Best Western Plus Waterfront Hotel

Room had an odour bathroom not very clean room needs an upgrade mattress was terrible

I would place it at a 3.5 stars. Clean, the bed was a little too bouncy for our likes, the bedding was somewhat overly warm, but to be fair the weather was rapitly changing & warming up (& they may be changing that) & lastly our toilet had a problem running every 3rd or so flush. For the most part you had to wait (pretty slow) so see if was ok & a jiggle & another wait to see if it actually sorted the problem. We reported it at check out. Hope they fixed it for the next guest. Very nice location if you want to be riverside, but just around the corner was the main drag which has seen better days. Check in was somewhat late & check out was somewhat early... Made things inconvenient, plus daily parking & no breakfast. In hindsight we might have picked something else if it hadn't been for the location. We were there for an off site event.

Have stayed at this hotel multiple times great for the location and pricing. Hotel is a bit dated in some of the rooms and could use a facelift.

Very clean updated nice hotel and staff were very nice. Only complaints were charging money for wifi and the pool was in the connected hotel next door and the water was very cold. Would definitely stay again.
