Vacker Woodland Lodge i hjärtat av Shropshire Countryside

The lodge was perfect for us. Cosy, warm, all facilities, utensils, comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, luxury toiletries, spotlessly clean and private. A peaceful haven to recharge away from city life.

Very nice little lodge, beautiful setting. Peaceful sitting on the decking in the trees. The host was very helpful when I lost my way before arrival.

Lovely stay, so relaxing and couldn’t be happier. Thank you for having us and we would love to come back soon xoxo

Ideal for peace and quiet

We stayed for two nights as a stop gap when we were holidaying in the area. Although the cabin is by the car park and owners house it still felt private. It was well equipped with coffee, teas, shower gel etc but is very cosy and cramped in the living area. We also felt in places it was looking a bit tired. Didn’t use the hot tub so can’t comment on that. Plenty of information sent before arrival. Check in was via a phone call and we never got to meet anyone. The first part of the track from the main road is awful with massive pot holes, it gets better once you hit the tarmac. It could be the first part does not belong to the property so can’t be made any better but it would help if some of the holes were filled in. It was certainly a very peaceful place and was lovely hearing the owls at night.
