Rooms are nice (not brand new but fine) and have a gas fire so good for cold weather - couldn’t find air con though so not sure how it goes in summer, thank goodness we worked out how to open the window. The outdoor spa and heated pool were great and the hotel supplies towels, bathrobes to use for it so that was a nice touch. It is in walking distance to all of the Whistler central facilities and restaurants. We would stay again. (Note: parking is an additional $25 per 24 hrs)

Very central location. Has a hot tub but the pool was too cold - 27C. I would suggest to increase it to a temperature where people can use it comfortably.. 30-34? Not enough towels @ the pool/hot tub.

Outdoor Hot tub was broken or not filled with any water. Bathrooms by pool had no soap to wash your hands. Gym treadmill was broken. Robe in our bathroom that was hung up and we never used had makeup on it but not from us. Coffee cups had rings on the inside that we needed to wash before use. This hotel is very worn in hallways and one of the elevators was giving us issues coming from the parkade to our room floor. I would rate this hotel a 3 star at most, if even that. Definitely not worth the rate we paid.

This hotel was the perfect place to stay in Whistler and was very affordable as well! Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were being cleaned so we weren’t able to use it, but the hotel gave us compensation to reflect this. Parking does cost a daily rate - it is safe and easy to come and go as you please

The location in the Village is great. No issues with cleanliness. Gym is just an elliptical and a treadmill and one of them was broken. Likewise, not a lot of resting furniture at the pool and one of the lounges was broken. Front desk was very helpful.

Good location but room decor and kitchen very tired and in need of replacement. Hairs on bathroom floor. Coffee machine not working. Balcony was unswept with a peeling floor. A large bath right next to the bed was strange- no bedside cabinet so used the side of the bath for phone etc. On the positive side the bed was comfy and there were plenty of towels and bathrobes. View of the mountain from the balcony was great and made a good spot for early morning tea.

The Pinnacle Hotel Whistler Village was overall a nice stay — the room was clean, and I really appreciated having a bathtub. However, the balcony was quite dirty and there were stains on the bedsheet, which was a bit disappointing. With a little more attention to detail, it could have been a perfect experience.

The location was very good. The staff was nice. We are really disappointed as we found the carpet close to the balcony door soaking wet when we arrived at our room. The staff offered to dry the area with some towels but we believe this shouldn't happen in the first place. They knew about the problem in advance and didn't fix it. When the housekeeping " cleaned" the room, it wasn't vacuumed at all. The bathroom floor wasn't properly clean either and we didn't get new toilet paper. Very disappointed. We will stay in a different hotel on our future visit to Whistler.

This hotel is dated and tired, and really could be spruced up (though the landscaping/flowers outside are nice). But the room was clean, the kitchenette (one of the reasons why we chose this hotel) was handy, it had air conditioning, the beds were comfortable, it was quiet, the staff were nice, and there is complimentary keurig coffee in the lobby. The shower is 'European-style' and doesn't fully close, which I always find annoying in North America, but it didn't soak the bathroom to any great degree (thankfully!). We had a rather large balcony and even though it overlooked the entrance area, it was still lovely. The biggest issue was that our son wanted to take a bath in the tub in the room but as soon as the water level got above the jets, enormous amounts of black sludge started pouring out of them. It was beyond disgusting. That said, the pool and hot tub, both outdoors, were arguably the cleanest I've ever seen at a hotel. I usually avoid hotel hot tubs, but this one was spectacularly clean, despite being used near constantly. Tip: if you want to have the pool/hot tub area all to yourself, just go in the morning. Our kids used it alone 3 days in a row - while it got busier in the afternoon. Overall, it was a good stay for a good price.

Room is spacious, clean, and has everything you would want and need. The fireplace was lovely to warm up. Soaking in the large bath with a glass of wine was exactly what I was craving after a day on the mountain! Just don’t forget to bring your own epsom salts or bubble bath!

I enjoyed the outdoor heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, and I loved the scent of the soap and shampoo. **Dislikes:** The large bathtub next to the bed feels a bit odd. Additionally, my child cut his toes while playing in the pool.

This property was great right from booking, to checking in, all during our 3 night stay, and check out. Staff are amazing, and are continually being helpful to make your stay the best. A nice option to have more K pods in the lobby, if you run out in your room...we needed Decaf, which wasn't stocked, but it was easy enough to purchase some in the local store. Both Tom & Tommy were always there to assist. Room was spacious, ample charging ports for devices, and loved the coziness of the gas fireplace with the weather cooling. Breakfast in Alpha was ideal, being connected to the hotel, with staff as wonderful as the hotel staff. It had been many years since we visited Whistler, and we won't be leaving it as long until the next visit. And our choice will be the Pinnacle again. Another note, if you take the bus to Whistler, it's a short 5 minute walk to the hotel, prefect.

The staffs at front desk were very considerate and friendly. Once they heard that we didn’t sleep well because of a lady was screaming and yelling at 2am ish, running out of the hotel to the street underneath our window kept yelling. They waived off our parking fee. Also ,the room was clean , the bed was comfy

The staff were very friendly and efficient. They provided me with excellent service and I will book another room here when I come back next fall. Ezra and Miguel were very helpful and provided the most excellent service making my stay very enjoyable.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. They provided me with excellent service and I will book another room here when I come back next fall. Ezra and Miguel were very helpful and provided the most excellent service making my stay very enjoyable.

The location was perfect for us. Steps from the Village stroll and less than 10 minute walk to the gondola. Very quiet area but so close to the fun stuff. The hotel and room had everything we needed.

Room was good, but coffee machine was not clean where was filter for water. Pillows were not comfortable at all. They are so hard and there are not fresh, not smelling on powder. Very bad that hotel does not have a breakfast as well, they told us on reception we have some sandwiches and pastries in our restaurant. We had alternative for a breakfast in Hotel Four Season and Fairmont. Staff on reception not asking you how is your stay how is everything even when we did check out. Costumer service is poor, no love in their job. Overall we will choose different hotel next time for for price we paid.

This property was great right from booking, to checking in, all during our 3 night stay, and check out. Staff are amazing, and are continually being helpful to make your stay the best. A nice option to have more K pods in the lobby, if you run out in your room...we needed Decaf, which wasn't stocked, but it was easy enough to purchase some in the local store. Both Tom & Tommy were always there to assist. Room was spacious, ample charging ports for devices, and loved the coziness of the gas fireplace with the weather cooling. Breakfast in Alpha was ideal, being connected to the hotel, with staff as wonderful as the hotel staff. It had been many years since we visited Whistler, and we won't be leaving it as long until the next visit. And our choice will be the Pinnacle again. Another note, if you take the bus to Whistler, it's a short 5 minute walk to the hotel, prefect.

The staff were helpful, the location was ideal - just a short walk to the bus loop and bike rental, near the Olympic Rings for the Whistler 50 start and finish, and within a 5 min walk of the village - and there was a jacuzzi in our suite bedroom, which was fantastic! The kitchenette and grocery store within walking made it easy to avoid expensive restaurant meals, although if that’s more your thing, Quattro is attached to the hotel and there is a lovely bakery just around the side of the lobby. There was free tea and coffee in the lobby and the staff was kind enough to store our bags after check-out so we could get in another day of fun family activities before heading out. The pool is outdoors and the kids found it chilly in October, but there is an adjacent hot tub as well. We had a very quiet and comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Beds comfortable and kitchen super handy! Decor was a bit dated but everything was very clean. We went in summer and there was a small walk to the hotel but no shuttle. For us it was no problem but for my elderly parents it was a bit much with the suitcases. The location was fantastic all within walking distance. It wasn’t in the direct heart of the village but close enough to the action of the village and far enough away to avoid the sounds of the nightlife. We really enjoyed a drink on the balcony at night too. Restaurants, fast food, grocery store liquor stores all a short walk away! We would definitely return again. Perfect for families or singles- they had a lovely pool and hot tub that we enjoyed in the beautiful weather

Fireplace, kitchen, sofa, basically your own apartment. Free Wifi, free phone calls. Great coffee shop/ cafe and you don't even have to leave the hotel; there's an entrance from the inside. Friendly/ helpful staff. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

In general, it’s an okay hotel, however very dated and not as clean as I would hope. Many sheets had small stains, dishes weren’t all clean, and the bathroom could use a deep clean. I also found the balcony to be covered in old bird droppings, not new so it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. There were lots of switches that never seemed to do anything. A few bulbs out in places, made it quite dark. The room was quite hot and humid when I first got in, had a smell of old cat for some reason. The A/C in the room worked ok, but very loud to have to keep on all night. Was nice to be able to open up the window and let some air in. The balcony and view was quite nice, mountains and trees as far as you could see. However it only had two plastic chairs, a major upgrade to the experience would be to add a bistro set or small little couch. Would make morning coffee much easier to enjoy. The complimentary coffee and tea were great, and the Keurig meant you could bring your own. There weren’t many additional amenities other than shampoo/conditioner and a bar of hand soap. Check-in was quick and easy. Staff were friendly, and it’s a great location. Overall, it’s not the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Some upgrades and modernization, along with deep cleaning, would make this a much better hotel. But if you aren’t bothered by that, than it’s worth the price.
