Ich hatte einen durchweg positiven Aufenthalt im Jinjiang West Capital International Hotel. Von der freundlichen Begrüßung bis zum Check-out war der Service aufmerksam, professionell und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel, modern ausgestattet und sauber, mit durchdachten Details, die einen längeren Aufenthalt angenehm gestalten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig, frisch und schmackhaft. Die Lage des Hotels ist praktisch gelegen, mit guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sowie nahegelegenen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Geschäftsvierteln oder Einkaufszonen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis empfand ich als fair und konkurrenzfähig für eine hochwertige Unterkunft. Insgesamt eine ausgezeichnete Wahl für Geschäfts- wie Freizeitreisende, die Wert auf Komfort, Zuverlässigkeit und eine zentrale Lage legen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Very comfortable stay, great location and close to everything. Breakfast has a great spread and staff made hot food if requested. One of the front desk staff, John Tang, was very very helpful - right from checking in to changing our reservation to accommodate an early checkout. He spoke great English and went out of his way to help and advise us with our siteseeing actitivies. Muslim Quarter and Drum and Bell towers are in walking distance from the hotel. I would surely go back again.

The room was clean and spacious and the staff were attentive. The hotel is located right in the centre of Xi'an close to many of the major sites (the Muslim quarter and the Bell and Drum towers). It's also next to a subway station although taking didis everywhere is pretty cheap. Overall I would definitely stay there again!

We had a very comforatble stay with excellent service experienced . Ms Grace Liang at the front desk was extremely helpful and efficient in managing our multiple bookings after our travel plan change . Ms Spring at the Entrance Lobby was always attentive to our enquiries . The rooms are spacious and kept very clean by the dedicated and smiling housekeeping staff . The convenience of a self laundry service room is a big plus . Thank you all for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable.
