Utsidan var inte mycket att hänga i granen men inomhus var det hyfsat modernt och rummen standard. Sköna sängar, ac funkade, fint poolområde med trevlig badvärd. Tänk på att man behöver badmössa. Receptionspersonal serviceminded. Frukost helt ok, enligt sydeuropeisk standard. 300 m till närmsta tunnelbana vilket gav bra läge till Milanos tunnelbanesystem.

Pas de chance....l'eau de la piscine était verte Il a fallu deux jours pour vidanger....sans doute la chaleur excessive La clé de la porte s'est demagnetisee 3 fois Impossible d'accéder à la chambre Et on a voulu nous facturer 3 nuits de garage au lieu d'une....il a fallu insister lourdement.... Heureusement que les chambres se libèrent à midi....ce qui a permis une seule baignade juste avant de partir après un séjour de 3 nuits.....

Booked two rooms at this hotel for myself and four young kids specifically for the pool which is showcased in all the photos. When we arrived in last week of may we were told the pool was seasonable and would not be open until June. We have some very disappointed kids and ruined the break away. We were mis-sold.

L'hôtel est très propre, les chambres aussi. La literie était confortable. L'hôtel est situé à côté des transports et facilement accessible. Nous n'avons pas particulièrement aimé le restaurant qui était assez cher et les serveurs n'étaient pas très aimables. Petit bémol également : la piscine (ce pour quoi nous avions choisi cet hôtel) était fermée les 4 jours où nous avons séjourné pour problèmes techniques. Nous n'avons pas eu de compensation en retour.

Excellent hospitality at breakfast but didn’t feel it during our stay really. Very disappointed you need a cap for the pool - they don’t tell you this till arrival. My son is autistic and won’t wear one so we had to not use the pool at all. Pillows were not good so asked for a change.

Great location for us with parking. Tram stop and metro right outside hotel. The pool was fabulous with sun loungers on a grassy area. Breakfast was included and was good but thought the food in the evenings not very good so chose to eat out after the first night.

The hotel is a little tired on the guest room level and could do with some freshening up. The air conditioning needs to be upgraded as it didn’t really provide effective cooling. Unfortunately the pool doesn’t open until June, so that wasn’t an option to have a cooling swim. Food was good overall, with a very enjoyable breakfast spread.

AC werkte als een fan. Koelde niet voldoende en had maar 1 stand waardoor deze met veel lawaai functioneerde. Het bleef erg (te) warm op de kamer. Staat van onderhoud van het gebouw is matig. Onze kinderen sliepen op een slaapbank waarvan er twee bedlatten ontbraken. Ze lagen dus in een kuil. Er lagen nog een koekje en suikerwaren van vorige gasten onder het bed en er zat viezigheid tegen het plafond. In de lift zitten minimaal 10 doodgeslagen muggen tegen de wand. Deze hebben er ons hele verblijf gezeten. De incheckkaart van de kamer gaf bijna dagelijks storingen. De “gym” zijn 5 apparaten waarvan 2 langdurig out of service. Van de 3 overgebleven is 1 een bankje waar geen gewichten of iets dergelijks bij liggen. In potentie een mooie ruimte, maar op deze manier een aanfluiting. Ontbijt was heel goed! Leuk zwembad (badmuts verplicht). Op veilige loopafstand van metro 5 Ca Grande en daardoor binnen 15 minuten comfortabel in het centrum, San Siro, Brera, etc (60 euro voor 4 personen onbeperkt gebruik). Over het algemeen zijn wij tevreden over Novotel, maar dat was helaas een teleurstelling.

Chambre très mal entretenue et mobilier très vieux et vétuste. Joint noir de la douche sont écœurants ! Fuite d’eau du lavabo qui a été réparé par le personnel. Moquette salle et vielle. Bref très déçu par les prestations de cette hôtel !

Não achamos este hotel um padrão NOVOTEL que ja tinha experimentado em outros lugares. A boa localização, com fácil acesso ao metrô, o tamanho do quarto era bom, assim como o café da manhã e a cordialidade do staff e estacionamento. No entanto, achamos as condições do quarto um tanto desleixadas, com teias de aranha no teto, o chão do banheiro não estava apropriadamente limpo quando entramos no quarto. O sofa-cama era muito desconfortável e estava quebrado. No resto foi bem.

No air con within the property, was so hot within the lobby and bedrooms was like an oven! Bedroom doors dont shut properly so you can hear all doors being slammed to close them, or they want close. We stayed at a lot of Novotel, but this is small for a Novotel hotel. Not sure if it's only in Italy, but this hotel doesn't have an AC. The breakfast doesn't have a lot of variety compared to other Novotels. The staff were very helpful & great though.

Da vi ankom fik vi værelse 107, og min datter det ved siden af, alt var godt. Da vi kommer på værelset vil jeg tænde aircondition, den larmede meget, så gik i receptionen for at få styr på det, han gav os et nyt værelse, så fint. Inden jeg flyttede vores ting, tjekkede jeg lige værelset. Jeg kunne slet ikke få aircondition til at virke, så gik i receptionen igen. Han tilkaldte letter opgivende en pedel, fik forklarede hvad problemet var og de forsvandt, ingen info til mig, hmmm, spurgte om jeg skulle gå med dem, hvortil receptionisten trak på skulderen og sagde, du bestemmer, madam.. Jeg fulgte efter dem og de fik fixet det på begge værelser, jeg gik retur til reception og aflevede det nye værelse og sagde vi blev på 107. Kunne så gå derned igen kort efter da kortet til at komme ind ikke virkede( dette skete ca 3-4 gange om dagen) Dagen efter var vi lige gået i seng og vi kan høre glade stemmer på gangen og så går nøglekortet i vores dør, jeg råber og døren bliver hurtigt lukket. Dagen efter om morgen, sker det samme igen, denne gang står jeg som gud har skabt mig på badeværelset. Jeg går ned i reception, ikke i det bedste humør, og forklare at vi har lejet og betalt for 107 så vil de være søde ikke at udleje det til andre. Han blev lidt forvirret, og ville selvfølgelig sørge for det ikke skete igen, resten af tiden havde vi forstyr ikke skiltet på, bare for en sikkerheds skyld. På badet manglede afskærmningen, sæbehylden gang 1/2 ude af væggen.

Great staff, room was good for what we needed, clean and tidy. Electrics tripped, called reception fixed within minutes. We didn't eat or drink so couldnt pass comment. Locally great places to get coffee and bakery items and a short walk to metro and tram lines.

We stayed here for 1 night 1 total of 18 people and we were 16 people who called the desk to help us book a taxi. We ordered 2 cars for 8 people, and the desk told us that we needed 3 cars, but my other 2 friends, they went first, and we had 14 people left, and there were 2 taxis, and we saw that we could take 14 people, and then I and the service desk said can you cancel 1 car for us, and the desk agreed. We got in 2 cars, but the driver of the second car was abusive and threatened us on the way, saying that his colleague drove an empty car, and we offered to give his colleague 20euro as compensation, but the driver did not agree, and the driver threatened us because we were far away from the airport, and we were driven out of the car by the driver halfway and insisted that we sit in their third car, and we were in the car with 2 mothers and 5 children, and we were very scared, and we compromised, and we all cried, and the children were very scared. We were forced to pay 3 cars 160 euro equals 480 euro for the personal fare to the airport, and it had a very bad impact on our 5 children, I will not stay in this hotel in the future

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour la piscine et la climatisation, en plus de la valeur sûre que Novotel représente. Arrivés à l’hôtel le seul stationnement gratuit n’accueille qu’une vingtaine de véhicules. La climatisation de tout l’hôtel date de la création de l’immeuble et ne fonctionnait pas, la température des chambres était de 38°C, inhumain. L’équipe de nuit a été de très bonne volonté et nous a fait changer de chambre plusieurs fois mais toutes pareilles. Épuises nous avons gardé la 3e chambre. La nuit passée le petit déjeuner était correct, mais extrêmement bruyant et le personnel n’a pas accepté que l’on utilise les tables les plus éloignées du bruit, pour ne pas avoir à les nettoyer. En après-midi nous avons choisi d’aller à la piscine (très petite), une fois arrivés devant la clôture et le portique piscine digne d’une bouche de métro, le bonnet de bain est obligatoire. Nous passons une dernière belle journée de vacances et revenons à l’hôtel, pas de place gratuite évidemment, nous stationnons dans la rue devant l’hôtel. Le lendemain matin au moment de charger les valises et repartir, la vitre est cassée et la voiture saccagée pour voler le contenu de la boîte à gants. Nous demandons à l’accueil d’intervenir avec la police. La réponse de l’accueil ? « Oui cela arrive souvent, soit cassée soit volée ». A-t-on été prévenu que cette rue était dangereuse ? Nous ont-ils recommandé de stationner en parking payant ? Pas une fois ! Expérience exécrable

Wir waren für einen 4 tägigen Städtetrip im Novotel Milan Nord Ca Granda. Das Hotel liegt 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Metro entfernt. Dort einsteigen und man kann an alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Mailand fahren. Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Unser Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig (ich persönlich fand die Rituals Badartikel toll) - das Frühstück war gut und bis auf richtige Brötchen alles vorhanden. El hotel es familiar , tiene muy buen desayuno , y opcion de restaurante y bar. el staff de la recepcion muy amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar . No me gusto que no esta cerca del centro y siempre teniamos que tomar taxis para desplazarnos al centro o estacion de trenes.

Udemærket hotel. Rengøringen på toiletterne kunne godt havde være langt bedre. Især på fælles toiletterne ved receptionen trænger til mere løbene rengøring i løbet af dagen. Poolområdet var super fint og livredderne er meget flinke og imødekommende. Morgenmaden er ikke det store hit for os og vi ville en anden gang hellere spare de penge og gå ud og spise på nærliggende caféer eller restauranter. Hotelværelset vi havde kunne også godt trænge til en større renovering. Især toilettet med badekar og manglende bruseafskærmning. Så hele badeværelset er vådt efter brusebad. Drikkevare i restauranten er alt for dyre.

The Hotel was ok for the purpose of the study. it is close to the metro station with easy access. Room was comfortable however it was warm and no air-condition at this time of the year. Opening the window was enough. Breakfast was disappointing which I did not expect to see in Italy. it is classically British style breakfast which is over priced (15 euro daily) and i do not recommend the breakfast

it was a nice stay in overall.. we had what we needed and the staff were very nice.. the breakfast was nice , but very limited.. no many options .. I would wish for better more kind of cheese and yogurt , use more fresh fruits

Amazing customer service. Water, coffee, tea and refrigerator inkluded in the price. Beds were good, but did not like the long, short pillows, did not give the best comfort to the head. Breakfast was also fine, but during the last day, many things were missing such as strawberry jam, strawberry yougurt and orange juice. There were both handsoap, lotion, shampoo, shower gel and conditioner with of a fine quality in our room. Water, coffee, tea and cups were refilled each day. Was somehow disappointed that the pool already closed at 19, as we did not have a chance to enjoy it, because we were out during the day sightseeing. The restaurant first opened at 19, which also was disappointing, as we usually eat no later than 18 in our country The room was not so cleaned as we hoped - dust and some spots, but it was okay. All in all a fine hotel
