JAZ Elite Palace - Adults Friendly 16 Years Plus

Room is clean. Staff are friendly overall and eager to help. Food was good but not many options. Beach is great. Only complaint is Omar from the animation team. He was very rude and disrespectful in his communication and was inappropriately “joking” with me even after showing my dissatisfaction with his manner multiple times.

Amazing hotel

For the price I paid for the room and especially when compared to other higher end, "all inclusive" hotels I've stayed at in the past, this place was quite mediocre and I would not pay to stay here again. The room was not particularly spacious in any way. There are two pools, both rather small. When I asked for a towel at the poolside, it was as if I was asking for something unusual and they had to call two different people just to bring me a towel. They don't keep towels near the pool??? I don't like to eat meat so at the restaurant I asked about seafood options and was told that there is a seafood buffet for a $53USD additional charge! At a supposedly "all inclusive" hotel??? I asked at the restaurant if they had cocktails and asked for a simple gin and tonic which, I'm not kidding, was brought to me room temperature, no ice at all. All of these things would be forgivable if it weren't for the fact that I paid more than $200 a night. Next time I stay in Sharm I'll just save money and stay at a more budget-friendly place.
