I had an excellent vacation stay here - so much so that I canceled a different hotel I had booked in Tokyo to come back. Every staff member was wonderful and they went above and beyond in every way - I wish I wrote down more names, but would like to thank Quentin, Matsao, and Keiju among others. If you stay, I recommend the breakfast, which has a lovely champagne and breakfast bar - it was a lovely highlight before and the walking! Everything was very clean in rooms, just a couple areas in the spa room needed a little love in the high moisture areas. View looked out to a construction site, but I didn’t hear any noise. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Everything was seamless at this hotel and made for a very comfortable base after many very busy days in Tokyo. Super conveniently located for travel and always felt safe. The hotel is conveniently located outside Tokyo station which lots of dining options shoppings surrounding it. Besides, the service was excellent and the room was good size and clean. We really enjoyed the freshly baked madeleines. They were so good and delicious. However, we were disappointed with the toilet bowl. We had stayed in a few hotels prior to checking in Four Seasons on this trip. All the hotels we had stayed, from 3-stars to 5-stars, had the most updated toilet bowls with remote control flushing. This hotel is still using the conventional flushing.

POR FAVOR!!! No mal gasten su dinero reservando en ese hotel. Es Viejo, huele mal, las habitaciones súper chicas, no tienen vistas buenas a Tokio porque de hecho el hotel solo tiene 7 pisos del edificio en donde esta. Inodoros viejos y las regaderas de plástico. En verdad a los que estamos acostumbrados a quedarnos en Hoteles Four Seasons, créanme el de Tokyo no tiene nada de lujo ni buenas amenidades. Por último y lo más importante, es que no es nada nadaaaaa barato por lo que me animé a tomarme el tiempo en hacer esta reseña y evitar que alguien más mal gaste su dinero.

We stayed here for 8 nights as a family of 2 adults and 2 kids under the age of 6. The location is great as it gives easy access to many restaurants, shops and transportation within a 3 year-old’s walking distance. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. They helped us ship a suit case to our next destination and even allowed us to store a suit case at the hotel for 5 days after checkout. The rooms were absolutely fantastic. They are spacious with plenty of storage space and are immaculate. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is large as well and the kids really enjoyed taking baths. The hotel pays a lot of attention to details, especially to accommodate the kids. They offered bath toys, personalized welcome snacks, kids’ bathrobes, origami paper and other children’s activities. Our kids were sad to leave this hotel. Overall, I would definitely give this hotel 5 stars and I hope to return in the near future.

Beautiful, clean and great service. Only thing I would add is a plugin near the mirror outside of the bathroom. There was one in the bathroom, but I hate to hog the bathroom while doing my hair…. But everything else was amazing.

An aging Four Seasons and it shows. Understaffed and clearly in the route to a renovation in July. The hotel is also next to the train station - convenient is you’re travelling but you get train track noise in the rooms.

We’re very happy with our stay here. Exceptional service!!! All the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful, and I say this with comparison to other four seasons hotels in Japan. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. They were very patient and helpful in offering us trip tips and guiding us to the stations, actually platforms we needed to go. Room was also clean and quiet, everything worked great. The hotel is conveniently located outside Tokyo station which lots of dining options shoppings surrounding it. Besides, the service was excellent and the room was good size and clean. We really enjoyed the freshly baked madeleines. They were so good and delicious. However, we were disappointed with the toilet bowl. We had stayed in a few hotels prior to checking in Four Seasons on this trip. All the hotels we had stayed, from 3-stars to 5-stars, had the most updated toilet bowls with remote control flushing. This hotel is still using the conventional flushing.

I had an excellent vacation stay here - so much so that I canceled a different hotel I had booked in Tokyo to come back. Every staff member was wonderful and they went above and beyond in every way - I wish I wrote down more names, but would like to thank Quentin, Matsao, and Keiju among others. If you stay, I recommend the breakfast, which has a lovely champagne and breakfast bar - it was a lovely highlight before and the walking! Everything was very clean in rooms, just a couple areas in the spa room needed a little love in the high moisture areas. View looked out to a construction site, but I didn’t hear any noise. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Wow! This hotel exceeded all expectations in all areas. My family and I stayed in this hotel for 8 nights and every single day was made extra special by the staff. Our hotel room was made personable with a welcome card and special treats. My son just had his Birthday and was left a special treat. The nightly teas were an added touch after a long day out exploring. The rooms were beautiful (recently remodeled) and clean. The bathrooms were fully stocked with amenities and yummy smelling toiletries. The staff went above and beyond here. Mitsuo and concierge were always extremely helpful with transportation and recommendations. Breakfast staff was super friendly and gave great recommendations with sight seeing and shopping. My family enjoyed the breakfast upstairs as it was delicious and so many options. Jens always made sure my son's French toast order was put in the kitchen the moment we arrived! Die heißen Quellen sind von 08:00 Uhr bis 22:00 Uhr zugänglich.
Bis zu 2 Kinder bis zu 17 Jahren können im Zimmer der Eltern oder Erziehungsberechtigten kostenlos übernachten, wenn keine zusätzlichen Bettwaren angefordert werden.
Die Unterkunft bietet je nach Verfügbarkeit Zimmer mit Verbindungstür/nebeneinanderliegende Zimmer. Bitte wende dich mit deiner Anfrage direkt an deine Unterkunft. Die Telefonnummer findest du auf der Buchungsbestätigung.
Das japanische Ministerium für Gesundheit, Arbeit und Soziales schreibt vor, dass alle internationalen Gäste ihre Reisepassnummer und ihre Nationalität beim Check-in in einer Unterkunft jeglicher Art (Gasthäuser, Hotels, Motels usw.) angeben müssen. Zusätzlich wird von den Eigentümern der Unterkünfte verlangt, Reisepässe von allen Gästen beim Check-in zu fotokopieren und die Fotokopie aufzubewahren.
