Fantastiskt. Vi var så nöjda.

Fantastiskt. Allt var verkligen underbart. Servicen var underbar och alla var så trevliga från checkin, till roomservice och frukosten. Maten var utsökt och även frukosten. Så tacksam för att de tänker på dem med celiaki där man fick glutenfria pannkakor. Vi ses snart igen.

Its a nice building but in need of some refurbishment. The spa area in particular is rather worn and my massage was cancelledcat the last minute for no reason. The food is good and most staff were fine.

Hotel clássico, quarto limpo, espaçoso e bem equipado. Funcionários excelentes.

The concierge brought our luggage up to our room. We weren’t even there, and he left my coffee mug on the new sofa. In the end, I was treated unfairly, as if I’d been the one to do it. The restaurant staff, especially the women, also behaved appallingly when, at 10.30 am, they were told they could clear the tables. They started shovelling food into their mouths in front of the guests whilst clearing the Buffet.. The valet also failed to follow my instructions. I told him the handbrake was broken and asked him to please put a note in the car, otherwise it would make a terrible noise – but of course, he didn’t do it. Positive: It was very nice that we were given a brand-new, refurbished room. The safe wasn't working. There were coffee capsules, but no coffee machine. There was hot water for tea, but no tea. This is the first time I’ve had a complaint. I’ve been going there for years otherwise. I can clearly remember the concierge from the valet service, who’s certainly been working there for over 40 years. Of all the hotel staff, he was the only one who was genuinely helpful;TOP
