Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel rundum zufrieden. Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend – direkt an der Einkaufsmeile gelegen, ideal für alle, die gerne shoppen oder zentral wohnen möchten. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, hell und geräumig, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders praktisch fanden wir den gut bestückten Kühlschrank, der zur Verfügung stand. Auch das Badezimmer hat uns begeistert: sehr großzügig geschnitten und mit allen notwendigen Pflegeprodukten ausgestattet. Es war insgesamt sehr sauber, gepflegt und hochwertig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück kann optional dazugebucht werden – eine tolle Lösung, denn es wird morgens direkt ans Zimmer geliefert. So konnten wir ganz entspannt in den Tag starten. Der Service war aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Great room. The view was of other roof tops, but who stays in the room. It was in a great area close to everything. Would stay here again.

Beautiful rooms that had stunning decor in the best street and location in Florence. However, the reception is only manned until 7pm and the heavy wooden door at the main entrance is very very very difficult to open. We were given instructions for a self check in that could have ended in disaster because the hotel failed to explain the “special knack” for opening the door. This is a failing and unacceptable as this could have left us standing out in the cold and rain unable to access the property. Also the arrangements for breakfast are very poorly communicated as it needs to be pre-ordered 48 hours in advance but nothing is communicated to that effect. So we only discovered this upon arrival and had to have breakfast out on the first morning but there were lots of available places. Please please provide bath robes also! Also the shower was faulty and the temperature tap had to be used to switch it off because the on/off tap didn’t work properly! Overall a beautiful property with very nice staff and your housekeeping team are so sweet and friendly. Once you work out the main door situation it’s a great place to stay.
