Hotel convenient to railway station. Getting to certain tourists attractions challenging at times. Would suggest you get a detailed map of city. Streets names change frequently. Short walk to laundry store front. Suggest you buy attraction tickets online. There is a very limited number of power outlets in room. Had to use the outlet for the TV to charge our electronics. Continental breakfast was convenient before you leave for your daily travels.

The hotel was lovely and in a good location for shopping, dining, sight seeing etc. There is limited parking availability, but I had reached out a couple of times ahead of our arrival to confirm we would have a parking space. When we arrived the front desk staff person didn't want to let us park on-site, saying they were full, although there was parking open, but another staff member came in and assisted us so we were eventually able to park in their gated area. It's frustrating to show up and have to argue for the services you had tried to arrange in advance.

Positif: Hotel bien placé, à peine 5min du tramway, 10/15 min pour aller au dome. Personnel très accueillant. Petit déjeuner ok, plutot standard avec qq patisseries et un tres bon café. Salle de bain propre et en bon etat. Clim capricieuse mais fonctionne bien. Négatif : La salle de bain allait, mais pour le reste de la chambre... rideau déchirés avec des taches de mayonnaise dessus (un rapport avec le burger king d'a côté?). Dessus de lits pleins de taches louches (du sang sur un....), cheuveux dans les draps supposés propres et taches jaunâtres. Le pire étant la fenêtre impossible à fermer complètement, alors que la rue est très bruyante. Megots détrempés sur le balcon. Dommage pour ces problèmes de propreté, sinon le rapport qualité prix aurait pu etre bien.

The location is close to the train station and to the tourist spots. Also, a lot of good restaurants close to the hotel. The room is very clean and housekeeping made a great work ensuring cleanliness. Breakfast is sufficient and excellent.. provided fresh baked goods and fresh cup of cappuccinos. For the price I paid.. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our bidet was not properly cleaned prior our arrival (still had feces). The location is great but the facilities are outdated and so are the rooms and lights. Staff was helpful and breakfast was fair. The toilet cover button was falling apart. I hope they can renew it soon. Not staying there again.

Very old hotel/room. We were in a room on the first floor near the elevator. Noise: other people closing doors etc: very noisy from the inside. Not from the voices but the doors. Comfort: this was a room with 3 beds. All were 20 years or more past their prime for the mattress. Bugs: ants on the pillow. Mosquitoes inside the room (we didn’t open any window) likely coming from some holes in the bathroom wall. Staff informed when checking out (luckily this was only for one night): “we will tell the cleaning folks to do a better job. Bathroom: uncovered hole where the pipes go through the wall for the shower. Likely a source of mosquitoes breeding and flying. Toilets that clogged “without cause”. Step going down from bathroom to room: small unmarked step: remember it at night because you will hit it with your toes. Overall, we will. Ever go there again. i really enjoyed our stay here. It’s very close to the train station. The rooms are extremely dark and that was the only downside. The staff is exceptional. Very close to everything.

We loved Hotel Palazzo Vecchio! Our room had a balcony with a view of the Duomo. The hotel was very clean and our room was very nice. The staff was great and helped answer many of our questions. They gave us a paper map and highlighted the places we wanted to see in Florence. Everything was within walking distance but we also logged over 20,000 steps a day. It was super convenient to the train station and many great local establishments close by to eat and drink. We highly recommend this hotel.

Poor AC, we were really hot and there was nothing that they could do to fix the AC they said. The fan was broken and the management said they couldn't have a technician to fix it until a week from that Saturday

The staff was the BEST! Nice room with comfy bed (hard to find in Italy). Super convenient to walk from train station, and the area to meet for most tours. Breakfast was great! Highly recommend this hotel! 5 stars. Front desk staff was super nice, helpful and patient.

This property is 4 minutes from the train station. Very conveniently located , close to the stores and central market. The staff is wonderful. On our checkout Sergey even helped carry the bag down the stairs. Our reservation was only one night but decided to extend another night because we loved hotel and also wanted to stay longer in Florence. I will be back to this hotel next time sill be in Florence.

It was kept clean, breakfast included. You had to hand in your key every time you went out because it's still a physical key, but the front desk is 24/7 so it's not a big deal. Overall, clean, comfortable, good front desk. They'll make reservations at restaurants for you if needed.

We needed a close place to stay for one night after our train ride. It was close to the rail station and reception was excellent and accommodating. In the morning, all I wanted was a cup of coffee and they were so sweet to make one for me. I enjoyed a few moments of quietness and let my daughter continue her sleep in our room. We were allowed to leave luggage for the day while we checked out some sights. They even called a taxi for us and made us feel important! Thank you!

In the morning, all I wanted was a cup of coffee and they were so sweet to make one for me. I enjoyed a few moments of quietness and let my daughter continue her sleep in our room. We were allowed to leave luggage for the day while we checked out some sights. They even called a taxi for us and made us feel important! Thank you!

The hotel was lovely and in a good location for shopping, dining, sight seeing etc. There is limited parking availability, but I had reached out a couple of times ahead of our arrival to confirm we would have a parking space. When we arrived the front desk staff person didn't want to let us park on-site, saying they were full, although there was parking open, but another staff member came in and assisted us so we were eventually able to park in their gated area. It's frustrating to show up and have to argue for the services you had tried to arrange in advance.

Overall it was a nice stay. But the first day we were in a room with the tiniest bathroom for two people to use. It was so small my husband was complaining hitting his head against the opposite wall while seated at the toilet. The shower curtain was so short that the water was running out and on to the bathroom floor. However, after complaining about the issues, we were shown a much better room and we were transferred to that room at no extra cost. The staff from the housekeepers to the managers were all very nice, friendly, and accommodating.

The location is close to the train station and to the tourist spots. Also, a lot of good restaurants close to the hotel. The room is very clean and housekeeping made a great work ensuring cleanliness. Breakfast is sufficient and excellent.. provided fresh baked goods and fresh cup of cappuccinos. For the price I paid.. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Room was small for 2 adults and 1 teenager. Breakfast was supposed to be included but charged. No amenities. Sheets dirty. Room dusty. No air, must open windows to have circulating air in such small quarters. Area too noisy with windows open. There are plenty of dining options in area though and 3 min walk to train station.

Great location on the edge of the historic district and close to the train station. The hotel itself is OK, the staff were helpful. Would recommend if you prioritize location over amenities. Also the breakfast was one of the best ones we had in Italy.

Loved how close it was to the train station. Walking distance to everything.The beautiful exterior and interior made it very appealing. The room was great size and very clean. Breakfast was a huge plus with freshly served espresso and Cappuccino if you like and assortment of pastries and eggs and meats/cheeses. Would highly recommend.

サンタマリア・ノヴェッラ駅から徒歩3-4分でとても近く、スーツケースを押して歩く時間が短くとても楽でした。部屋は天井も高く広めで、バスタブがついているのが本当に有り難かったです。お湯の出も良く、備え付けのドライヤーも風力が十分で快適でした。朝食が宿泊に込みの料金でしたが、地下のダイニングルームのバッフェ式の朝食もとても良かったです。贅沢な感じではないですが、卵、ベーコン、ハム、チーズ、沢山の種類のパンや小さなお菓子、ヨーグルトなど十分な内容で、毎朝入れて頂いたカプチーノもとても美味しかったです。フロントの方も困ったことや質問にもきちんと対応してくださり、申し分なかったです。ホテル周辺の治安も問題なく、またフィレンツェに行く機会があれば利用したいです！

The Hotel Palazzo Vecchio is in a good location for travellers, very close to the train station, and walking distance to the main sites in Florence. We never had to take public transport. Round the corner, there were lots of nice restaurants and bars. However this does mean that it can be noisy in the front rooms as it is also close to the tram stop, and there are vehicles driving by at night. Perhaps a room at the back or higher up would be a little quieter. The room decor was a little old fashioned, which I think is typical in Florence, but it was well maintained, clean and comfortable, with air conditioning. The staff were very welcoming. We did not have breakfast so I cannot comment.

Hotel is close to the train station which sound convenient but it’s super sketchy. It is close to all the lovely locations in Florence but just would not walk the street by the train station at night. Staff was nice but the property is was old and kind of outdated. The AC is so far from the bed that it does not cool the room, shower is small but was pretty clean. Just not the kind of hotel where you would spend any time other than sleep.

Es un hotel demasiado viejo, el precio es muy alto para lo que es, es un hotel que no tiene amenidades (acondicionador, gorro de baño, etc) es demasiado básico, la cama doble son dos colchones sencillos unidos en una base cama doble por lo que en la mitad de la cama se siente la división, no cambian las toallas en 3 días, el desayuno es demasiado simple no vale la pena pagarlo, una noche estaba en mi habitación y apareció una cucaracha voladora, el señor de la recepción me ayudó y la mató pero ya no pude dormir pensando que podían aparecer más, no me pudieron cambiar de habitación porque el hotel estaba lleno, lo único que podría valorar es que la ubicación es buena si vas a usar el tren o el tram de resto no vale la pena, el precio de verdad es muy muy alto para lo que obtienes, el personal es amable y atento. No volveré
