I have stayed at this hotel twice with my wife & a buddy of ours (July 2019 and March 2023). Both times have been fantastic. This hotel is extremely convenient because it is literally a 2 minute walk from the station, two different 7/11 convenient stores by the hotel, and has a spot inside that you can smoke if needed. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are a good size. I am 6\'3" and had no issues with the beds or the shower. Only issue was the height of the door to get into the room....banged my head a few times. There was even a vending machine immediately outside of our door which was good for late nights or early mornings (Has beer, soda, and coffee). Another plus side is if you stay out drinking too late in Shinjuku and miss the final train it\'s only about a 35min walk to the hotel from central Shinjuku. Some people may be irritated with the walk, but I personally love to just walk and explore and see what I find. So this was never an issue. I will definitely stay here again in the future. Love this hotel.

Very convenient location, close to metro and small restaurants. As most hotels in Tokyo, rooms are tight, but this one is comfortable. I plan to stay there again.

部屋に飲み物がなくフロント横にあり、自分で、荷物もあるのに持って行くのはちょっと、部屋にお湯がどこにあるなのかもわからなかった、フロントの女の人の気配り０ チェックインして、 部屋のキーをなくし探してうろうろして、バックの中のものを全部出したりして、探していてもお客様どうなさいましたか？の言葉も一切無し サービス業としても心がけ０ 一緒にいった子供になぜ、こんな所にしたのと言われここには、来ることないと話しました。シャンプーなどもいちいち持って行くのも面倒、部屋にいったら、一応あったので、その説明も無し、普通、お部屋にもありますが、よろしければと言うのが気遣い 最初から嫌な感じでした。
