Clean rooms and helpful staff. The amenities in the room were helpful but the vending machines were not kept full and this is difficult with no other access to snacks etc.

There is no elevator.

The hotel was appearing close to its expiration date. Room was clean but in disrepair. Cigarette burn on bathtub, smelled of cigarette smoke. No cups in room, needed to turn the fridge on to store drinks. Lampshades were ripped. Toilet was very low without grab bars, if you have mobility issues. Plus side , bed was a very comfortable pillow top mattress. The young woman at reception was very helpful and fully bilingual. Parking was free and had lots of space.

They didn't have a breakfast. Said donuts and bagel's would be out for as long as they last, so be fast. The attached restaurant was closed for remodeling, which they never stated. NO elevators... Close to down town.

Very convenient location with free charging stations for electric cars.

Cet hôtel a un grand besoin de réno. Pas d'assenceur, déjeuner frugal, ameublement usé "à la corde" littéralement, les chambres ne sont jamais prêtes (à 2 reprises), pas de machines distributrices, pas d'endroits pour se reposer à l'extérieur (i.e. patio, piscine, bancs, balançoires)

Room was clean, beds comfortable, check in was quick and easy. Lots of parking. Appreciated they are pet friendly as we were travelling with a small dog. Friendly and courteous front desk staff.

Nous avons aimé la disponibilité, le lit King et les commodités de la chambre. Cependant, nous avons trouvé que la propreté était un élément à travailler pour que la chambre excelle. Il y avait de la moisissure sur le mur.

Overall dusty smell in the staircase. Broken bathtub. Smell of cigarette coming thru the bathroom fan. Noisy and old air conditioner. However, staff very polite, bed was comfortable and breakfast was adequate.

Dans les escalliers le tapis était sale et déchiré. Pas de savon dans la douche. Dans l'ensemble la gestion de cet hotel est très cheap.

Good clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast is continental, does have boiled eggs, many variations of bread, yogurt, fruit, cheese sticks and other components. Cold and hot bevrages. Nice crockery. My issues was that the electrical outlets are not near the bed, are on the opposite wall. It was a difficult situation as a person using CPAP needs electrical outlets near the bed. Hope that consideration is given and changes are made. My other family member in the other room, too mentioned this, they had a difficult sleep.

The check-in staff were friendly. We booked a multiple beds room which turned out to be a suite with a king bed in one separate room and two queens in another bedroom with a living area and kitchen, also convenient as it had a full fridge freezer so great if travelling with coolers. Very spacious and perfect for us as we were travelling with bikes so plenty of room to store them overnight. The hotel is VERY dated though. My family slept well and the AC worked. Breakfast was meh - toast, bagels and croissants. The hot water for tea was luke warm and the juice dispenser wasn't working. Time for a few upgrades. Also no elevator to the upper floors. Fine for an overnight stay but I wouldn't stay longer.

Washroom has no heating and is 20 square feet including the bathtub, one baseboard heating for entire room in -20 degree

-The a/c didn’t work, ran all night it was +28 with high humidity outside with a heat warning just with a south facing room just to set the tone. - The mattress topper was not the wrap around style but just a topper with anchor points - Being so hot out I didn’t use any sheets until at one point I was cold and used what I thought was the sheets and ended up sleeping between the topper and the mattress after that I couldn’t sleep. - Made the drive to Halifax the following day fun to say the least. - Driving across Canada and staying at multiple hotels throughout the week, that were rated at the same price point and ratings it was a let down

It was conviently off the highway with a gas station and Tim Hortons across the road. Rooms were clean but could use a little more updating. There are no power outlets next to the beds and the lampshades to all the lamps were stained and broken. Great for a night stay

Staff at the front desk were void of any life - upon check in and check out the only times words were spoken by them were when a question was asked. When we checked in I asked where the room was located so we could park our car near the room - she pointed to the floor plan behind her and said “here”. The only word she said during the entire transaction. When checking out there were no words spoken by her (a different person) It was very awkward. The hotel is very dated, kinda dingy. Beds were clean and free of bugs from what I could see. Breakfast was pretty basic and the eating area looked like a storage closet transformed to a breakfast area. No coffee in the room

Days inn Terrible experience. When we booked the room, we let them know that we would be arriving after 11pm. When we arrived at midnight, the boy at the front desk tells us that someone has already checked in to our room. I told him that is not possible, we just arrived. He then handed me a room key and told me I could go check the room to see who is in there. Excuse me, what?! We told him that we would absolutely not be doing that, so unsafe and unprofessional to even suggest. At that point, he goes and checks another room upstairs to see if anyone is in it before giving us the key - there was a stranger in there. We then asked if there are any cots available that we could pay to have in our (new) room, to which he rudely says no without checking. We then ask if we could have a few extra blankets and pillows to make a bed on the floor for the child travelling with us, to which he says we could only have 1 and he would get it “later” - it’s now 12:15am. We proceed to our room and wait over 30 minutes, and to no one’s surprise, the boy does not arrive with any extra pillows or blankets. We call down to the front desk, 5 times. He lets it ring every time. We then walk down to the front desk 40 MINUTES after checking in, now almost 1 am, and the boy asks “oh, that was you just calling me?” in a VERY hateful tone. We then ask again could we please have some blankets and pillows, and he reluctantly hands over 1 thin blanket. Terrible customer service, we’ll never be back.

The property is old and could do with some TLC. The staff were super friendly. We arrived around midday but they made sure to find a room ready for us.

Very friendly front counter staff totally bilingual. Very clean room. In an industrial area but easily accessible and only a short drive to take out food and grocery stores.

The girl at the front desk was so lovely. Our room wasn’t ready yet and we were exhausted, so she put us in another room so we could have a sleep

OK for a short road stop stay. Our room was run down but cleaner than what some other reviewers described. Perhaps the worst free breakfast we ever experienced and we have stayed at hundreds of hotels.

We were a little disappointed with the breakfast selection

This is a very old hotel, which we have stayed at before. However, we see a slight difference each time we visit. Also their breakfast is just the basic. Today no hot water available for my wife to add to her coffee. Yesterday there was a young lady working very diligently, today didn't see her

Don’t let the hallways scare you! The room was awesome, it appears that they are renovating from the rooms out. Rooms were clean and recently renovated. The breakfast was good as well.
