We stayed here a few nights upon arriving in Valencia and before departing from Valencia on our way to Paris. The hotel offers free parking and a lovely, complimentary breakfast, making it the most cost effective hotel we found in the area. We stayed at this hotel for four nights and had a pleasant experience. The room and common areas were very clean, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast was fairly good. A large shopping centre connected to the hotel was a great bonus — it had everything from clothes and groceries to many restaurants and cafés. The bus stop was close by, and bus number 160 went directly to the city centre (about 40–45 minutes each way). The metro was not nearby, but overall the location was convenient.

El hotel es un hotel normal, nosotros pasamos sólo una noche de paso, y para eso más que de sobra, pero la habitación era muy pequeña, sin mininevera, un armario muy pequeñito... lo dicho para pasar muchos días una familia de 4 que éramos me parecía muy pequeño, pero repito para lo que nosotros queríamos más que suficiente. En cambio el desayuno buffet que incluía el precio nos sorprendió muy gratamente, mucha variedad y rico. Esta muy cerca de un centro comercial lo que te da posibilidad de comer en distintos sitios. El hotel también cuenta con sitio de sobra para aparcar (creo que no eran ya plazas del propio hotel, pero al ser un lugar comercial, sin problema)

Clean hotel, friendly staff, comfortable beds and professional service. This is the first time I have had breakfast prepared in a hotel as my flight was at 6am and I did not have time to enjoy the hotel breakfast. I am very grateful to the staff. The only drawback was that the air conditioning is limited to 20 degrees Celsius which is very hot to sleep in. I needed a fan.

Everything was great. Staff were helpful, breakfast had a good choice, room was clean. Only issue is the rooms are very small for a family room as the sofa turns into the 3rd/4th bed and leaves no remaining floor space. Not enough clothes hanging space, only enough for one or two people, not a family of four.

Holiday Inn Express Valencia - Bonaire. The location was prime. It's right next to the Bonaire Shopping Center, and makes it easy for travelers as they have an Alcampo right there. The front desk staff at this hotel was really friendly and helpful. She also proactively gave me some recommendations for things to do in Valencia. The rooms were clean, but the only problem was the AC temperatures are set very high and would not go lower and it was very hot. Struggled to get a good night’s sleep. In spite of complaining and asking the front desk no one really cared to come and help out and said 18 degrees Celsius is the lowest it goes. Evenings and nights felt so muggy and like a oven inside the room. Had good options for breakfast and was conveniently located and spacious. Good pastries and fruits and coffee was made available. If you are going around in your own car, then its bit of a nuisance to get in and out of the hotel as the exit from the highway is basically closed off and it takes extra time to go around a lot of buildings to get in and out of this place.

Staff was awesome and helpful.Only 1 thing to point out room service need to stop taking riom card out of power slot everytime we came back to the room the air conditioning was off due to room card being removed. I also notice that after my 3 stay in spain at the holiday inn express Valencia was the only hotel that offered water at check in. Something I wanted to point out. Each city should offer the same servive in Barcelona and Madrid since I'm a member.

Hôtel befindet sich sehr außerhalb Stadt Zentrum und leider es gibt keine gute Bus Verbindung. Es gibt kein Metro-Bahn in der Nähe. Mann muss entweder mit eigener Auto fahren oder Taxi bestellen. Hotel Anlage ist Renovierungsbedürftig. Ich würde nächste Mal paar Euro mehr bezahlen aber lieber ein andere Hotel nehmen. Nur wegen schlechten Verkehrsverbindungen könnten wir von Valencia nichts sehen. Es hat sich nicht gelohnt auch das Hotel preislich günstig war.

We stayed for one night before our trip to Barcelona. It was a great hotel with airport and a mall (3 minutes walking distance) with lots of options nearby. However, we had a minor issue with the toilet not flushing properly. It did with multiple attempts though! Other than this it was a great stay with good and plentiful breakfast!

Relación calidad precio fenomenal. Un hotel muy cómodo tanto si estás de paso por Valencia como si quieres visitar la ciudad. Al lado del centro comercial Bonaire Lo mejor su desayuno buffet, tenían de todo aunque no era demasiado grande había mucha variedad y estaba todo riquísimo. También tenían servicio de consigna con lo que al dejar la habitación pudimos dejar las maletas y recogerlas más tarde para poder disfrutar de la ciudad sin tener que aparcar el coche lleno.
