Entrance is hard to find. When we arrived no parking available. 2 ballroom parties booked. We circled around the hotel to find the registration desk only to find people smoking inside all the exit vestibules. Upon on registration we were reassured that the parties would not be a problem. We went out for supper and returned around 9pm only to find the music so loud from both parties that the walls and pictures were rattling. We expressed our concerns and told that the music would be turned diwn after 11pm. Well that wasnt the case. The room was very minimal and missing furniture. No fridge. The pillows for the king bed were way too small and cheap fluff and absolutely uncomfortable. The room is dated and rough and worn furniture. Back to music. I called front desk at 1am to complian that the bass and music was shaking our room and was told that security was taking care of it. Well they didnt until much later. Checking out and expressing our disappointment was only met with acknowledgement of many others who also complained about music, and told no refund, no discount or anything can be done about it.

The appliances in the room are old and don’t work properly. Most of the equipment in the gym was out of order. The gym itself is tiny — more a personal gym than a public gym.

I stayed here for an event in October. I had a discount for the room so didn’t pay full price. The hotel was not great but because I received a discount for the event I would say it was ok for the $ spent. They don’t seem to keep the rooms updated and found numerous broken things (lamps) that were never repaired. The bed was comfortable amd I slept well but I wouldn’t spend alot of money for a room here. Parking was free but not straight forward. I had to move my car as I wasn’t originally parked in the right area.

The worst ever experience of my whole life. The first time you book a hotel with parking included, but no space for parking in either so called hotel or nearby! Even worse, the answer you receive as rude as possible: it is what it is! Your problem!!! The elevator door made a horrible noise as if using a jack hammer which made it literally impossible to sleep at night. I wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely not recommended.

Actual front entrance was difficult to find as 3 sides of the building say entrance. Called 2 days ahead asking for early check-in was told no problem, just come in early. Got there and was told (a bit rudely) there was no confirmation and that it would be a $40 charge to check-in 2 hours early. One elevator was out of service so everyone was using the other, took forever to get where you needed to. Website states they provide cribs/toddler beds, called to see if they would note down that I would need one and was told they actually don't have them anymore. Thankfully I called ahead to check cause that would've been very inconvenient. Also was no tub stopper for me to bathe my 4 month old after a birthday party.

There was construction going on around the property, which made it difficult to get to from the main road nearby. The hotel elevator was horrible. You press your floor's button, and it doesn't stay lit, and rarely actually stops on your floor. Holding the button in sometimes got you there, but not on the 1st try. Often. it would go up to the top floor, and all the way back down. They really need to get that sorted out. The room was very nice and clean, no complaints there.

It was very dingy and the bed squeaked. There was a discarded granola bar wrapper on the window sill, no stoppers for the tub or sink, and a clot of hair in the shower drain. Front staff very pleasant though, I must admit.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The room was not clean at all, I could visible see the dirt. I had to kill a house centipede that came crawling out from under the couch. This room was not worth the price I paid at all. Super disappointed and wish I could get my money back.

I was assigned a room that was in wholly unacceptable condition. The ceiling was damaged and peeling, the floors and bathtub were visibly dirty, and one of the towels was stained with toothpaste. I am concerned there were additional hygiene issues not immediately apparent. I was informed that the hotel was fully booked and that no alternative room could be provided. As I was in the city for a conference, I had no option but to stay the night. Given the unsanitary and neglected state of the room, I find the experience entirely unacceptable and inconsistent with the standards advertised.

The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable, the staff were polite. Parking is free. The building is quite run down and dingey, the room didn't feel thoroughly cleaned (for example, hair on the bathroom counter). Didn't feel the most secure. Wifi was weak in the room, two bars sometimes one.

It was very close to Rogers stadium so super convenient for the concert we went to. But this meant it was way overpriced. Staff was great. Room was dingy with stained carpet but clean enough. No amenities. Complimentary continental breakfast was helpful and convenient. Very basic with paper plates and plastic cutlery.

Was a great location to stay for concerts. No transportation needed 20 minutes walk. The hotel is kind of outdated and not much to do or places to eat around there. The continental breakfast was bare minimum.

Good place to stay if you are looking for clean, big rooms. The TV is very small screen. Nothing fancy but also not drab. Breakfast is ok, nothing cooked (no eggs or bacon etc) but lots of standard baked goods, some fruit, no-name brand yogurt. Hallways are all tiled flooring so people’s conversations in the hall, coming and going is very echoey and might disturb some.

We were guests in room 317 on October 18th. When we arrived, in room smoke monitor was beeping every 15 seconds. Maintenance reset the faulty monitor instead of replacing it. Needless to say, it started beeping every 15 seconds at 3:30 am. and we did not get much sleep. Two calls to the general manager Daniel have not been returned. A refund would have been appreciated.

Paid for two beds and got one. To fix it, they moved us to a room with broken air conditioning on a hot humid summer day. Then they said they would try to fix it. We said we didn’t have ti to wait so we went back to one bed for four people. When we asked at least to get some blankets to sleep on the floor, they said they had none to spare. When I asked for some compensation for this disaster, they said no because we booked through Expedia. Just wow.

As always the staff was friendly and helpful. This is not the fanciest of hotels but has everything I need. Clean, nice toiletries, hair dryer, ample towels, adequate breakfast and Roku tv.

Needs to be a clear “front door”, we walked around the building twice trying to figure out where front desk was. When we arrived, a 1/2 hour early front desk person said there were no clean rooms, which he didn’t even ask cleaning personnel about. Then at 3 (check in time) He gave us a room, which was still occupied/ being cleaned. No apology, just gave us a new room. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

This hotel is definitely an older building that could use some updating. It also wasn't clearly marked where the entry was. This hotel was certainly nothing fancy but I went to a concert at Rogers Stadium and it couldn't beat the proximity. For what it was, it was alright. I would stay there again only if attending another show at the stadium

We chose this hotel to be near the public transportation station and because it was more affordable than downtown Toronto hotels. It was a quick walk to the Downsview Park station which allowed us to easily get to downtown attractions and restaurants. The only complaint we have is the breakfast didn't include any hot breakfast options, just strictly continental breakfast of breads, juice, cereal and coffee.

We chose this hotel to be near the public transportation station and because it was more affordable than downtown Toronto hotels. Nice place, friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to Roger’s stadium was perfect.

Awful WiFi and a dated hotel. It's 40 minutes from Toronto centre. I moved to a serviced apartment in the centre with a rooftop pool that was around 30% less than the Montecasino. Wouldn't likely return. Breakfast has paper plates and plastic cutlery that was too thin to manage to butter bread properly.

Check in was fine. Hotel entrance was difficult to find and signage to locate it when arriving was insufficient. Room was clean but desk chair was so badly stained, I did not want to sit on it. Rooms still have a physical key instead of a key card. Continental breakfast very limited and needs to be spread out more (e.g., add another table) to reduce crowding. Not very much within immediate neighbourhood but not far from subway transit and Yorkdale. Very handy to new Rogers Stadium (essentially across the street).

Breakfast was late and we were n a rush as had appointment. Beds were very old and uncomfortable. Furniture clean but scratched. The heating ventilation and air conditioning system did not work at first. They came and Re plugged it. Then fan was loud all night. Electrical outlet in bathroom was sparking. Room was clean.

We chose this hotel to be near the public transportation station and because it was more affordable than downtown Toronto hotels. It was a quick walk to the Downsview Park station which allowed us to easily get to downtown attractions and restaurants. The only complaint we have is the breakfast didn't include any hot breakfast options, just strictly continental breakfast of breads, juice, cereal and coffee.

The only good reason to stay there for that price is the proximity to the Rogers Stadium. Pretty old place never renovated. The room was clean, so were the beds, but it smelled like it had not been opened in weeks, probably the old carpet that absorbed the smell. The breakfast was the most minimalist that we've seen (few slices of bread, a couple brand of cereals, 1 or 2 bagels), we actually went out to eat.

You get what you pay for, cheaper hotel so it is lacking in some areas. The wifi would not connect to any of our devices, which was quite irritating. Breakfast is lacking. Pillows are small squares instead of a standard size. What threw us off the most was what we found as we were doing a final sweep of the room before checkout; another (previous guest’s) AirPods in the nightstand drawer. If housekeeping did not open a drawer while cleaning between stays, I do wonder how well they are cleaning the place.

Everything was as expected. The room was clean, the toiletries nice and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple but has enough variety to suit most tastes. The person who sets up the breakfast is very accommodating.

This hotel gave me a relatively affordable one-night stay close to public transit (Downsview Park station). It was quite noisy, at least compared to other recent hotels I've stayed at, for those who are light sleepers or sensitive to noise (keep in mind this is an event space, so a lot of things always being moved around downstairs). I appreciated the laundry room (though only half the machines were working), the fridge and microwave oven in the room, the small included breakfast, and the gym (though you need the combo to get it, and some of the equipment hasn't been well maintained). Depends on your needs. It met mine for this trip, but probably not somewhere I'd stop often or for long.

After reading so many negative reviews, I went in really anxious. I was worried about the condition of the room I would get or how the staff would be, but after my stay I can’t say anything but nice things about this hotel. I was expecting a simple, outdated room with a bed and tv, but ended up with a beautiful suite. The only problems I had were that the wifi was just not working, I had trouble finding the elevator when I first arrived, and my ac was turning on and off every 2 minutes so I had to unplug it. I asked the guy at the desk if he would mind having someone look at it while I was at the BTS concert and when I came back, it was working as it should! There was also no mini fridge or microwave in the room which I think is really unfortunate, but I personally didn’t need them so I didn’t mind. Other than that, my room was clean and comfortable, not at all outdated, close to Rogers Stadium, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. For those going to stay for the first time, check in is on the second floor. Go into the entrance and turn right, you’ll find the elevators there. You’re welcome! :)
