen broodjes/croissants werden aangevuld.

The staff is what made it for me! All amazing! The breakfast was fantastic too! The Rooms clean and perfect for your stay. It would be nice to have more than just one towel each. The restaurant area could be a little better kept and cleaned. The food could be more varied. The times of service could be extended too! I have found strange that no alternative to milk was available. Overall it was terrific. The staff are unique .

Gastronomie war ein umfangreiches Frühstück. Betten waren fürs uns absolut ausreichend und bequem. Waren Tod müde ins Bett gefallen und erholt aufgewacht.

Keurig nette kamers. zag er schoon en fris uit. Badkamer had body/hair flacons Eten was uitstekend Enige minpuntje was dat de keuken of het personeel niet klaar was om 18.00 terwijl we gereserveerd hadden. we moesten er zelf achteraan anders hadden we veel te laat bij de Efteling geweest. Ik vind het altijd vriendelijker wanneer de parkeerkaart inclusief is. Vind het persoonlijk altijd een extra verdienmodel. Je bent van de auto afhankelijk om daar te komen in de meeste gevallen. Verreken dat in de kamerprijs. Ontbijt was uitstekend. Lekker verse jus. Genoeg keuze.

En obras, la recepción es un chiringuito entre polvo, el hotel entero huele a marihuana, la habitación que nos dieron además olía muchísimo a tabaco, por suerte nos la cambiaron. La habitación muy regular, igual que la limpieza. El desayuno bufet correcto. No volveremos.

This could be a really good hotel if the staff were better trained. Booking in involved one member of staff dealing with queueing guest whilst at least 3 other staff polished glasses and chatted behind the bar. Rooms are clean and a decent size. Our food order took just under an hour to arrive, which is poor. This was dealt with by the manger but tainted the whole experience.

The accommodation was as you would expect but in need of updating, we ate in the restaurant and the food was good. But the service was awful, we waited an hour for our food. The staff seemed in need of training but were very pleasant.
