We absolutely loved this property. The location is fantastic- a short (but steep) walk to town, and has its own parking space so you don't have to worry about parking. The home itself is so beautiful- rustic and cozy, but also stylish, modern, and clean. Decor was super cool! We slept in the back bedroom and that bed was so comfortable. Loved the skylights. Jason was very easy to communicate with.

We stayed here a few years ago with friends, and the 4 of us returned this year together. We love the location and walking distance to town. The only hang up is parking. There was confusion as to whether we needed a permit to park an extra vehicle in a near by lot because the sign said it was needed, but house owner said it was not. We were able to use the spot in the near by lot without penalty. But that was the only hang up. Otherwise, we had everything that we needed for a great weekend.

Everything about this property provided for a wonderful stay in historic Jim Thorpe. The vibe is contemporary with beautiful stained glass windows, but the construction also pays homage to the home's history. The seating areas and beds were comfy, and the supplies in the kitchen and bathroom were just right for the 4 of us. The house is situated on a quiet street overlooking historic Jim Thorpe with outdoor seating, providing wonderful views of the town and the surrounding mountains. The host was very responsive throughout the booking process and accommodated our parking which can be scarce at certain times of the day. We embraced the rigorous walks from the home to downtown and back again, and found a variety of historic sights as well as restaurants to enhance our visit. We would love to return to the area and hope that this property would be available in the future.

What a wonderful property. The owners had just added a whole Halloween decorative scene at the front of the home and on the patio, including a two story tall skeleton! So much fun. Inside, we found EVERYTHING we could have wanted or needed. I never tired of looking around and noticing the details of the amenities, accessories and construction/design details. It was obvious a lot of love went into this home. We enjoyed it thoroughly and would not hesitate to stay here again!!

Wonderful stay in Jim Thorpe. Spent the week seeing the sites and biking the Lehigh Gorge trail. Jason’s house was amazing. Clean and well maintained. Had everything that we needed, including storage area for our bikes and parking. Very close to the Main Street in Jim Thorpe where all the shops and restaurants are located. We were able to walk to everything, including our bike adventures. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks

Beautiful renovation with attention to every detail. Loved all the wood, stone and stained glass window features. Perfect quiet location within 0.2 mile walking distance to historic Jim Thorpe Broadway street. Just park the car at the property and walk. It was perfect for 2 adult couples.

First off, the outside of the property was decorated for Halloween, it was so amazingly nice. People walking by stopped to take pictures of the house. When we entered the home, it was not disappearing, it was so very clean, warm & inviting. My friend and I felt at home instantly, the home was decorated beautifully & everything you needed was already placed in tThe bedrooms were just as inviting, warm and so comfortable. We loved the second floor deck, this is where we had a morning coffee and breakfast, not to mention our evening cocktails before ending our day.We would definitely rent this home again.

This was my first time to Jim Thorpe and it did not disappoint! The place was very close to all the stores and restaurants which was great since parking is minimal around town. We had our parking spot right on the property so we left our car there for the weekend. If you are walking to and from the town you have to tackle a hill but honestly, it was a great workout. The entire town is very hilly so it was to be expected. The house was super clean and the beds were comfortable. I was impressed by the attention to detail they put in to ensure my stay was smooth. If I were to go back I would stay here again.

No hesitation to recommend this property. Beautifully renovated historic building a very short walk to downtown. Stayed 4 nights and didn't move our car the whole time. Parking in this town is pretty horrible, so very nice having your own spot. Beautiful interior, nice patio(s), extensive amenities and ample towels, bedding and such. One of the cleanest properties we have experienced.

We had a terrific stay. The first thing I noticed was how absolutely perfectly clean everything was. Most everything inside is wood which makes it a bit rustic yet it still feels modern. It’s also worth noting that the bedrooms are upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs. And if you plan on walking into town it is quite a climb uphill back to the house.

The propery was spotless and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable. My daughters and i enjoyed exploring Jim Thrope during the day and then enjoyed our evening doing puzzles and playing cards. We loved the accommodations so much we are planning to stay there for Thanksgiving.

We loved our stay at the Blueberry House! The house has so many unique features and it was spotless when we arrived. It is within walking distance of the downtown attractions, which was a huge plus! I would highly recommend.

Property was nice. Only downfall is bathroom on the first floor and bedrooms upstairs. Property is not handicap accessible.We lived our stay and would stay there again in the future! Host was awesome and very accommodating in every area!
Property was nice. Only downfall is bathroom on the first floor and bedrooms upstairs. Property is not handicap accessible.We lived our stay and would stay there again in the future! Host was awesome and very accommodating in every area!

The house was comfortable, had a ton of charm and the location was great! Very walkable to restaurants, bars and local attractions. Host communication was fantastic. We were only in town for 2 days but wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to town!

We stayed here a few years ago with friends, and the 4 of us returned this year together. We love the location and walking distance to town. The only hang up is parking. There was confusion as to whether we needed a permit to park an extra vehicle in a near by lot because the sign said it was needed, but house owner said it was not. We were able to use the spot in the near by lot without penalty. But that was the only hang up. Otherwise, we had everything that we needed for a great weekend.

We loved our time in the Blueberry House!! It is a beautiful home with so much character. We felt very comfortable too! It is close to town but the easiest walk is a bit longer! The faster walk involves a steep hill. Jason was responsive when we needed to reach out. We can’t wait to come back!

The owners were gaving some issues with the VRBO site at first but we were abke to get through to them by phone. They couldnt have done any better in providing all the essentials - many nice touches and thouggtfulness. Beds were comfortable.

Upon arrival, thanks to the touches of Jason and Jen, we felt right at home. It was quiet; comfortable beds; and everything was clean. The location of the property is handy to downtown Jim Thorpe for walking. The house is as represented in the listing.

We had a wonderful time in Jim Thorpe! Blueberry House was a fantastic location—an easy walk to all attractions, shops and restaurants. The house was set up perfectly. Every space was bright and airy. Jason answered every question we had quickly and carefully. We hope to return to Blueberry House someday!

Wonderful stay in Jim Thorpe. Spent the week seeing the sites and biking the Lehigh Gorge trail. Jason’s house was amazing. Clean and well maintained. Had everything that we needed, including storage area for our bikes and parking. Very close to the Main Street in Jim Thorpe where all the shops and restaurants are located. We were able to walk to everything, including our bike adventures. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks

We loved our stay at the Blueberry House! The house has so many unique features and it was spotless when we arrived. It is within walking distance of the downtown attractions, which was a huge plus! I would highly recommend.

Such a cool house, loved the view of the town. Quiet street. Walking the hill is killer but glad we didn't have to worry parking!One of cleanest houses we ever stayed in, we so hope to come back!

Beautiful renovation with attention to every detail. Loved all the wood, stone and stained glass window features. Perfect quiet location within 0.2 mile walking distance to historic Jim Thorpe Broadway street. Just park the car at the property and walk. It was perfect for 2 adult couples.
