We stayed as a family of 5 while picking up visitors from the airport. The 2 bedroom suite is amazing - 2 separate bedrooms with attached bathrooms and a living room and kitchen in between. Pool was great, location not so much. Hotel does not offer a shuttle - will reimburse a taxi up to $25

Everything was great. My only issue was the pool room was cold. The water was warm enough but the room itself wqa a littke chilly. They were painting that room so maybe the heat and humidity had to be turned off for the paint?!, i dunno im not a painter; just a random hotel reviewer

Big microwave, full size fridge, dishwasher, glasstop oven and crockery. The bathroom sink was outside the bathroom. The lights were kinda dim especially in the bathroom. Overall good place to stay.

The front desk lady was amazing. Great customer service. The rooms are outdated and also the cleanliness was lacking. Behind bathroom door was quite dusty and the carpet still had a couple items (Sparkles from previous kids) evident. Breakfast was OK. Pool was fantastic. Pool attendant and towels were A+. Overall, I would go back

My grandson, husband & I stayed for 3 nights. Nice size suite. Tight squeeze between bed and tv though. Wall plugs near bed was very convenient for our CPAP machines. Awesome sized fridge! Thinking of getting a sofa bed like the one in the room. Forgot to report that the tub spout needs replacing. It would move away from the wall when shower is engaged.

The one real complaint i have, and it wasnt something the hotel was even aware of, was that the description listed "soundproof rooms". I thought this would mean not hearing the constant landing & take off from the airport. So, when this didnt happen the first night, i politely asked the concierge. She explained that description was NOT the hotels but the listing and apologized. In addition she thanked me for bringing to her attention. Thankfully i packed earplugs and sound machine, just in case.

Very nice and spacious room. Has all the necessities (oven, microwave) and everything is clean. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Sofa bed is comfortable. We took a suite which included 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Included 3 big TVs. Only complaint is that breakfast ends at 9am on weekdays and 9:30am on weekends, which is pretty early. Should push it back until 10am.

Con: Apparently there was a renovation going on during my stay. Noises of hammering and sawing were quite loud. Free wifi was unreliable. Zoom calls were dropped or lagged. Pro: very friendly staffs. They allowed my family to check-in very early in the morning. Thank you very much for that. The hot breakfast buffet was great. Room very clean and comfortable.

Our stay was very enjoyable, despite the blizzard! The fellow at the front desk, Farksi, was very helpful, polite and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We arrived much earlier than the 4pm checkin time and Faris at the front desk was accommodating to our family to get us a room at no extra fee per his words. The housekeeping supervisor got our room ready right away and we didn’t have to wait long to get to our room and get settled. The room turns out was much nicer than what I thought I had booked and costed about $200 more total. We had a two bedroom two bathroom suite with a full kitchen and a dining area and living room. There were 3 TVs in the room and a fireplace. We loved our room. The booking had a inclusive daily breakfast included. The hotel had a gym and pool. I used the gym and it was small but had what I needed. The only things I wasn’t too impressed about during our stay was the overall temperature of my bedroom area-it was pretty warm during the day and early evening. I called and had hotel engineering up to look at the thermostat and was told it works but it really didn’t. Only one bedroom and the common room area were cool while my bedroom and bath were hot. The cleaning staff comes to the room every two days and they do not do a good job as they don’t vacuum the room or thoroughly dust mop. The housekeeper only made one bed and just bypassed the other. I also saw that the housekeeper did not separate the recycled bin items from the regular garbage just put them in one bag. So they don’t really recycle.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet staff were especially friendly and welcoming. Check in and check out staff were exceptional also. Loved the full size refrigerator. The dishwasher and the microwave were a little finicky, but they did end up performing their respective jobs well. Only thing is that for non couples staying together (like parent and grown child), the only way into the bathroom is through the bedroom as it is an ensuite. So there is the personal space issue. But that can be worked out also.

We stayed there post surgery at a nearby private clinic. The hotel isn’t fancy but we really appreciated having the extra space a suite provides. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

This was a great stay, very quiet and literally 5 minutes away from the airport. Many ways to get on the highway and getting downtown toronto even with traffic was maybe 35 mins tops. Staff was very kind and polite. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

We stayed as a family of 5 while picking up visitors from the airport. The 2 bedroom suite is amazing - 2 separate bedrooms with attached bathrooms and a living room and kitchen in between. Pool was great, location not so much. Hotel does not offer a shuttle - will reimburse a taxi up to $25

We really enjoyed our stay at the two bed suite which also enabled us to prepare our own meals with a well equipped kitchen. The breakfast choices were varied with lots of healthy options and also inclusive, offering halal dishes. Would recommend this hotel to other guests.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast every morning was delicious, the room was always clean, the bed was super comfortable and the gym was decently sized! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Toronto.

Con: Apparently there was a renovation going on during my stay. Noises of hammering and sawing were quite loud. Free wifi was unreliable. Zoom calls were dropped or lagged. Pro: very friendly staffs. They allowed my family to check-in very early in the morning. Thank you very much for that. The hot breakfast buffet was great. Room very clean and comfortable.

The stay was great, the only thing we didn’t like compared to hotels we stay in, in other places, was the lack of a dress code of any kind for breakfast. People were down for breakfast in pyjamas and we saw things we didn’t need to see. It was inappropriate and quite frankly disrespectful.

To start, they charge 28$ a day for parking. I can park at the airport for that rate. They have a lemon water glass dispenser in the lobby. The lemon was actually moldy and we had to inform the desk staff. They replaced this with a coffee dispenser later which had coffee spilled all over the counter and garbage from the sugar packets on the floor. Which again we mentioned to the desk staff. The breakfast was terrible. I travel for a living and rate this breakfast as a 2 of 10. The sausage patties were cold, the juice watery, the place was very messy. Based on the overcrowded seating area, this was probably the norm. Food was slow to be replenished and not hot. The coffee was the worst I have had in a hotel, including in room made. It calls itself an a “airport” Marriott, but has no shuttle. Instead you uber and then try to get reimbursed which was hard. On the day of leaving only one person was on the desk with a line of 9 people checking out and in. I just dropped my key and left and paid for my own uber instead of being late. The room door locks stick closed and ours did twice while the people directly across the hall had to have a maintenance man and a crowbar break in at midnight waking us up. The general feeling I get is this hotel is getting rundown. I have stayed here in the past and it was nowhere the same as now. We like the room size and layout but that is all. The room had a good layer of dust on the furniture as well. I don’t recommend this hotel.
