En obras, la recepción es un chiringuito entre polvo, el hotel entero huele a marihuana, la habitación que nos dieron además olía muchísimo a tabaco, por suerte nos la cambiaron. La habitación muy regular, igual que la limpieza. El desayuno bufet correcto. No volveremos.

Please send less email and improve service. Menu was already small. So we ordered spare ribs, waiter went to the kitchen and they were not available, so we were offered Pizza or a 40 minute wait (it was not that busy). So we decided to take a steak and guess what. Waiter comes back and they did not have that either, I got offered Pizza again, which I already said no to. So well what was let was chickenburger or chicken schnitsel. In the end both were practically the same. The burger was a schnitsel in a bun. A mistake occured at the shop were I wanted to take a coke, I noticed I paid for 3 cokes. Turning for help, I was told yes this is from a external owner, nothing we can do. You can take 3 cokes as a solution. Its more like a do it yourself hotel, which unfortunately seems the trend today. Do it yourself, but pay the same......Not a good concept.

Hotel has incredibly cold rooms, not helped by AC which appears to be able to heat the room, is centrally locked so it's cooling only. Radiators in the room also didn't provide any heat (in case this was the option). Expensive 10EUR/night parking even though it's nowhere near a central location. WIFI down on arrival, meaning key cards couldn't be given out adding further inconvenience. 1 extra pillow supplied in room (a room booked for 2 people), without a pillow case. Pillowcase wasn't actually put on it even after the room was cleaned (thought this may have been an oversight). Not an expensive hotel, but also not cheap. I expect clean bedding & a reasonable minimum temperature if calling itself a hotel.

Das Zimmer war leider nicht wirklich sauber. Der Boden war staubig, im Bad noch einige Haare in der Dusche, auf dem Toilettensitz sichtbare Flecken. Das Bett war relativ hart aber noch im Rahmen. Leider wirkte das Zimmer einfach nicht wohnlich, es war kalt, staubig und nicht sehr angenehm. Die Handtücher waren ebenfalls eher mittelmäßig sauber. Die sonstigen Annehmlichkeiten, z.B. der Self- Check-In waren gut. Es gibt Entertainment, ein Restaurant, ausreichend Parkplätze (kostenpflichtig und relativ teuer)
