On Expedia (where we booked the room) it stated that this room sleeps four and all of the pictures show that this room sleeps four, but when we arrived at the hotel there was only one Queen bed. No pullout couch or extra bed. We tried to contact the owner and the property manager to get an extra bed for the room but all phone numbers went straight to voicemail and they did not return any of the calls or voice messages we left them. One of the people in our party had to buy a blowup mattress so that they could sleep in the room. The room is good quality and is in the Ala Moana hotel so it is in a good location but if you have any issues it will be impossible to contact anybody or get any help since the hotel is not allowed to help you. Please update the Expedia website with correct information so that more people are not mislead like we were. This room sleeps two (MAYBE three if you ask for an extra cot), but definitely not big enough for four.
