This property offered a cozy nest right next to Lake Granbury. The host was responsive and friendly. Kitchen was well stocked and we received on on-site letter that answered our questions on Wi-Fi and our hosts contact info. The multi level decks outside the hosts primary home were open to us to enjoy lake views and breezes. Enjoyed eating our host provided mini muffins and coffee on the deck.

This Lake house on Granbury Lake was stunning! It was in the perfect location to go to the square or go into town. The cottage was impeccable, very clean and beautifully decorated. The outdoor living places (I think there were 5 including the dock) were like being in a botanical garden. The hosts were warm and welcoming. I will definitely book again!

This little gem is perfection! The location is quiet & close to the square. The property is absolutely gorgeous, with amazing views of the lake from the beautiful decks. My husband walked all way down to the dock, and then realized he had to climb the stairs all the way back up, saying it was worth every step. I had the honor of meeting LeAnn. She’s fantastic! You won’t regret staying at this well appointed property! It is so well decorated, and LeAnn left us muffins, orange juice and a bag of coffee for breakfast. We definitely will stay here again.

This rental has a good view of lake right from bedroom window. The owners welcome you to use the outdoor fireplace and decks. It is all beautiful. The suite was very clean and well decorated. It is very cozy, quiet and perfect for couples. The owner answered questions immediately.

LeAnn was the perfect host. We'd couldn't have asked for better.Wonderful location with amazing view of Lake Granbury. We loved the access to outdoor living at the lake. We will definitely stay again the next time we visit Granbury. Perfect week in a beautiful spot!

This is our 2nd time to stay in this beautiful place. We love it so much because it is very quiet and sets back in a culdesac and away from the coming and goings of cars. The owners take great care of us throughout the weekend. My husbands like to fish off of the owners dock. It is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy.

Such a great little guest house. Everything one would need for a quick getaway. Directly on lake and so relaxing. So cool all patios/decks are available for guests. Super close to the square. Would def stay again:)

The property was beautiful. The accommodations were comfortable and spacious for the two of us. The kitchen and fridge were nice to have. We enjoyed the view of the lake and sitting by the outdoor fireplace. Close to town and hidden past a cul-de-sac so no road noise. Hosts were communicative and accommodating. Hope to stay here again.

This was an extremely clean and neat rental unit with beautiful decor and amenities. Very comfortable and had everything you'd need. Absolutely beauful patio area for sitting and relaxing and a gorgeous greenhouse. You have a dock on Granbury Lake for your use also. This place is within walking distance to the main downtown area. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.
This was an extremely clean and neat rental unit with beautiful decor and amenities. Very comfortable and had everything you'd need. Absolutely beauful patio area for sitting and relaxing and a gorgeous greenhouse. You have a dock on Granbury Lake for your use also. This place is within walking distance to the main downtown area. We had an amazing stay at this cozy lakehouse cabin in Granbury, TX! The place was spotless, super comfortable, and had everything we needed—from excellent amenities to thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The view of the lake was stunning, and the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere made it the perfect escape. We also loved how close it was to the town square—just a few minutes away, but still tucked away enough to feel private and serene. My daughter and I enjoyed this beautiful VRBO on the lake. I’m a huge plant lover, so seeing the greenhouse out of the bedroom window with the lake in the background made me smile. The owners were kind and helpful. Easy to communicate with. Bed was comfortable. Only downside was the couch was not, but we were in and out so didn’t spend much time sitting around. The apartment is adorable and well decorated. Host made sure we had muffins in juice for the next morning as well as coffee. We would absolutely stay again. It was perfect.

This is the second time my husband and I stayed here. We LOVE this cute VRBO. It has everything we need, and is perfectly quiet. The only comment is the couch is not very comfy...could definitely use a replacement. Otherwise, perfect!

Still owe me refund. Property was nice, but the actual room was tiny. And no heat. Both the front and back HVAC didnt work. And we froze. Back unit screamed. The front unit flapped the vent ever 15 minutes.they knew it was an issue and Ive not gotten my refund

My college friend and I have busy schedules between our husbands, children and grandchildren and needed to get away for some girl time. Granbury is a wonderful little town with fun shopping, great food and a relaxed atmosphere. We loved this guest suite on the lake. It was nicely decorated and had everything we could need. You can even see the lake from the bedroom. We only wish we could have spent more time there to enjoy the outdoor fireplace and porches. The guest house is in a nice, quiet development. It is perfect for a girl trip or for a couple. Hoping to go back with my husband. Quick, easy trip from the D/FW area.

This guest suite is so charming! It's decorated beautifully and had everything we needed for an enjoyable and peaceful 2 day stay. The neighborhood and location is great - right on the lake and so close to the square, beach and park. The patio areas are just as they appear in the photos with beautiful views of the lake. LeAnn is an amazing host! She is quick to respond and provided restaurant suggestions for us, as well as muffins and juice for breakfast! If it's not already reserved I will definitely book it again when I travel to Grandbury. park.

The place is beautiful no doubt.. but when we arrived it had snowed an iced the day before an when we got to the suite the suite was literally Freezing.. it would’ve been nice for someone to have turned on the heat before our arrival.. it took forever to get it warm .. the couch could an should be up graded.. it sets literally on the floor an most uncomfortable… an the last there should be some kind of covering on the kitchen window… but the surroundings outside is the most beautiful place ever … just needs upgrade on couch….

LeAnn was an incredible hostess! The room was immaculate and the property was amazing. Went out to eat the first night (German Food) and just relaxed in the room afterwards. Day 2 we explored Granbury via the walking paths and driving around. Came back to the residence to have lunch on the dock and fish a little (caught 9 fish). That night we decided to pick up a pizza from Alexs and just sit near and enjoy the fire in their incredible outdoor fireplace (see pics on the website). If you're looking for a weekend to get away and relax this is a must!! The Daniels are some of the best hosts we've encountered on our many VRBO trips. Already looking forward to going back!

The hosts were beyond hospitable for us on this quick stay. The guest house was clean and accommodating for the two of us, with a steep but direct walk downstairs to enjoy sitting lakeside. We wish we could have stayed longer, but may just have to return to this peaceful place!

This guest suite is so charming! It's decorated beautifully and had everything we needed for an enjoyable and peaceful 2 day stay. The neighborhood and location is great - right on the lake and so close to the square, beach and park. The patio areas are just as they appear in the photos with beautiful views of the lake. LeAnn is an amazing host! She is quick to respond and provided restaurant suggestions for us, as well as muffins and juice for breakfast! If it's not already reserved I will definitely book it again when I travel to Grandbury. park.

Such a delightful, cozy guest house. Perfect for the two of us! Enjoyed the quiet and the use of the outdoor fireplace. Walk to old Granbury was an easy 10 minutes. Beautiful view of the lake and lovely sunrises and sunsets. Couldn't recommend more highly!

This Lake house on Granbury Lake was stunning! It was in the perfect location to go to the square or go into town. The cottage was impeccable, very clean and beautifully decorated. The outdoor living places (I think there were 5 including the dock) were like being in a botanical garden. The hosts were warm and welcoming. I will definitely book again!

This little gem is perfection! The location is quiet & close to the square. The property is absolutely gorgeous, with amazing views of the lake from the beautiful decks. My husband walked all way down to the dock, and then realized he had to climb the stairs all the way back up, saying it was worth every step. I had the honor of meeting LeAnn. She’s fantastic! You won’t regret staying at this well appointed property! It is so well decorated, and LeAnn left us muffins, orange juice and a bag of coffee for breakfast. We definitely will stay here again.

Charming and cozy guest house with all the necessary amenities plus a beautiful view of the lake. Very relaxing. Just blocks away from the downtown square, easily accessible to all the holiday festivities! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

My husband and I decided to book this VRBO for to have a restful haven during a lively Thanksgiving family reunion. It worked out very well for us - the VRBO was charming and offered just what we needed for our short stay. An added bonus was the location which was a short walk from the charming and festive Granbury square. Highly recommend. Perfect for 2.

We had a great time and enjoyed staying here! The property is beautiful with multiple sitting areas to enjoy. It was a really hot week, so we loved sitting on the dock and in the area right by the water to catch a wonderful breeze! It was a short walk to downtown shops, parks, and restaurants which was a plus for us! The owners were very nice and have created a lovely place to stay.

This property offered a cozy nest right next to Lake Granbury. The host was responsive and friendly. Kitchen was well stocked and we received on on-site letter that answered our questions on Wi-Fi and our hosts contact info. The multi level decks outside the hosts primary home were open to us to enjoy lake views and breezes. Enjoyed eating our host provided mini muffins and coffee on the deck.

This getaway was perfect for us. It was private, on the lake, comfy, cozy and had all the amenities we needed. LeAnn did a great job of showing us around the property and all the outdoor spaces we could use. The family made sure we were welcomed and even left a personalized note for us, along with orange juice, coffee and muffins for the next morning. We loved it and will be back! Thank you.

It was wonderful and relaxing! Very welcoming and cute. Lovely juice and muffins and great communication! Only suggestion is a movable shower head. Shower is cozy but great water pressure. Just wish the shower head could be adjustable. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

LeAnn was an incredible hostess! The room was immaculate and the property was amazing. Went out to eat the first night (German Food) and just relaxed in the room afterwards. Day 2 we explored Granbury via the walking paths and driving around. Came back to the residence to have lunch on the dock and fish a little (caught 9 fish). That night we decided to pick up a pizza from Alexs and just sit near and enjoy the fire in their incredible outdoor fireplace (see pics on the website). If you're looking for a weekend to get away and relax this is a must!! The Daniels are some of the best hosts we've encountered on our many VRBO trips. Already looking forward to going back!

Such a romantic get away for my husband and my twenty third wedding anniversary. The property was beautiful and relaxin. I loved that the owner left a little breakfast for us for the next morning. My college friend and I have busy schedules between our husbands, children and grandchildren and needed to get away for some girl time. Granbury is a wonderful little town with fun shopping, great food and a relaxed atmosphere. We loved this guest suite on the lake. It was nicely decorated and had everything we could need. You can even see the lake from the bedroom. We only wish we could have spent more time there to enjoy the outdoor fireplace and porches. The guest house is in a nice, quiet development. It is perfect for a girl trip or for a couple. Hoping to go back with my husband. Quick, easy trip from the D/FW area.

Love the area. The room was beautifully decorated and the host even left a personal note with a few treats in the fridge to welcome us. And the deck area! GORGEOUS place for hanging out, reading or just sipping your coffee & relaxing.

Very clean and tidy. Couch large so served appropriately for third adult to sleep on. Very nice size bathroom. Nice location with access to home owner’s patios with very nice view of the lake. Only bummer was we didn’t get to have a fire in the outdoor fireplace that was listed as included and pictured in the advertisement of the property. We were told it was too hot outside for it, but we were looking for the ambiance of an outdoor fire as we visited. But otherwise everything was as listed. The included breakfast was some OJ and muffins which seemed light for three adults but we hadn’t expected a huge breakfast so not a big factor. Overall very nice place.
