Lots of fast food and shopping nearby. Pool was cold. Hall noise at night needs some method of control. Heater in room was broken. Breakfast avoid the omelette! Best thing is the self made waffle!

Our stay at the Hampton was exceptional, and parking is included with plenty of spots available. The room was clean, and very spacious, and the bed was comfortable. There was a large screen tv, and a mini kitchenette, and the pool and fitness room were clean and had everything you need. The buffet breakfast was very good, and included hot options like eggs, sausages, waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, muffins, all bread types, and juice. The coffee was very good, and served all day long, so there is no need to go to Starbucks or Tim Hortons. It is a short 7-10 minute drive to the riverfront and Caesars Colosseum. I will stay here every time I come to Windsor.

Excellent value. The hotel is very clean and in good shape. The breakfast was great. Service was amazing, from the front desk to housekeeping. My son and his friends really enjoyed the pool as well. The water was perfectly warm.

What hot tub you had a pool but not a hot tub. The pool looked very dirty because of the floor I kept on rubbing my foot to see if it was algae or not but other than that, it was good.

C’mon Expedia: Reservation process should have been informed of renovations underway - 10am hammer drilling on the floor below - glad I wasn’t hanging. Similarly, should have been told of amenity closures (hot tub). Upside was that our room was one of the ones recently renovated. Very nice! Breakfast pretty good even tho the sausage patties were a bit dodgy. Good coffee was a welcome surprise; and was pleased that they provided decaf where many don’t. Staff were great. Exterior was a bit rough but not the hotel’s fault re being along the truck route.

Very friendly staff; fair-sized heated swimming pool open from 5am to 11pm so very convenient. Good fitness room with a Peloton bike, A very nice breakfast with a wide variety of hot and cold items. The washrooms are very clean and comfortable and the rooms and beds are clean also

The hotel has a great location. Facility is good with sufficient parking. All staff were friendly and helpful. Facility feels new and clean. Swimming pool, exercise room and hot tub were great. I am ok with getting clean towels from front desk. My only conern is that people leave their garbage outside their door with spill over and wasn't pickup in a timely fashion. A suggestion is having a garbage container in corridor for people to drop off.

This was a one night stay and I'm pretty forgiving when we stop and go, but this place wasn't it in terms of cleanliness. Pro: just a few minutes down the road from border. A few restaurants in the area. Con: the roon was hot and stuffy, i dropped a charger behind the night table and had to pull it yo retrieve it ... Condom wrappers, dirt, old candy you name it, they just never cleabed there - gross TVs are old, couldn't cast anything off. Internet was spotty. Left before breakfast.

Sidewalk was full of ice in arrival, my wife nearly fell. I told person at front desk who insisted he salted. I told him it was unsafe and that my wife nearly fell and he promised to take care of it. I checked out next morning and still no salt on sidewalk leading to parking lot. No coffee or hot water upon arrival. No coffee at breakfast. Floors filthy in the morning throughout main floor lobby. Water damage throughout property. I’ve been going to Hampton Inn for years. Only a few bad experiences in the USA. After this one I will consider another brand.

Rooms were modern and updated, very clean throughout and larger sized breakfast included. Only small annoying issue was the sliding door to the shower head side, kept rolling open slightly no matter which one was used. Seemed like it was not 100% level when installed...I am sure this will cause them flooring issues as this continues to happen

The staff were all excellent and very pleasant to talk with. The check is was fast and simple and even got checked in an hour early. The room was spotless, very spacious and the bath was outstanding. The TV was huge with what looked like more channels than anyone would need, but all we wanted was local news and information and we could not find that. The breakfast seemed good and was well stocked and presented. However the hashbrowns and meat seemed to be reheated or old and were not good. The eggs were perfect and the waffle was very good but got cold very fast. The coffee was excellent. We found the location was perfect for this trip and others in the months ahead, and the parking was great also.

Overall it’s my hotel of choice to stay at in Windsor. Is it amazing? No. But it’s decent and relatively affordable. Rooms was nice and comfy and clean, pool area was run down but good enough. Locations gives a lot of street noise which sucks for sleeping - pillows were absolutely horrifying but bed was nice and comfy.

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was a bit softer than most these days. Unfortunately, we had a connecting room with some guys that decided to get together and carry on drinking at 10:30 at night that kept us up until after 1:00 when staff went to talk to them. Then again the following night.

We paid for the hotel ahead of time at $340, prior to checking in we were asked for a credit card, and I do not have a credit card. To make thing easier, a family member offered to use their card as the deposit and to pay cash. But, they declined my family credit card, and they were asking $500 for security fee. After to alot of hassel, we asked to cancel the room. The next day we were told they wouldn't reimburse us for the room due to their policies. What's wrong now a daddy's that we cant make modifications because of situations? I lost my $340, and we won't be using your hotel any longer.

We arrived at 9:30, tired after a long drive. There was no one working in the hotel - not at reception, not anywhere! We waited half an hour for someone to show up. The poor guy in front of us had been waiting 45 minutes. Just hopeless. So unprofessional. We will never stay here again.

Nice-sized rooms and recently renovated. Good value for the price point. Would recommend for a short stay, but long term, the scenery around the hotel is industrial and plazas.

Our stay at the Hampton was exceptional, and parking is included with plenty of spots available. The room was clean, and very spacious, and the bed was comfortable. There was a large screen tv, and a mini kitchenette, and the pool and fitness room were clean and had everything you need. The buffet breakfast was very good, and included hot options like eggs, sausages, waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, muffins, all bread types, and juice. The coffee was very good, and served all day long, so there is no need to go to Starbucks or Tim Hortons. It is a short 7-10 minute drive to the riverfront and Caesars Colosseum. I will stay here every time I come to Windsor.

The blue jays were winning when we walked in the front staff told us what channel the game was on. They were very efficient and friendly both at check in and check out. Close to the university.

Very good stay, quiet and no issues. Lots of restaurants within 5 or so minutes. Just look upon your options and away yo go. Easy highway access to and from while I was there for a four day business trip. Lots of safe parking and stay overall was great.

The staff were all excellent and very pleasant to talk with. The check is was fast and simple and even got checked in an hour early. The room was spotless, very spacious and the bath was outstanding. The TV was huge with what looked like more channels than anyone would need, but all we wanted was local news and information and we could not find that. The breakfast seemed good and was well stocked and presented. However the hashbrowns and meat seemed to be reheated or old and were not good. The eggs were perfect and the waffle was very good but got cold very fast. The coffee was excellent. We found the location was perfect for this trip and others in the months ahead, and the parking was great also.

It seemed the sheets were not fresh. Breakfast was bland. Shower door was broken. Staff was very nice. We never had a chance to try pool we were busy

Large, comfortable room. Front desk staff extremely helpful. Breakfast was a cut above what is usually served at hotels. Ample parking. My only complaint about the hotel is the lobby and breakfast area was always too warm.

The room was absolutely spotless and bug-free and the rest of the hotel - the part that I saw - was just as clean. The breakfast was fantastic with great healthy choices as well as what I think of as recreational eating choices. I didn't use the tv so can't comment on the reception or channel options. I checked in late after a very long drive and was greeted personably and with kindness by the front desk staff. The parking was great and did not leave me feeling uncomfortable about my own safety or that of my vehicle. And, best of all: the bed was so comfortable I want to buy one of their mattresses, myself!
