Nice hotel within 15-20 minutes walk to the centre but there are some local bars and cafes very close by. Nice lobby area but no bar. Free parking available right beside the hotel. Rooms were nice but not very spacious due to oversized sofa which took up a lot of space.

El proceso de check-in fue muy eficiente, nos dieron la habitación más temprano de lo esperado y la atención en recepción fue adecuada. La habitación es espaciosa y cómoda y todo estaba muy limpio. Exelente opción para hospedarse en Valladolid porque aunque no está en el centro, la parada de autobús está a solo 2 minutos andando o se puede andar perfectamente al centro en menos de 20 minutos. Además el hotel cuenta con parking, haciendo la estancia aún más cómoda para los que vamos en coche. Sin duda repetería.

La estancia ha sido muy agradable. La habitación increible, muy amplia, con baño grande y armarios cómodos. La cama muy agradable y acogedora. Lo único las almuhadas que quizás son un poco blandas, pero esto, quizás, es algo muy personal. La limpieza muybien y la textura de las toallas y sábanas muy agradables. El silencio en la planta muy cuidado y respetado.Gracias por la estancias!

Los cuartos son funcionales pero no tan cómodos. El baño es estrecho y mi habitación olia a cigarro aunque se supone que todas las habitaciones son para no fumadores. Pocas opciones para comer cercanas (a pie). Lo mejor fue el desayuno, bastante recomendable.

What I liked the most is the relaxing environment that offers being on the Hotel and outside of it. Also the facilities and the organized things. I rate this hotel 9 out of 10 because the footsteps on the other rooms and the noise people make can be heard and scare you with the doors closing roughly. Lo que mas me gustó fue el ambiente relajante que ofrece estando en el Hotel y fuera de él. También las facilidades y las cosas organizadas. Le doy un 9/10 porque los pasos en las otras habitaciones se escuchaban y te asustaban de repente con mas puertas cerrándose fuertemente.

We had a disappointing experience during our stay last night. We didn't receive the room we had paid for but were given a cheaper one instead. To make matters worse, the heating in the room was unbearable—there were no controls, and the temperature felt like it was at least 30°C, making it nearly impossible to sleep. When we raised our concerns with the front desk in the morning, they were dismissive and unhelpful, simply telling us to contact the third party we booked through. Overall, a very disappointing stay, and we wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on our experience.

O hotel é afastado de tudo. Tivemos que pegar táxi para sair para jantar. A moça na recepção muito solicita a nós ajudar para achar restaurante aberto( todos só abrem as 20 horas para jantar ). Como foi uma estadia para dormir…… O resto foi tudo bem

Nice hotel within 15-20 minutes walk to the centre but there are some local bars and cafes very close by. Nice lobby area but no bar. Free parking available right beside the hotel. Rooms were nice but not very spacious due to oversized sofa which took up a lot of space.

Nos gustó la ubicación y tranquilidad de las instalaciones. Fácil aparcamiento. El personal muy amable. El centro se encuentra a 15 minutos a pie. El aire acondicionado emitía bastante ruido.

El proceso de check-in fue muy eficiente, nos dieron la habitación más temprano de lo esperado y la atención en recepción fue adecuada. La habitación es espaciosa y cómoda y todo estaba muy limpio. Exelente opción para hospedarse en Valladolid porque aunque no está en el centro, la parada de autobús está a solo 2 minutos andando o se puede andar perfectamente al centro en menos de 20 minutos. Además el hotel cuenta con parking, haciendo la estancia aún más cómoda para los que vamos en coche. Sin duda repetería.

El proceso de check-in fue muy eficiente, nos dieron la habitación más temprano de lo esperado y la atención en recepción fue adecuada. La habitación es espaciosa y cómoda y todo estaba muy limpio. Los cuartos son funcionales pero no tan cómodos. El baño es estrecho y mi habitación olia a cigarro aunque se supone que todas las habitaciones son para no fumadores. Pocas opciones para comer cercanas (a pie). Lo mejor fue el desayuno, bastante recomendable.

The good: Old town is in walking distance, rooms are clean, free parking is abundant. The bad: breakfast buffet is disappointing, hotel is certainly older than most (seems very dated), not even a bottle of complimentary water for guests which is standard in onther hotels (even at NH-group).

Overall the hôtel was very good. The room was clean, the staff was polite and the breakfast was generous and the parking safe. The exception the air condition which could only creat heat. That was rather uncomfortable to sleep during the night.

What a difference compared to NH Cáceres! The room is clean, contemporary, cosy, warm. The bed is very comfortable, breakfast is very good and staff friendly. Well done! Wish we stayed longer. Next time- it’ll be choice number one for us, thank you!
