Quand j ai voulu aller dans un hôtel Spa, c’était pour profiter du spa grâce à ma réservation. Et je découvre que je dois payer 99 euros en plus. Si j’avais su je me serai passer du spa, et me serai passer du trajet interminable pour aller au centre ville. Les chambres sont pas mal, mais ne méritent pas le déplacement et le prix. Nous voulions visiter Bologne et profiter d’un spa, nous avons beaucoup attendu le bus, et pas mis les pieds dans ce spa. Peut-être à l’avenir préciser que le spa est PAYANT et sur réservation.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous sommes très satisfait. Le petit déjeuner était parfait, copieux et même après 9:30. Malgré que l’hôtel est loin du centre, nous avons pris le bus n.25 pour rejoindre le centre en 20 min selon la circulation. L’hôtel est proche de l’aéroport et de l’autoroute et dispose d’un parking gratuit ce qui est très agréable. Nous recommandons cet endroit et nous reviendrons très prochainement.

Terrible service. It was not made clear to me that the spa was an additional charge on top of the hotel visit. (I’d paid £680 for 4 nights in this place!) I thought it was only extra charges for treatments but I was physically ejected from the sauna on my first evening. The rooms were not sound proofed, I spent 4 nights in the hotel and was awakened every night either through other residents making noise/banging doors, or the cleaners beginning to move beds and furniture at 8-9am every morning. Do your homework before booking, don’t make the mistakes I did!

Séjour convenable dans un bon hôtel, proposant un bon petit déjeuner. La chambre était grande, plutôt bien équipée (bouilloire/cafetière) et propre. Nous n'avons pas essayé le spa, qui était à 110€ pour2. L'inconvénient de cet hôtel est qu'il se trouve à 30 mes en bus du centre ville.

Es handelt sich dabei um ein Hotel ausserhalb, in einem Industriegebiet von Bologna. Zimmer sind "okay", das Frühstück ist für Italien als "gut" zu bezeichnen. Haben es für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Bologna benutzt, da es einfach zu erreichen war und Parkplatz hatte. Das Zentrum von Bologna ist sehr einfach mit dem Bus Nr. 25 zu erreichen. Haltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Kein klassisches Urlaubshotel, sondern Businesshotel aber für einen kurzen unkomplizierten Aufenthalt, mit Auto, aber zu empfehlen.

Ücretsiz otopark olması çok güzel. Kahvaltı da güzeldi.

Il personale giovane è veloce. Molto buona la colazione. Ottimo il servizio navetta messo a disposizione gratuitamente per andare in fiera. Facile da raggiungere, a 10 minuti dai viali di Bologna.

Limited facilities come included with the room, extremely loud construction work began from 8am each morning, there is very little around the hotel but transport links into the city are decent. The double bed is also two singles pushed together.

Booked this hotel, located out of the city, for spa facilities. On arrival it was noted this is not included and starting price is €109. This was nowhere mentioned on hotels.com. I emailed hotels.com about this, so far, 7 days later, no response. Matras was to soft and no soundproofing in the rooms. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good with vegetarian and even vegan pastry choices.

Hotel au top, tres propre, personnel genial serviable et poli (ca change des français !) Ptit dej excellent et variés, chambre insonorisé et un lit immense meme chez moi je ne dors pas aussi bien. Je le conseille a tous il est super !!

La estancia ha ido bien, pero la calefacción central estaba anormalmente alta, y se pasa mucho calor de noche. La limpieza es muy buena, pero se echa en falta algún armario, pues solo tiene perchas en un soporte. El personal es encantador en general y hemos estado muy bien

De kamer was heel proper, beddengoed werd dagelijks ververst, ook de handdoeken in de badkamer. Lekker eten in het restaurant en voldoende keuze. En heel vriendelijk personeel!

Lo abbiamo usato come appoggio per Imola, nel complesso il giudizio è buono per una notte di passaggio. le camere sono un poco essenziali ma pulite e funzionali. Non abbiamo usato altri servizi. Colazione ottima

Bagno sporco, c’era un odore di urina insopportabile, non va bene in generale figuriamoci in una struttura 4 Stelle.

My bathroom was not clean. There was hair in the bidet not belonging to my husband or me.

Siamo ritornati dopo precedenza esperienza molto positiva. Ottima pulizia ,servizio, stanze silenziose... consigliatissimo

Staff were friendly & helpful. Room was nice & quiet. Housekeeping excellent. Lots to choose from at Breakfast - especially loved the fresh orange machine. Not like no bills after a meal.

Das Hotel liegt außerhalb, aber direkt vor der Tür gibt es eine Bushaltestelle. Generell war das Hotel in Ordnung. Jedoch war mein Zimmer (106) sehr, sehr hellhörig. Sei es vom direkt angrenzenden Treppenhaus, anderen Gästen auf dem Flur oder dem Nebenzimmer. Ich konnte nur mit Ohrstöpseln schlafen. Ansonsten kann ich das Hotel empfehlen.

Pizza vi købte var rigtig god, morgenmaden meget lækker, stort udvalg. Meget små værelser, slidt og ligger ude for byen, værelser havde udsigt til grå væg.

The breakfast is worth the trip here. What a spread of delicious foods assembled in a large, easy to access area. The bed is comfortable. The space is well laid out. The air conditioning is not good enough to give a 5 star review.

This hotel met our needs for a layover for a flight out of the Bologna airport. It is not near anything for tourist purposes but it was close to the airport and their restaurant served a nice meal. The hotel itself was in good shape but you can see wear in the hallways, bathrooms and flooring. The room was clean, a nice size and comfortable. The towels in the bathroom were great, soft and fluffy! I would stay here again as a stopover choice for airport connections!

Allt var bra förutom glipan under dörren. Allt hördes väldigt väl!

War alles super, speziell die Sauberkeit und das Frühstück, es war nur nachts sehr laut ( Lüftung und Zimmernachbarn)

Ottimo hotel , vicino l’ingresso dell’autostrada. Personale disponibile , unica nota negativa poca insonorizzazione dalle porte dove nel corridoio si sentono troppi rumori e chiusura porte rumorose. Inoltre la domenica consiglierei di alle donne delle pulizie di non bussare in camera alle 8:30 del mattino. Per il resto è ok.

Nuestra experiencia en pareja ha sido muy decepcionante… pasamos dos noches sin dormir porque su sistema de insonorización es deplorable (entendemos que existan ruidos, como en cualquier edificio, pero no el exceso que existe aquí). La primera noche, en la habitación de al lado se escuchaban gritos, golpes, lloros y peleas a cualquier hora de la madrugada…no pudimos descansar ya que nos despertaban a cada rato. Al día siguiente, avisamos a recepción y en un primer momento no nos creyeron, alegando que en la habitación de donde provienen los ruidos es una “familia normal”. Avisamos una segunda vez, nos acompañaron hasta la propia puerta de la habitación y pudieron escuchar golpes y gritos y nos dijeron: si vuelve a pasar, nos avisáis. Volvió a pasar, recepción llamó a la puerta y les advirtió de que no podían gritar más. A la 1:30 AM desistimos, y tuvimos que pedir que por favor solucionasen esto ya, era insoportable. Nos dieron una nueva habitación pidiéndonos disculpas y prometiéndonos un posible descuento o recompensa por los daños causados, y al check-out, nos encontramos con que no hay nada de lo prometido. Lamentable. No repetiremos ni tampoco recomendamos a nadie…

La taza de baño no funcionó adecuadamente, no tenia fuerza de descarga lo reportamos el primer día en la mañana y nos dijeron que no tenía ningún problema que así estaban todos los baños del hotel. La llave para regular la salida de agua caliente y fría de la regadera también no funcionaba muy bien así que todos los días nos bañamos con agua súper caliente . Del resto es un hotel tranquilo

Room was clean and reception staff were reasonably helpful and pleasant however the restaurant manager was not helpful and indignant. Didn’t make us feel welcome and didn’t have the decency to talk to us directly when requesting a table for two. On our last night despite the restaurant not being busy knowing full well that there was no were else nearby turned us away. We will not be returning!

All was great. Just was not enough staff around! Even those few were a bit ignorant. I dining area was nobody at all, except a girl collecting the used plates and therefore some of the guests were packing their bags with food and leaving!

Breakfast was excelent. Service excellent. Some small items were not working in the room but were fixed immediately. Location very good if you like small trips around Bologna. Taxi to the center 20euro.

If you are a tourist wanting to explore old town Bologna then this is NOT a hotel for you. We just used it to be close to the airport in the early morning. However when we arrived I was very hungry and the one and only restaurant they have on property did not open until 7:30 pm, the front desk was not helpful.

Staff were great and very welcoming! Breakfast was lovely.

The Hotel’s restaurant is not worth for comments. About 50% of dishes were returned due to poor quality… Staff at the restaurant will discriminate you if you are not speaking Italian… you will be the last in a line for serving and food delivery to the table…

Idéal pour couper la route entre Venise et Florence. Situé à l’extérieur de Bologne ça évite ainsi d’entrer en pleine ville. Plutôt un hôtel de travailleurs ou voyageurs d’un soir.

Ottimo, pulito, veramente comodo, parcheggio esterno e fermata del bus 25 che porta in centro in 15 minuti a soli dieci metri. Il bus gira anche di notte.

O hotel é perfeito, muito limpo, moderno, novo. Uma atmosfera muito agradável. Super bem localizado em relação a serviço de ônibus, com várias linhas a todo l momento e com ponto em frente ao hotel . Nota de destaque para o café da manhã - maravilhoso, delicioso, variado, bem organizado.

Hotel nuovo nei pressi della fiera e del palazzetto Estragon dove si tengono i concerti. Buona colazione con vasta scelta (anche per vegani) e ottima qualità. Camere nuove e pulite. Staff gentile. Costo un pò alto.

Soluzione ottima, camere moderne, colazione top , Wi-Fi e tv con Sky. Comodo anche il ristorante! Unica nota negativa essendo la mia una camera prepagata per una notte mi è stata chiesta 4,20 Euro di tassa di soggiorno , mi sembra eccessiva e quindi con qualche aggiunta sul costo della camera.

Hotel ok, abgelegen - aber durch Bus in die Citta gut verbunden. Restaurant: Morgenessen, immer wieder hatte es kein Rührei und auch keine Kaffeetassen Nachtessen: 2x ausprobiert - Fleisch war leider ungeniessbar. Sehr lange Wartezeiten auf das Essen, zu wenig Personal - leider nein In der Umgebung gab es leider kaum Restaurants in Gehdistanz

Molto attenti nella ristorazione per quanto riguarda le allergie. Cibi vegani e senza lattosio e glitine specie a colazione.
