Enjoyed our stay. We couldn’t tell from the listing that there was only one shared bathroom for upstairs. Was difficult to cool the upstairs…not enough vents. A dresser or place for clothing would have been nice in the master bedroom. The outdoor spaces need some fix up. Broken chairs on lower patio and some weak boards on upper deck. Overall we made everything work for us though and appreciate the owner checking to see if we had questions. And we love Manitou springs!

We loved staying at this property. The three floor layout for our multi family member gathering was perfect. Everyone had privacy and also a great communal space to be in. The location is top notch, and the customer service was excellent.
