I had a good stay overall. The highlights were the excellent location, great communication from the host, and the overall cleanliness of the accommodation. A few areas could be improved. The mattress was not very comfortable, the shower would be better with a glass enclosure instead of a curtain, and it would be helpful to provide a sponge for washing dishes in the kitchen. I also found a few kitchen items that were not properly cleaned, although this seemed to be due to previous guests rather than the host’s cleaning standards. Overall, I would recommend this accommodation and would consider staying here again, especially because of the location and the host’s responsiveness.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the AC but it was resolved quickly. The staff were kind and the location was good as it was within walking distance to the popular areas. The neighborhood felt relatively safe. I would caution North American travellers that this is not a hotel where there is someone at a front desk so you will need to use WhatsApp to communicate this the hotel manager. This is the second floor of a multipurpose building where a handful of rooms are used for visitors. It’s very nice once inside but it’s not a typical NA Hotel. If you want to use a laundromat, there was one across the street although we didn’t use it. There is a nice kitchen area where you can prepare food for yourself and some basics are provided.

I enjoyed my stay, the room was comfortable. When I got in there was no electricity in my room and no one told me to turn on the electricity box in the room. I also didn't get any coffee pods for the coffee machine, apparently other rooms had them. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Great location. Air conditioner worked perfectly. After walking from the train station with our luggage, being hot and exhausted, we had to wait 12 minutes outside because she was booking a new reservation. Our towels were never changed in 3 nights not to mention I itched a mosquito bite, had a few blood stains on the sheets (night 1 ) and they never changed the sheets. These minor things may not matter to someone else, in that case, this would be a perfect little spot. :)

Great place to stay, with in walking distance of all major attractions, including major train station if you are travelling round, or planning a day trip to Pisa. Room very clean, beds very comfortable (memory foam). Air con which was a must! Friendly welcome, just come armed with Google Translate. It is more Bed than Breakfast, plenty of reasonable places to eat close by (Banana Bar for breakfast was fantastic). Could not fault our 4 day stay here.
