Excelente lugar y buen precio. Limpieza y amabilidad. Pero sin elevador es el único punto negativo que puedo dar.

Mycket bra läge, nära tågstationen och gångavstånd till alla sevärdheter. Massa restauranger och kaféer runt om. Personalen är väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Rummet var lagom rymligt för en person, rent och bra säng. Det finns ingen hiss vilket kan vara jobbigt för vissa. Frukosten är helt ok. Det negativa är att dörren till rummet måste smällas för att kunna stängas från utsidan vilket är väldigt besvärligt. Annars var jag nöjd.

Location is great! close to restaurants, food and street markets, atractions, train station, etc. Staff is very nice and friendly. Hotel is small and cozy, rooms clean, spacious and confortable. There is no elevator but only 3 floors. The only thing we didn't like much is that the a/c is centrally controled by staff at reception and it was set to 23° celcius, and we found the room too hot when coming back in the afternoon. We were 4 persons in a room. I guess it is to save energy. But we asked to increase the fan strenght and lower the temperature and they did inmediately every time. The breakfast is very convenient and with small but good selections of breads, pastries, coffee, tea, orange juice, fruit, yogurt, etc. In general we were very happy with this hotel and staff, and we would come back again and recommend it for sure!

The location is great, within walking distance of everything, including the train station. There are excellent dining options nearby. The room and bathroom were clean, and breakfast was decent, with very good coffee. However, because it is located in a busy tourist area, it was very noisy at night, and the windows are not soundproof. Additionally, there is no elevator, and the hotel staff does not offer assistance with carrying luggage to the upper floors..

Great location with just a short walk from the main train station! It was a clean (simple) room, and the staff was nice. We saw there was luggage storage and selected the hotel partly for this reason, but when we got there, we discovered the luggage is just all left in a corner and not locked away, which made me a bit nervous. Our items were fine thankfully. It seemed to be a safe area, and it was very lively (and somewhat loud outside) at night (we kept the windows open for air and could hear more outside). Also, our room was close to reception, and we could hear almost everyone coming by that area and the breakfast area in the morning. All in all, it was a fine stay.

The air conditioning is controlled by the person at the front desk,they require you to leave the key of the room every time that you go out the Hotel.When you leave the room they turn off the air conditioning.Terrible to sleep with in these conditions.

the rooms are tiny. and NO lift.

This little 2-star hotel is perfectly fine for the average budget traveler, but the lack of an elevator made for a difficult climb up the long stairway for my traveling companion (she's 75 and doesn't walk very well). It's on a busy street, so it's noisy outside. You might need earplugs. The layout of the hotel is such that the sound really travels up the open stairway, so people coming in late are very noisy, even if they try not to be. The breakfast is sparse, but I think it's included without an extra charge. Other than the noise and lack of an elevator, this was a pleasant place. It's close to the train station and walkable to all the sights.

Staff is good hotel is clean but when you are with luggage there is a problem you have to carry it up the stairs- no lift

Staff friendly, fair breakfast, comfortable room and good bathroom. location excellent walking distance to main attractions and very close to Train Station Santa Maria Novella.

The staff are friendly, but hotel is extremely basic. Bedding and towels worn, bathroom not clean - and had years of wear and tear and build up. Hotel is on a busy street and it felt like I was trying to sleep in the middle of a pub until gone 2am. Breakfast was basic continental. Cereal, bread, small yoghurt pot. Left baggage, is just left in the hallway, and you leave your room key when exiting. It felt like anyone could ask for and be given your room key. Or take your bag. Interesting art collection and close to station.

It was a great location, walking distance to all the sites, and near the station. Room was clean however the washroom was tiny and some areas old and run down. The staff provided friendly service. Basic breakfast of croissants, yogurt and cereal provided. It will be noisy at night due to the area. It all depends on what you’re looking for a hotel. It’s a basic, no frills hotel, older hotel but in a good location.

The hotel is centrally located and close to all of the major sites in Florence and just a 5 minute walk to the main train station (Santa Maria Novella). The front desk staff were always courteous and helpful! The breakfast was very basic with cold breads and juice/water. The hotel is a bit older and the room had a slight musty smell to it. The restroom was also very small and old fashioned with several (minor) items needing repair including the toilet paper holder. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay here.

O quarto e banheiro são organizados, limpos e em boas condições. O banheiro tem alguns pontos a melhorar (box muito estreito, chuveiro sai pouca água e o secador de cabelo funciona um pouquinho e para).

Hotel antigo, quarto pequeno cheirando a mofo, banheiro minúsculo quase não dá pra tomar banho no box que deve medir 50cm por 50 cm

This hotel is clean, in an excellent location and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was great and I enjoyed my stay.

If you need to stay near the train station then this property is perfect. But that’s about all I can say that’s positive. Mold in the shower, mold in the soap dish, the cover to the toilet button fell off on its first use. Street noise lasted well into the early morning hours. Look around and maybe save some money somewhere else because this place is a dump…

Solo travel room was really small. Very basic but for the price and location it’s worth it. There is a bit of noise because it’s on a road with restaurants but it is nice to be able to eat a good meal and literally walk next door to the hotel.

The noise makes you feel like you’re sleeping in the middle of Times Square. You can hear everything going around you inside and outside of the building.

No WiFi, No elevator, very small bathroom, Hard beds, No temperature control, Good location for transport, dinning and shopping. Staff was help full.

The building and amenities were quite old, but everything was clean. The staff were super friendly, and we appreciated the free breakfast with coffee service. Our room was right above a busy street, so could hear a lot of the commotion outside until late hours despite having the windows firmly shut.

My daughter and I stayed here for a couple nights late September. The location is very convenient, a 5 minute walk from the train station. We were one block from the leather market and walkable to everything. Staff was nice and breakfast was simple. Pastries,breads,yogurts,cereal. Do not expect a typical American breakfast. We arrived a couple hours before checkin time but they labeled our luggage, put it aside and put it in our room for when we returned from exploring. The place is older and showing a lot of wear. The bedroom was spacious enough but the bathroom is TINY. It worked for us but if you are larger you will have a hard time. If you put your hands on your hips in the shower both elbows will touch the walls. It was difficult to shut the bathroom door because you had to try and move all the way to the other side and try to shut it. The sink drained very slow so don’t leave the water running while you brush your teeth. The hairdryer in the room worked for 20 seconds shut off. The office gave me one to borrow instead. Be aware in the morning around 6:30-7:00 it will be LOUD with banging outside. I think it was the leather market workers setting up and rolling their carts down the road. At night it was also very loud because you can hear the people on the street and outside in cafes talking. We are not fancy travelers or high maintenance. I would stay somewhere different if I were to return. Mainly for the noise while sleeping.

Location was good. Staff were helpful The wifi was terrible in our room and having to walk up 2 long staircases with our luggage was very difficult

Small but clean. I didn’t like the shower curtain in the small shower. It keep sticking to us. It should be a door not a curtain

駅から近く、周りにレストランも多くて便利でした。夜は人通りが多くて少しうるさかったけど許容範囲。冷蔵庫がないのが残念だったけど満足です。

it was okay, very basic. the walls are really thin so you can hear families next door and our room was right above the bar next door - i had asked to move to a quieter one but they couldn’t move us because we only had a basic room booked. i brought ear plugs so it was fine. breakfast was continental, very good selection. the location is amazing for exploring florence - very central and only 10 mins walk to everything.

Atendimento impecável dos funcionários. Café da manhã bom. Localização ótima, perto das principais atrações da cidade. O que deixou a desejar foi o banheiro e os travesseiros. Valeu pelo custo-beneficio.

The hotel, while pretty bare bones, was right in the middle of the Florence action, and the breakfast was a nice feature. The hotel clerk on the morning we left was not helpful or polite.

The most we liked was the kindness and service of RIA, the person in the counter. She was always open to help us. The hotel is in very good location: near to the train station and in the heart of all the main attractions. One point very important in summer: the room had Air Conditioner !!!

The hotel rooms were nice, spacious, and clean. The free breakfast was good, but I wish the pastry basket on every table were covered so no flies will get onto the food. On May 31 (Saturday), the lady in charge of breakfast was really nice and respectful but on June 1 (Sunday) the other lady who is in charge of coffee and breakfast was rude as she sighed when we got pastries from the closed trays instead of the fly infested baskets of pastries that were at every table. Whenever any guest asked for something she would show attitude as if it was a huge inconvenience for her.

Hotel pequeno, mas muito bem localizado. O recepcionista da noite, Antônio falava inclusive português e nós deu ótimas dicas da cidade. Quarto de tamanho razoável, mas muito limpo. O café da manhã delicioso e os funcionários muito bem humorados. A proximidade da estação de trem é perfeita! Quando voltar a Florença, me hospedarei lá com certeza!

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially Rio. Only a 5 minute walk from the train station. Room was clean and comfy. Plus free breakfast! Highly recommended.

No patience to the staff.. first they did not accept AmEx and then staff selected debit card on my phone without my consent i was about to select Visa credit card as they do not AmEx.

Good location, next to the central market and only a few minutes walk to the train station and many tourist attractions. The hotel room and breakfast was rather basic but as a budgeted hotel they were acceptable.

It was somewhat loud at night since there are restaurants right outside the window. Other than that the place is perfectly located!

Great location!! 5 minutes from Firenze SM Nuovell station. Around the corner from market/Duomo. Less than 10 minutes walk to The David. I couldn’t have picked a better location.

We enjoyed our stay in a clean, small room. Staff was very helpful with anything we needed. Hotel was convenient for walking from train and to the centre of Florence as well. Very good continental breakfast with excellent cappuccino Would stay there again!

Beliggenhed rigtig god = stort set alt inden for gåafstand. Venligt personale. Ok rengøring. Kun lidt larm, som man kan forvente ved at bo i centrum. Bor her gerne igen. Små minusser er at wifi må gerne være lidt bedre, og den morgenmaden er rigtig meget trist, men den er gratis(med i hotelprisen)

Staff were fabulous, nice surprise breakfast was included, pastries, bread, yoghurt, fruit, cereals and a lady there to make fresh coffee which was a bonus. Perfect location few mins walk from train station but far enough to not feel like you're near a train station. So many dining options, markets few mins walk away with a fabulous food hall. I read and read reviews and worry when booking based on reviews, but i was very happy, id stay again and would recommend to my family.

Vi havde et par rigtig gode dage på Hotel Nuova. Det er et rigtig hyggeligt centralt placeret hotel, men 5 min. til katedralen og 2 min. til sporvogn mod lufthavnen. Der var rent og pænt på værelse, plads til os alle 4 og en god morgenmadsbuffet. Personalet var meget høfligt og servicemindet og vi kunne snakke sammen på engelsk.

Localização excelente, pode-se ir à pé em praticamente todos os principais pontos turísticos. O café da manhã precisa melhor. Todos os dias ofereciam apenas um pacotinhos com duas torradas e duas bolachas. Tinha pão, mas sem frios ou frutas.

Desayuno muy bueno. El hotel es sencillo, limpio y cerca de todo. Camas cómodas y amplias. El personal muy amable. Buena calefacción.
