Great hotel. It is a bit of a maze but in the end you figure it out. Nice staff. Good restaurants. I was surprised to see an Italian restaurant and it was very good as well with an Italian born chef.

Overall, our stay was satisfactory. We were pleased with the spacious, clean room. Our only observations were that the shower grout appeared discolored and the drain fixture looked dated.

Great rooms, but air conditioning was a bit weak and bathroom amenities could be improved. Hotel has great general amenities though, like shops and costumes for free rental (1 hour) while you stroll the attached gardens (entrance included).
