Cooperstown Baseball Rentals - Dugout Efficiency 2

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. The place very very good for 2 people. The bathroom is very small but had everything we needed. We stayed for 6 nights while our grandson played baseball at Cooperstown Dreams Park. Communication from the property manager was excellent. I would recommend this as a place to stay. It's within a 25-30 minute drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park.

The staff was extremely organized. Once you book you will receive constant clear communication via email and text with easy instructions. The room is immaculate and clean. A peaceful venue with friendly staff and owners on premise. We booked here for our son’s week long baseball tournament, highly recommended!

7 minutes from Cooperstown All Star Village made this a perfect place for me to stay. Water pressure could be a little better in the shower, but other than that, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, was all I needed. The fresh bagels and other snacks as a welcome gift was an added bonus.

This property was perfect for me husband and me while our son played at All-Star Village. Super clean and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. We ended up having a storm-related power outage, and though it put a major crimp in our stay the prop manager brought over a generator so we had some AC for at least a little while. Highly recommend for 1-2 guests who want proximity to ASV for a reasonable price!
