No lift, had to get heavy suitcases up and down stairs, which was very difficult. No offer of help. My room door: couldn’t lock it… reception told me it wasn’t openable from the outside, but I wasn’t convinced so had to put a table and chair against the door for security. Nowhere to make a cup of tea in the room or even make or buy one anywhere on the premises. Grim place - walls brown and orange and tatty. Bedding and towels very clean thankfully. Only chose because it is very close to the station, which was practical.

A lovely room but with a small dated bathroom. Fixtures in my shower were damaged and the shower is quite tight for the husky gent. Staff were pleasant at all times. Not suitable for people with mobility challenges. Close access to the main train station and Metro too.

The area was very rough but the room was clean and well kept. Bathroom very small shower even more so. But if just there for the night everything is clean and nice within the hotel. The surrounding area could use cleaning up.

Filtri aria condizionata sporchi , la parte purtroppo più scadente è stato il materasso infossato e rumoroso mal di schiena e dolori il giorno dopo, lo scarico della doccia poco funzionante….. Essendo un posto vicino alla stazione ci sta per una notte….. ma basterebbe poco per arrivare ad una buonissima valutazione…..

L’hôtel est situé dans un coin épeurant de la ville, surtout la nuit. Il y a une grille métallique qui bloque l’accès à la porte pour notre sécurité, mais la simple présence de celle-ci n’est pas rassurante. La chambre était de mauvais goût et le wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Il n’y avait pas de savon à main, seul des sachets de gel douche étaient à notre disposition. La douche était très sale et n’avait pas été nettoyée depuis un moment vu le calcaire sur les vitres et l’ancien savon et les nombreux sachets de gel douche vides des anciens voyageurs qui étaient présents dans le porte savon… Endroit a éviter.

We didn’t expect too much from a hotel in Napoli, however this experience was below even the low expectations. Nothing worked properly. The AC could be turned on only if you press a button while standing on a bed. After that, the temperature could not be controlled and it became freezing in 15 minutes. Then, one had to turn it off - until it was unbearably hot. A technician was not available. We asked for an extra blanket - it was not available either. Every day we had to ask for extra shampoo, because the amount provided was hardly enough for one person, forget about two. The conditioner was not provided at all. The toilet seat and the shower cabin were broken. The room was dark with a couple of gloomy lights that didn’t provide sufficient illumination. Not a cozy room at all. Very bad experience indeed!

Close to train station is the only positive. Walls are paper thin, can hear everything and beds very hard. I’d just stopping over and not going to be in the room it’s fine.

Sehr gute Lage. Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt total ok. Konnten sogar viel früher einchecken.

The room had everything we needed, including A/C and a working bathroom. The bed was comfortable, too. The staff was friendly and helpful. They let us leave our luggage at the hotel before and after checking in/out. The only downside was that the location was slightly unsafe at night, but it was also a 4-minute walk from the station, which was very convenient. Overall, an affordable stay.

Inizia la terribile avventura al check in, alla quale ci hanno dato delle chiavi spezzate (cercando di incolpare noi del fatto) abbiamo dovuto aspettare tre ore per far riparare la chiave. Mai incontrato personale così sgradevole. Camera e bagno con odori veramente pessimi. SCONSIGLIATO

This hotel was awful. I arrived at 10pm and just needed a bed for the night nothing fancy. The room looked nothing like the pictures. It was old and worn so i may have been clean but it didn't look it. The bathroom smelt so bad i had to keep the door closed the whole time. Check out was 11am and when checking in i asked if i could check out at 11.30am instead. They agreed. At 10.10am the clean was banging in the door saying check out was 10am. So i had to get out. I wasn't looking for much but this didnt even meet my basic need.
This hotel was awful. I arrived at 10pm and just needed a bed for the night nothing fancy. The room looked nothing like the pictures. It was old and worn so i may have been clean but it didn't look it. The bathroom smelt so bad i had to keep the door closed the whole time. Check out was 11am and when checking in i asked if i could check out at 11.30am instead. They agreed. At 10.10am the clean was banging in the door saying check out was 10am. So i had to get out. I wasn't looking for much but this didnt even meet my basic need.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Basic nice hotel but an awful shower experience. The shower curtain I had to wrap around the toilet so it didn’t keep slapping me with chilly water. I know this is a minor complaint but it was not pleasant.

My room door: couldn’t lock it… reception told me it wasn’t openable from the outside, but I wasn’t convinced so had to put a table and chair against the door for security. A lovely room but with a small dated bathroom. Fixtures in my shower were damaged and the shower is quite tight for the husky gent. Staff were pleasant at all times. Not suitable for people with mobility challenges. Close access to the main train station and Metro too.

The area was very rough but the room was clean and well kept. Bathroom very small shower even more so. But if just there for the night everything is clean and nice within the hotel. The surrounding area could use cleaning up.

L’hôtel est situé dans un coin épeurant de la ville, surtout la nuit. Il y a une grille métallique qui bloque l’accès à la porte pour notre sécurité, mais la simple présence de celle-ci n’est pas rassurante. La chambre était de mauvais goût et le wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Il n’y avait pas de savon à main, seul des sachets de gel douche étaient à notre disposition. La douche était très sale et n’avait pas été nettoyée depuis un moment vu le calcaire sur les vitres et l’ancien savon et les nombreux sachets de gel douche vides des anciens voyageurs qui étaient présents dans le porte savon… Endroit a éviter.

The room had everything we needed, including A/C and a working bathroom. The bed was comfortable, too. The staff was friendly and helpful. They let us leave our luggage at the hotel before and after checking in/out. If you want somewhere to put the head down .. this is a place to stay it's close to the station and yes it's not in a nice area of the city but the room was clean and the staff are the desk were fantastic from start to finish .. I can't really fault my room other than it was ridiculously hot when I got in but the air con was great !

Our room was at the end of the hallway, but the Wi-Fi didn’t reach there at all—we simply couldn’t use it. The hotel’s location can be described as being close to the ghetto. I would strongly advise against walking in front of the hotel late at night. Especially if you’re traveling with family or a partner, I would recommend looking for another hotel. That said, the fact that it’s only a five‑minute walk from the station is definitely a big plus.
