The older lady who checked us in was super friendly. The hotel gives you an old school vibe with a key lock and small elevator. Very clean and the air conditioner worked!

Hotel in need of renovation. Clean and close to central station and staff were polite.

Where do I start….email was sent weeks prior to stay but never received a reply!! The property itself was conveniently near the main station and that was it!! I’ve been to many visits around the world and never experienced a NO kettle property nor any complimentary tea and coffee in room!! The bathroom was big enough but the shower was so square and small that I couldn’t wash my hair!! The shower plastic door wasn’t closing properly so the water kept splashing onto the outer floor making it unsafe to walk on!! Basically everything was falling apart, the toilet cistern wasn’t flushing properly and when it does its trickle with water all night!! Our neighbour kept on making banging noise or things was dropped on the floor. It was noisy!! Keys had to be handed over back to the desk, so be careful if you are purchasing really expensive items like Louis Vuitton etc.. make sure you lock it up inside your suitcase!!! Rant over and good luck if you are staying there!!

Room was at the back of the property. We had to go around the building passing an internal construction. Room was good but location in the hotel not good

Room was very cute. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Good parking area.

This hotel has a banner of 3 stars. Not sure what that exactly means. However if it means what we thought it does, we would cut it by half, in terms of hardware and service.

El lugar se encuentra en malas condiciones, para el precio que tiene. No puedo destacar nada bueno del lugar, desde el inicio fue una mala experiencia, el personal no fue nada cordial. Luego para subir a las habitaciones el elevador es sumamente pequeño y el ingreso al elevador es 0 accesible, incluso se encuentra en una salida de emergencia. Las habitaciones se encuentran en mal estado: - Los apagadores y tomacorrientes quebrados, estaban salidos de la pared y algunos ni servirán, nunca supimos que encendían -Habían luces que no servían - El aire acondicionado solo servia para hacer ruido -La cama no era cómoda, los muebles son viejos y nada funcionales. - Los espacios de las habitaciones son un cubículo no hay mucho espacio, para dos personas es complicado el movimiento -Pedí 3 habitaciones, todas las duchas eran demasiado pequeñas pero demasiado pequeñas, serán como de 80cm x 80cm super incomodo bañarse, una de las duchas de las habitaciones el agua no salia por la cabeza de la ducha si no que por el tubo, la cabeza de la ducha estaba rota. es complicado ingresar a las duchas porque el ingreso a la ducha es en esquina, entonces no hay espacio. -La taza del inodoro se ve fea vieja y descuidada, igual que los indoloros los apagadores del baño en una de las habitaciones no funcionaba Cada vez que se sale del hotel hay que dejar la llave de la habitación, honestamente todo el hotel me genero desconfianza y 0 comodidad hasta había paredes sucias en la habitación.

立地は良く、部屋も広くて良かったですがシャワールームがかなり狭いのと一度部屋に行くのに外に出るので雨の日だと不便と感じた。スタッフの方たちは良い方でした。

El hotel muy bien comunicado, cerca de los principales medios de transporte, bien atendidos por el personal, y en general limpio el lugar

Excelente hotel maravilhoso próximo da estação o quarto é muito confortável apenas o local onde toma banho é pequeno mas o quarto muito confortável repleção são muito gentis adorei ficarei mais vezes indico para todos muito limpo aconchegante e próximo de tudo o café da manhã vale apena também

La camera era spaziosa e il letto fornito di un ottimo materasso; il bagno era in ordine e pulito; la collocazione era molto tranquilla poiché la camera dava su un ampio cortile interno, il personale disponibile. La vicinanza delle stazioni ferroviarie rende la posizione davvero strategica.

Brilliant, comfy and close to Central Station so easy when arriving and then going to get the subway for the few stops to the centre of the city. Clean room, great facilities and friendly staf. I will be returning most definitely.

Ficamos no quarto 320, o banheiro é minúsculo e por isso se torna desconfortável. O box mal dá pra se virar e não tem nenhum suporte para colocar sabonete, shampoo etc. Acho que poderiam melhorar essa questão do banheiro visto que como turistas, só queremos um bom banho e uma boa noite de sono.

Cold room, no hot water in the shower.

Habitación muy pequeña. La cama doble era pequeñísima para dos personas (y una de ellas durmiendo contra la pared). Por la noche un ruido continuo de tubería. La peor habitación en la que he estado en mucho mucho tiempo. Al decirlo en recepción al día siguiente, simplemente nos han dicho “lo siento” y adiós.

Hotel bem localizado perto da estação, mas o quarto que ficamos tinha um banheiro pequeno e um box minúsculo. Não ficaria novamente!

Excelente hotel maravilhoso próximo da estação o quarto é muito confortável apenas o local onde toma banho é pequeno mas o quarto muito confortável repleção são muito gentis adorei ficarei mais vezes indico para todos muito limpo aconchegante e próximo de tudo o café da manhã vale apena também

It was a great place for a 5 minute walk to the train station. The only issue was the shower head which could have been longer instead of so close to the wall which was spraying water down and really close to the wall.

Super close to the station. Handles your bags. Late check in allowed. Safe area. Lovely room.

The stay was good, although I left a personal item behind and I did contact the hotel by email and they said they had found it. I have heard nothing since despite emailing a few times

Buena opción cerca de la estación de trenes. No podía salir del hotel sin dejar la llave (??) genera un poco de desconfianza. Pero o más lamentable es que las dos noches había un fuerte olor a gas en la habitación. Tuve que dormir con la ventana abierta.

Hotel bem localizado perto da estação, mas o quarto que ficamos tinha um banheiro pequeno e um box minúsculo. Não ficaria novamente!

Muy conveniente para una o dos noches en Milano. Buena relación costo beneficion.

酒店位置靠近米蘭中央火車站,徒步前往只需5分鐘.附近有很多中國餐館及往返機場Shuttle Bus. 如翌日要趕往機場，可考慮此酒店。

L’accueille très chaleureusement. Surclassement très apprécié par contre le chauffage ne fonctionne pas et le pomme de douche ne marche pas ( elle ne tient plus ) Pour tout le reste tout était bien. Nous n’avons pas pris le petit déjeuner car nous sommes véganes et il n’y avait pas d’option dans le petit déjeuner.

Es un hotel con pocas opciones de transporte las habitaciones están limpias el desayuno es muy pobre y el personal no tiene idea de lo que es atender a turistas poco gentile y cero amabilidad parece más un lugar para retiro religioso que hotel

Ficamos só uma noite. Café da manhã não incluso. Bem próximo da estação Milano centrale. Hotel simples.

So I chose this hotel as it was close to the station. I guess that is all that is good with the hotel. The room was dated with some broken shades for the window. The window slides did not open. The staff was mostly looking at their phones during breakfast service. The breakfast had no real orange juice just some substitution and in general the cheapest products and pre packaged goods. There are way better three star hotels for the price in Milan!
