Rigtig dejligt sted. Vi blev hentet og bragt retur til færgen i Capri, så det var skønt! Eneste minus var, at der sommetider lugtede lidt af kloak ved poolen. Men alt i alt pengene værd og gå afstand til bus og Anacapri.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. They made us feel very welcomed. Offered pickup and drop off from the port for a small fee. The breakfast was good. The pool area was well kept and you get to see a beautiful sunset. The facility is old but kept very clean. The place is 10 min walk from the bus station in which will get you to the main areas on the Island. I recommend staying here.

We loved this quaint hotel with a beautiful view. The staff were very friendly. The pool was lovely, especially at sunset! Great breakfast and pool bar. We would definitely return again!

We absolutely loved this hotel. They offer complimentary shuttle service from Marina Grande…this a really nice option as only small cars can drive along the location so taxis or buses leave you further away. We were greeted very warmly by Domenico who was very helpful each time we saw him at the desk. Fabio, who also mans the reception was very helpful as well. Our room had a walk out shared balcony looking out to the sea. The pool was large with many lounge chairs and a pool bar manned by Lashawn who made wonderful drinks. The complimentary breakfast here was just wonderful. Hot and cold items and wonderful coffee served by Mario. This hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the centre of Anacapri…we got our exercise each day, but we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Everything is very clean, great air conditioning, comfy beds and pillows. We loved it.

This hotel was the most relaxing and pleasant part of our month in Italy. Anacapri is on the quieter side of the island and this lovely hotel is a pleasant walk away from the small downtown with its shops and restaurants . We especially appreciated the shuttle service the hotel provides from the ferry when we got there with the hordes of visitors. Although, our room was small it was very clean. The pool deck and covered patio is very nice with an amazing view of the ocean. I appreciated the fresh fruit available every morning in the breakfast buffet and the hand made cappuccino by a staff member. Because we were not leaving on the ferry till the evening the staff kindly held our luggage until departure and then shuttled us down to the ferry. The staff is very helpful in answering questions and giving suggestions. Highly recommended a stay here.

Wunderschön gelegenes Hotel. Auch wenn es ein paar Minuten zur Bushaltestelle oder zum Ortskern sind, ist es eine tolle Anlage mit einem wunderbaren Pool und einer traumhaften Aussicht. Das Frühstück war super lecker und es war von Obst über Aufschnitt und süße Leckereien alles dabei. Einziges Manko waren die dünnen Wände, so dass die direkten Nachbarn (Gespräche, Wasserlauf usw.) zu hören waren. Ansonsten ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt.

A perfect place away from the busy centre, if you like walking and finding nature trails away from the busy crowd. Beautiful views, helpful staff, sufficient breakfast, lovely pool and relaxation area at the pool. Do not hesitate to ask for extras, like early opening of the pool if you wish to go for a swim before breakfast! Thanks for the perfect holiday.

The location of the hotel is great. A very short walk to the bus stop or to Anacapri main shopping/ restaurants area. The hotel has everything you need, swimming pool was great at the end of a long day walking the streets of the island. There is a pool bar which served cold drinks. Breakfast was nice and had a bit of everything. The rooms are clean and bright. The best thing about the hotel is the view at sunset.

Hyggelig og serviceinnstilt personale. Flott bassengområde. Mye maur på rommet og veldig lytt. Skulle tro veggene var laget av papp. Men hadde alt i alt et flott opphold.

Love how high up the property sits! Best view of sunset ever! The Hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff courteous and so helpful. Capri and Anacapri are busy with so many people but this hotel is a quiet refuge from it all! Great music too!

The place looks very cute, the breakfast is amazing. Typically the types of mattresses they use give me backache but after a long day touring, they felt perfect Lol. The service from the staff was amazing.

I don’t even know where to begin! Let’s start at arriving on Capri. The hotel is in Anacapri which is about a 25min drive from the marina. You just let them know when youre arriving and they send a shuttle to come pick you up, super convenient, especially when you see how crazy it is at the marina and how long it would take to get to the hotel otherwise. Once you arrive, you’re greeted by very friendly and knowledgeable staff ( shoutout to Fabio who was excellent ) The hotel is a 10min walk to the city of Anacapri or a 5min walk to the bus that takes you to Capri. The rooms are very nice and huge bathrooms, omg! The views of the water from the terrace just outside your room and the pool are just incredible. Do yourself a favour and book here! Just wow!

Loved the view! The staff was wonderful! Rooftop was very cool. However rooms just need some updating with better bedding. Overall great experience.

I highly suggest everyone to stay at this hotel if planning to go to Anacapri. The view is breathtaking, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the room is very clean except the shower room is way too tiny, the breakfast is delicious but after 2-3 days it gets boring with the same menu and no different varieties. The hotel transportation picking up and dropping off from and at the Marina Grande is a big plus. The road is very safe to walk at late night. Overall, excellent.

I was very pleased with this hotel! It made our trip to capri spectacular. We loved being in the heart of Anacapri and it made things a bit more peaceful. The staff was amazing and even helped transport us to and from the port. We enjoyed a great breakfast every morning and then walked into town or caught the local busses just 5 minutes away

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. They made us feel very welcomed. Offered pickup and drop off from the port for a small fee. The breakfast was good. The pool area was well kept and you get to see a beautiful sunset. The facility is old but kept very clean. The place is 10 min walk from the bus station in which will get you to the main areas on the Island. I recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved this hotel. They offer complimentary shuttle service from Marina Grande…this a really nice option as only small cars can drive along the location so taxis or buses leave you further away. We were greeted very warmly by Domenico who was very helpful each time we saw him at the desk. Fabio, who also mans the reception was very helpful as well. Our room had a walk out shared balcony looking out to the sea. The pool was large with many lounge chairs and a pool bar manned by Lashawn who made wonderful drinks. The complimentary breakfast here was just wonderful. Hot and cold items and wonderful coffee served by Mario. This hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the centre of Anacapri…we got our exercise each day, but we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Everything is very clean, great air conditioning, comfy beds and pillows. We loved it.

The service at this jewel of a hotel is unbeatable. The staff helped us by reserving at restaurants, suggesting the best things to do, getting us to and from the port, and on and on. I felt as if I were in someone’s home. The setting was tranquil, lush with bougainvillea, and on a hillside with a terrific view.

We loved our stay at Hotel Il Girasole! The staff were so helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They had great recommendations for dinner and things to do. They helped us get to the hotel from the port with a shuttle service and back to the port for our ferry out! The area was lovely - quiet and peaceful. The pool was wonderful! If we’re ever back we will definitely stay again.

The hotel was very clean, the ever-changing views from the patio in front of our room were amazing. Don't miss the sunsets. Breakfast buffet was healthy and tasty. Walking distance to the very cute downtown was short. The hotel was in a very peaceful quiet part of town.

I don’t even know where to begin! Let’s start at arriving on Capri. The hotel is in Anacapri which is about a 25min drive from the marina. You just let them know when youre arriving and they send a shuttle to come pick you up, super convenient, especially when you see how crazy it is at the marina and how long it would take to get to the hotel otherwise. Once you arrive, you’re greeted by very friendly and knowledgeable staff ( shoutout to Fabio who was excellent ) The hotel is a 10min walk to the city of Anacapri or a 5min walk to the bus that takes you to Capri. The rooms are very nice and huge bathrooms, omg! The views of the water from the terrace just outside your room and the pool are just incredible. Do yourself a favour and book here! Just wow!

This hotel was the most relaxing and pleasant part of our month in Italy. Anacapri is on the quieter side of the island and this lovely hotel is a pleasant walk away from the small downtown with its shops and restaurants . We especially appreciated the shuttle service the hotel provides from the ferry when we got there with the hordes of visitors. Although, our room was small it was very clean. The pool deck and covered patio is very nice with an amazing view of the ocean. I appreciated the fresh fruit available every morning in the breakfast buffet and the hand made cappuccino by a staff member. Because we were not leaving on the ferry till the evening the staff kindly held our luggage until departure and then shuttled us down to the ferry. The staff is very helpful in answering questions and giving suggestions. Highly recommended a stay here.

Close to Blue Grotto (20min by bus), quiet and cozy atomosphere. In prior a bit worried there are no restaurants around, but many are in walkable distance. Good hospitality from hotel staff. Anacapri is the best location for those who requires peaceful and calm vacation!

Amazing! The hotel you choose has a huge impact on your getaway experience and im so happy to have chosen this one. The staff were polite, welcoming and helpful, the area is very quiet and peaceful, the views out to the sea are stunning. We felt like we had experienced the proper relaxed italian culture with our hotel due to location and vibe. We were lucky to have the very end room so it was more private as no one would be walking past to get to there rooms. The hotel is near the start point of the buses going to capri town and the port which is a LIFESAVER as the buses are small and often get very full quickly after 1 or 2 stops meaning we never had to miss a bus or be in big queues for one.

Wunderschön gelegenes Hotel. Auch wenn es ein paar Minuten zur Bushaltestelle oder zum Ortskern sind, ist es eine tolle Anlage mit einem wunderbaren Pool und einer traumhaften Aussicht. Das Frühstück war super lecker und es war von Obst über Aufschnitt und süße Leckereien alles dabei. Einziges Manko waren die dünnen Wände, so dass die direkten Nachbarn (Gespräche, Wasserlauf usw.) zu hören waren. Ansonsten ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt.

Beautiful views, helpful staff, sufficient breakfast, lovely pool and relaxation area at the pool. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the delicious and varied breakfast buffet, which offered a great selection every morning. The hotel’s shuttle bus service was also excellent and made our arrival and departure very easy and convenient. Thank you for a wonderful stay at Hotel Il Girasole. We truly enjoyed our time here and would be very happy to return!

This was a wonderful place to stay with incredible and helpful staff. It was a beautiful location and easy to get to everything we wanted to do. The breathtaking views match the pictures! The pool was perfect and service always top notch. It was the perfect way to celebrate our honeymoon in luxury without sending luxury prices that the island often has. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Capri. We will be back!
