Unfortunately, the service during most of our stay was very disappointing. The front desk staff were not particularly helpful, and I had to call several times just to have our luggage brought to our room. After waiting for quite some time, I eventually had to go downstairs and get it myself. We had also purchased the daily breakfast, but the service was equally disappointing. The staff rarely acknowledged us or asked if we needed anything. On several occasions, we had to approach them ourselves just to ask for coffee, which is not the level of service we expected from a hotel of this caliber. Toward the end of our stay, however, we met a wonderful lady who I believe was originally from Morocco but is Italian. I truly wish I could remember her name because she completely changed our experience. After we shared with her how disappointed and unwelcome we had felt during our stay, she went above and beyond to make our last day special. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. She was the highlight of our stay and the perfect example of what true hospitality should feel like. Unfortunately, one exceptional person could not make up for the overall poor service we experienced, but we will always remember and appreciate her kindness.

The staff here were unbelievably helpful, cannot thank them enough (they searched my car for 20 minutes looking for a lost key at 11:30pm) and were helping me resolve by calling the break down service etc. They swiftly brought me room service at midnight. The breakfast on the roof with the view was heavenly!

Check in was a wonderful experience after stressful transportation to get to the hotel. Staff was very accommodating and helped us arrange an airport car transfer the following day and walked us to the ATM when requested.

Clean room, this is not a hotel with a free pool. Need to pay for small jacuzzi, Bags not put in our room after check in prompt manner. Bed comfortable Safe did not work in room Would not stay in Naples unless you have a early flight Not a five star hotel by any stretch
